I came by boot world and Christopher was the person that helped me out. I told him my situation and he was patient enough to listen. Christopher was well informed on the product and when he suggested a boot he considered the material from the boot. From composite or steel, weight, and what the boot is made out of. He is someone I highly recommend seeing when it comes down to selecting your next footwear at Boot World.

COVID protocol for this establishment has the employees take your temp at the door (so dont be alarmed when you come in). Ircio was the young gentleman that helped me during my visit. I bought some Klogs and inserts August of last year to get me through Culinary school, and I have finally graduated! To celebrate landing a job in a restaurant, I needed to buy new inserts (for the old shoes) and a new pair of shoes (to rotate with my old shoes). Ircio recommended a nice and supportive insert (Aetrex), and when I asked him about hard-toed shoes (because I was concerned about knives dropping in the kitchen), he recommended their new line of Cat shoes. (They were not heavy and extremely comfortable!) Having flat feet is an obstable I have to overcome, but the people here really help me get the comfort and support I need to get the work done. Thank you!

First time shopping there about a month ago. Helpful friendly staff which hooked me up with some comfortable steel toe shoes for work. I would definitely go there again.

This place is a very good reason why you should shop small. We got a good pair of boots in 20 minutes and the helpful staff helped us find it. They even measured my feet. Great customer service is worth paying a few dollars extra.

They do Not know boots. Ive been going to this location for years. Last time the boots were so uncomfortable, today she couldnt even suggest a good, comfy boot. Thank god my coworkers suggested the Oceanside store. More selections and better customer service.

I buy my boots from boot world every year and I had just got a pair last November. They started falling apart so we wrote in to corporate and they responded in 5 minutes. Just the other day I believe it was Monday first week of September 2016 I bought a pair of boots AKA they look like tennis shoes grey in color the first time very skeptical about buying boots or shoes because of steel toe boots are required to have it work really hurt my feet right around the toe area I went in and I check with the girl that was in the store that day and she measured my feet tell me about the shoes that were having issues they would like that I was looking for and which he thought would be the best route for me to purchase I did so on her beliefs she hit a home run the shoe that I chose was excellent I like it its very comfortable and it still does not hurt my foot at home I can work all day with this you and still have a good day what it awesome experience thank you Google Scott and Doug and also the young lady that waited on me I cant remember her name she works all weekend as you were still working Monday or Tuesday that I went into the store excellent job

VERY HELPFUL

My husband went in to buy work boots today. The sales women was rude to him. She brought out the wrong pair stating they were similar to the pair he requested. The threes sales people stood off to one side and discussed food. We planned on buying new shoes today but left without being helped.

Nice clean store, friendly staff. However paying over 70 dollars for shoes that are all now made in China is mental. Yeah still overpriced.

If you are planning on buying work boots go else where. If you are wanting to buy boots to wear outside of work... again go else where. The staff here was extremely unhelpful and would rather talk about a “taco truck” rather than answer any sort of question like how much a pair of socks are. When spending over $100 (not for the socks mind you) you would hope to get better customer service. You will not find it here.
