Every time we go to Nite Creamery, its a fun experience! This time did not disappoint! Wonderful ice cream!

WOW!! Im an instant ecstatic fanatic of this one! I love, love, love desserts and this ice cream shop is awesome!They have a really cool take on their cones, they are a unique soft waffle, either plain or with chocolate chips, I went with the chips! Mine was the Triple B, which hit all my favs, peanut butter, chocolate brownie and bananas, I really couldnt ask for anything more!!Wife had the salted caramel in a waffle cup and daughters had the strawberry, everyone finished every drop and loved it.The process they make it is really neat too, have to see it in person. Great crew and atmosphere is fun and chill!

Talk about yummy place. I luv the nitrogen creation . Everyone liked their delectable cups of fun in the plaza. As always, post your adventure wherever your palate takes U.

Good ice cream. Frozen when ordered. Ordered the strawberry with the puffy cone. A bit pricey, but worth the taste and quality. Will certainly visit again!

Be bold, and try the avocado ice cream (called Not Guacamole - you only live once! All the flavors that we tried were great (The Flintstones, Milk and Gold)... Have yet to try one that we dont like.

Super good. Pictured is Roast Malone. We tried the dairy free option and it tasted awesome too. Different texture but it was good.

Excellent - and we didn’t even get their famous waffle. We got one scoop of wafffle crisp with caramel drizzle and the mini waffle. The ice cream was not my choice but was delicious with great texture (it was mixed in with tiny pieces of waffle cone). I would definitely recommend this place.

I dont even like ice cream that much but my wife does, so we stopped in after dinner and wow, so good! Had the salted caramel and Im a convert. New favorite dessert.

So this places ice cream is decent, cool concept, but kinda crummy wait times (like standing in line for 15+ min to order?Presentation was cool tho.

The ice cream itself is amazing, but if theres more than two people ahead of you in line, be prepared to wait at least a half hour.Prices are a bit steep as well, for a single scoop of ice cream .. $7... But that probably just the price of doing business downtown SLO.

The hype is real. The soft spheres in their nite waffle are delicious! And the ice cream flavors bring together thoughtful, yummy combinations for your whole group. My guy loved the pretzel salted caramel and the Santa blast of peppermint Oreo was perfect for me. Sure, it’s on the pricer side but you should try this at some point. Highly recommend!

This place is BoNkERs in a good way! Theres fog everywhere due to them making their ice cream with liquid nitrogen. Its an awesome place to grab a late night treat if your downtown. Ill be back for sure!

I always enjoy this place! My girlfriend and our friends always always enjoy this place for dessert! The quality never compares to anywhere else. The ice cream which is handmade and the waffle cones are amazing. Nite Creamery never fails me honestly. Its a bit pricey but its worth the price for sure.

Got there just in time and after that line got really long! Ice cream was delicious! Loved the homemade taste! Service was great and he was very friendly and working alone well under pressure. Within 30 mins another worker came in to help. Very cute establishment!

Nite Creamery is absolute Next Level when it comes to ice cream. Quite frankly, it is the best ice cream ive had. The flavors are unique and very well thought through. Its worth every single calorie and dollar at Nite Creamery. Tastes great, is a rad experience with the nitrogen, and the staff are always friendly. As a total bonus, the cones are also the best you will ever have. Hands down, best ice cream on central coast.

I can’t believe I just waited for 2 scoops of ice cream for 30 minutes and paid $13 LOL Ice cream was okay, but not outstanding. Totally overrated. If you like a show, then I’d say this place Is for you. If you’re coming for really good ice cream, pass it. Staff was very nice. There was a very long line and everyone waited a long time, which is totally fine I see why there was a long wait. Glad I checked it out, I would just never come here again.

Yummy ice cream and waffle cone. Didnt rate 5 stars only because. I saw the cashier use the register while wearing gloves and touching her hair. I also witnessed one of the guys in the back wearing gloves and adjusting his face mask with them on and not changing them.

Thick and tasty ice cream. Coffee with chocolate drizzle was 7 dollars - got a single scoop with some weak/thin chocolate sauce. Good thing the ice cream was most amazing.

