So I was there yesterday around 5pm (12/27). When I walked in I wasn’t greeted, I wasn’t asked if I needed help, I wasn’t acknowledged at all. I wanted to see shoes on one side but the employees (specifically the male) were in the way just talking to one another. So I had to grab the shoes from the opposite side, it made me feel like I was interrupting THEM.. when they should be working and not standing around ?? I wanted to buy the snake skin flats but they made me feel so little I just walked out. I got the feeling that they thought they were too good to help me but honestly they just lost a sale lmao

I ordered shoes and paid $8 for shipping but received display models that were really scuffed on the bottom. Not cool.
