We have bought from Zane twice now and it has been a great all round experience. Most recently, I thought the dryer was broken and Zane came out at no cost the replace it. Turns out it was an issue with our electrical. He was very kind and gracious and still didnt charge up for the extra trip all the way to Canyon Lake. Zane got a call from me, I had been referred to him, and even though he had a day of work already ahead of him, he has very excellent communication skills. Long story short my washer and drying showed up with Zane installing in less than 5 minutes. On the first time using the dryer, one of the sensors went out. I let him know, he was ready to be here in 10 minutes and fix the $10 part as part of his warranty and haven’t had a single issue since. I highly recommend Zane and everything he brings to the table: amazing customer service, quick, in and out service, honorable warranty, very honest, and a very hard working man. You won’t regret using Zane. I can guarantee that.

A pretty wide selection of washers/dryers to pick from, they also had stoves and fridges.paid $350 for my washer/dryer and $50 more to have Zane drop them off and install them a few hours later.Have been problem free and weve been putting them to work catching up on laundry from moving.Delivery was easy and he wore a mask the entire time which was very appreciated.

Scenario: My washer went out on me at night. I tried to troubleshoot and reset it myself, but no good.I found Zane with Appliance Alliances online and called. When I told him that I intended on buying a washer, he advised that it would probably be cheaper to repair. I drove out intending to buy, regardless. His place is behind the colorful green pet place almost right at 123/Broadway.He met me at the gate. I provided him my washer model and description of the problem. He did a great job showing me around what he did have in stock, but assured me that my problem was probably an easy fix, and convinced me to try a repair.Zane did a house call, following me back to my place the same day, where I had the washer outside. Amazingly, he diagnosed and replaced a faulty part right in the drive way. The whole time informing me about my machine, potential future issues, and the engineering behind the functions.When all was said and done, Zane completed everything in a quick manner for the quoted house call price AND helped to move the washer back upstairs. It was painless and at a reasonable rate.I highly recommend getting appliance work through Appliance Alliance. Good price. 90 day warranty. Local business.

Had the washer/dryer sets for almost 2 weeks now and have been washing since, as we had clothes stored away for a while therefore they needed quite a wash. Both have been working like new. Saved myself a couple of bucks from buying a new set. Happy camper here

I wish I could give 0 stars. I had bought a washer from Zane. He seemed nice and seemed to know his stuff. But the washer would never quit washing. He came and worked on it but the problem continued. He made me feel like I was the problem and that the washer was perfectly fine. Next he offered to fix the problem again, switch out for another washer, or half my refund. He tried to say he didnt have the money. I was done with dealing with the situation and wanted to just be done with this company all together. To make matters worse, when he picked up the washer, he left a huge puddle of water on my laundry room floor, on my carpet, and let it continue down my stairs as he took the machine. Highly do not recommend.

Zane was was the nicest and most enthusiastic person to work with. He was prompt with responses and instilled confidence in buying a used/refurbished washer dryer set. He guarantees his products and will not hesitate to fix or replace should there be any issues that arise. He is so knowledgeable and even went out of his way to help my mom with a small favor with her refrigerator.

I bought a dryer from here last year, and it was accidentally overloaded. The belt snapped, so I gave Zane a call.