You wont find better ice cream anywhere else. Perfect place to take a date, or the family. Plenty of room outdoors do lounge and enjoy the amazing ice cream.

Over priced. Gimmick. Lackadaisical food creation. Also, dont pay/treat their delivery people well as they utilize the gig work economy while charging their customers legitimate business prices.

Ice cream: 5/5This is our go to place for ice cream at any time in San Luis Obispo. One of the best tasting ice cream with variety of options.Oh and did I mention the ice cream is nitrogenous. Its like, tasty for your eyes and tongue both at the same time .I have tried hazelnut, central coast crunch and couple of more. All the flavors are good and they also provide option of Cup, cone, chocolate coated cone, waffle, Belgium chocolate waffle etc.Recommended for ice cream in any season. If you are new then you should try the waffle or cone. Only thing with waffle is they are huge in size so if you are having them by your own then it’s like having a dinner post dinner

Amazing Ice Cream with great flavor and consistency wrapped in a delicious puffy chocolate chip cone. Recommend the Carmel Pretzel for a great blend of sweet and salt. The wait can be a tad long, but perfection takes time.

Amazing made to order instant ice cream made with cream and liquid nitrogen. Hence the name NITE. Great flavors and the perfect texture. Reasonably priced. Only drawback is the made-to-order process is slow, resulting in long lines.

The ice cream was delicious! This is important to say right off the bat because sometimes with these super trendy IG places the actual product can be lacking. Not here. I got the Chili Mango ice cream with Chamoy and Tahin. It was so tart, not too spicy and so so velvety smooth! My friend got the Smores, that was also delicious. Customer service was great, friendly guys, pretty fast considering they make it from scratch right in front of you. And on that note the whole process is neat to watch, so have those phones ready!! Cant wait to come in and try the rest of the flavours!

Late af then had to walk with literally no time to eat ice cream and it became melted and the nite puff becoming very soggy sad experience 😢

Your favourite flavor with a nice touch, take maybe more time than your average ice cream place but defenetly worth it, the option with waffle is the top, you have to eat it quickly it melts faster...

Fun experience and great ice cream. My girlfriend and I both had the central coast crunch in a cup. We both enjoyed it, the vanilla ice cream with brownie bites and praline almonds was the perfect after dinner treat! Watching the ice cream made in the KitchenAids with nitrogen is also quite interesting. Only complaints are they charge $0.35 to use a credit/debit card and it took a while to get our order.

I’ve never had nitro ice cream before and this place did not disappoint! I had s’mores and I loved the toasted marshmallow on top! You have to go all in here and get your ice cream in the waffle cone...it is giant and could be a meal in itself! The place was packed when we went, but they got through orders quickly as all the ice cream is made to order in front of your eyes!

The ice cream was amazing! Docked this place a star because I dont think the menu had a lot of room for customization and its expensive.

The ice cream is amazing! It taste delicious! I have 2 complaints though. 1. The workers are kind of mean. At the cashier, theyre fine but when they hand you the ice cream they give you attitude. 2. It is super expensive. $17 for 2 ice creams!

Definitely need to get back to this place.

Liquid nitrogen ice cream the best strawberry and pumpkin spice

It was a good first time experience watching the person making ice cream using nitrogen in front of us, but it isnt an instant process so make sure you dont go when youre in a rush. Also, we went before dinner time and it wasnt too crowded. For the high price for a scoop of ice cream, I probably wont go back again.

Nite Creamery is a fun experience for late evening ice cream. The ice cream tastes really good, but its really pricey even when compared to Batch or Doc Bernsteins. Also, the puff waffle, while cool, is extremely impractical. You are sticking a cold, quick to melt dessert inside of a hot warm container. By the time youre done enjoying the ice cream you realize a third of it has melted to the bottom of the waffle.

Delicious ice cream. Got a kick out of the Roast malone because my girlfriend thought it was funny. Every flavor Ive had here is really good. Highly recommend cup for the little ones. Get the big waffle for yourself and share it. Serving size for 1 is great. Try different flavors and combinations. People there are friendly.

