Palomar College Bookstore provided the flowers for my daughters wedding, and we couldnt be more pleased. The bouquets for my daughter, the bridesmaids were spectacular. The table arrangements were creative and exactly what we hoped for. The flowers were fresh and lasted days after we brought some home. I highly recommend Palomar College Bookstore for any event. They are genuinely interested in what you want and have wonderful suggestions. They are great to work with.

A little overpriced, but they have a good selection of school supplies, electronics, and art supplies. They also even sell makeup and snacks. It seems a little odd that all of the school pride items emblazoned with the Palomar name are so expensive. People would probably like to show pride in the school more if the lanyards, stickers, and notebooks with the Palomar logo were more affordable. I was going to get one of the cheap lanyards, but they cost five bucks and didnt seem like the quality was worth that price. The snacks are probably the most reasonably priced item in the book store, and the selection is even halfway decent. Overall, the bookstore isnt as expansive as those at larger universities, but it does pack quite a bit into the modest square footage available. Just be ready to pay a few extra dollars for supplies. I was ready to buy a binder today, but five dollars for a standard one inch binder of basic quality was a bit more than I was willing to pay. It most likely cost even more for a school branded binder.

First their machines are down which is understandable. I went in to find my stats notebook and asked two women where it was. They had no clue?! Then they directed me to the back where a girl led me to the tablets to make me find the book on my own as if I hadn’t tried that already. She then proceeded to help others and left me there. Frustrated, I went to the back again and the last guy just dismissed me without offering any help. I worked in retail and food so I know how customer service works. It is just irritating when no one at the store knows what they are doing.

A very well laid out bookstore with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Needed textbooks are easily recalled by inputting ones student ID # into their system...NICE!!! A very pleasant bookstore experience! =)

Line was long but it moved fairly quickly. Shelves were labeled clearly so it was relatively easy to locate required materials. Customer service assistance was readily available on the floor in case it was needed.

Staff was very helpful! Air-conditioned! Also sells drinks and snacks.

For a community college that offers so many online courses, it is natural to assume that many enrolled students will be living many miles away from the august campus bookstore. If I have rented 3 texts for three courses and want to convert one to a sale, should I have to drive two hours to seal the deal?! Thats what they tell me--after I have wasted time being transfered via phone to no one who picks up. Manager did not answer phone. Horrible customer service. Palomar should recognize this problem and do better.

A bit small and crowded. Staff helped me get my books regardless and put me at the front of the line because Im disabled. Palomar is awesome in general

Theyre usually always very helpful in here. They want to assist you and they understand how expensive college textbooks are.

Ive always had a good experience coming here for many years. The staff are always on top of it when it comes to your needs. Theyll help you find your books, and if they dont have a book in stock, theyll order it immediately for you to pick up when it arrives. Whats also awesome is the iPad station that have where students can login with their student ID, and the system will give them a list of every textbook thats required for your schedule. It will even give you the option to email that list to yourself. Last, but not least, are the wide variety of snacks they have. Practically every common bag of chips or sweets you know. As well as ramen noodles too. This is the place to buy your snacks because the store charges stock prices, unlike the other shops on campus that inflate their prices. Overall, this store has helped a lot.

Dont come here.Surprised this place can stay open when theyre committing robbery with these prices.

Their books are insanely expensive, Amazon or download are much better. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Cashiers for the most part know what theyre doing and will help you out as theyre able. Just dont go on the first day of the semester, and expect to be in and out quickly.

The website may say that a book or item is in store, but apparently that doesnt mean this store. I thought I was pre-paying for books so that I could just go pick them up. What actually happened was that I paid for my in store books, but ALL 5 of them were being individually shipped from a different location. Five days later and here I am with not even a single book.

Overpriced everything, wouldnt let my friend return his book and charged him over 100 for it
