It was time to get me some new shoes so I chose Shoe Carnival. They have a variety of shoes and on top of all that their prices are great . Ill be back!

Visited quite a few shoe stores in the outlet malls this morning and found just what we wanted in my size and at a good price. Friendly helpful people and very good attention to disinfecting and safe distancing. Well worth the trip. All employees were wearing masks and observing safe practices.

Liked it here. Lots of shoe brand to choose from and they have good discounts. However they dont have a lot of choices here and do not carry the latest models here.It does get crowded and the staff here would be busy but they try their best to help out everyone.

Great shoe deals right now

Love Shoe Carnival had a lack thereof customer service today in San Marcos. The cashier ignored me when I was asking a question and a customer told me I was bullying her and I said the cashier she ignored me and the rude customer said because I wasn’t in line. Whatever the cashier never even spoke to me when she was waiting on me and never apologized for ignoring me. No customer service and will not shop at this store again. Will shop in Austin. When I worked retail I would never leave a customer hanging I would say I will be right with you. These millennials think they run the store not the customers. The cashier was working this morning 4/6/2019 black hair and NO customer service.

Super busy today. Lots of shoes. Lots of styles. Men women kids. Dress casual running. Not much in boots.

This place has a decent variety of shoes but some of the staff are not to knowledgeable in certain areas. Some shoes are marked wide width and are really not wide at all. I think they should just put a sign up that says this is what we got if you cant find your size then go somewhere else.

Store was clean. Wasnt asked if I wanted help. They had the brand and style I wanted, but not in my size.

They have a great selection of different brands 2 chose from, and there r a lot of styles and sizes 2,if u need assistance its pretty easy to find someone 2 help u.

Kids love getting there shoes here and getting to play games.