Decided to visit this ice cream shop since we were in the area. The employees were great! Very friendly and courteous as we were trying to figure out what we wanted. They also made everything very quickly and was obviously a fun show to watch with all the liquid nitrogen pouring over the bowl. Our only complaint would be that we wanted more! It was so good a second scope almost wasnt out of the question.

I absolutely LOVE the ice cream here. You would think that ice cream frozen by nitrogen would come out hard and tasteless but the texture actually ends up super creamy and delicious. I love that they have flavors of the month and the Pineapple Picante is my FAVORITE - a mix of sweet and spicy (without dairy) that always brightens my day.

Portions and pricing could be better but I can’t blame them having high prices with such long lines.

Love this place so much. Their ice cream as well as their waffles are amazing.

The ice cream is really creamy. I love the texture. Its a small place. They have about 12 creations which you can customize. The first time I went I had the salted caramel pretzel. It was very good. The next time I had the same thing, but switched the pretzels for praline almonds. It was even better! There is limited seating inside, but a few picnic tables outside as well. Its fun to watch them make it right in front of you.

Ice cream does not get any better than when it is made with liquid nitrogen. The texture ends up so much more creamy versus regular ice cream.They offer a dozen different flavors, including a vegan option. Try the waffle come once, but after that, stick to the cup. Its so overwhelming.The newly remodeled area they are in is great to walk down to after a movie. Hang out, drink some cider and load up on ice cream.

Ice cream is the best here! I normally get a cup for my daughter and I share the waffle ice cream. I have not been disappointed with any flavor I have had. Ice cream served always looks and tastes like perfection.

The hype does not deliver. I took my mom here for ice cream one evening and, less the novelty of fresh made nitro ice cream, payed 17 bucks for ice cream for two. The ice cream is good, granted, but you only get the equivalent of one scoop per order. Their waffle cones are tasty but not worth the extra $3. Save yourself $12 and grab a pint from the store.

Cool concept, and fun pop culture flavors. Since they are actually making the ice cream when you order.. service is a little on the slow side, but thats to be expected. Do yourself a favor, and make sure if you get one of the big bubbly cones...get 2 scoops. One scoop is too small for the cone and just kinda gets lost in the sauce. Then you wind up with extra cone that is too much to eat on its own..so it just gets pitched, which is sad.

Saturday Morning is bomb dot com! A personal favorite. Be prepared to shell out some monies as it is a bit pricey.. The fresh made waffle is good. I usually just get the cup. The scoops are not big at all. Wish they were open earlier, tho.

Nite Creamery is a very nice addition to this town! The price is very reasonable if you get the nite puff and the nitrogen made ice cream is made super well! However, I think the puff still requires some work, its too dense and needs to be lighter on the inside (personal opinion and experience from other places). Overall, I like coming here as an after dinner snack.

Awesome ice cream...it is expensive but its truly the best Ive ever eaten and I think its totally worth it! Employees were very friendly and helpful....we didnt even have to ask and they were ecplaining the flavors to us. Excellent!!!

I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious this ice cream was. I went my first time for the “wow factor” of nitrogen made ice cream but I returned because the flavors really blew me away. Staff was friendly. I highly recommend the chocolate chip nitro puff!

Almond brittle with salted ganache tastes like heaven. I like it more than the sea salt and caramel one, but that tastes great as well!A few people waiting in line, not crazy. Workers were super friendly when people ask to try out flavors.

Although, I didn’t scream for it, the cream was still solid. Will be back. Would like to see expanded flavor selection. Also, I understand it’s near impossible to sample the flavors but, that would have pushed me over that 4 -> 5 Star hump. #wafflecone

Wow! What a welcome change to the San Luis Obispo ice cream scene. Nite Creamery uses nitrogen to freeze their cream and it makes for a delicious frozen treat. My whole family was blown away by the taste. There was a long line, but it was beyond worth it. I recommend everyone try their ice cream!

Love the ice cream but the sanitary practices of the employees need some major attention! Waited in line for 10+ minutes and the employee that took my order never took their gloves off and handled my money and change with gloves on then went right back to working the line with the same gloves on preparing other peoples orders! If I can watch this unsanitary practice form the front of the house I wonder what unsanitary practices/conditions are going in in the back of the house?
