I purchased a beautiful necklace here. I have had two very different experiences in this store. During the first visit, two ladies were very helpful and attentive- though the store was exceedingly busy. I ended up having to exit the store unexpectedly due to an emergency phone call and was therefore unable to make my purchase. The staff was very understanding about this. When I went back to make my purchase, I had to wait 20+ minutes before finally asking the [door man] for assistance because all the sales associates kept passing by me and ignoring me! Despite the fact I had already asked for assistance from multiple staff members. If I had not already had something set aside for purchase, I would not have bothered staying to shop. Very poor, bare minimum merchandise selection both times I visited, (maybe it isnt always like this?) But the 30+ wait time outside hardly felt worth it. And not the cleanest store either. I feel they could put a little more effort into presentation.

The long wait is worth it. They have a good amount of selection and prices are great! Jeremiah helped me find the perfect shoes.

I love coming to this store! They have cool new items in all the time. I love seeing what they have for me to buy . Mary is always so helpful, informative and sweet when I go. Zach is so kind as well. I am glad I discovered this place and can’t wait to go again !

First time shopping at Gucci store and sale consultant Jessica was awesome. She made me feel comfortable and provided all the purse I wanted to see. I bought my first Gucci purse and love it. Jessica also helped my husband and my daughter to purchase their first Gucci shoe, wallet and purse. We are definitely going back and will ask for Jessica.

I visited this store to look for a wallet, but the one that I wanted was sold out. The associate was kind enough to check whether they had anymore. My experience was pleasant, I will visit again.

This was the Gucci outlet in San Marcos all right whats up looking for electronics and saw a long lines waiting to get in.. I make sure I stop by and ask why and maybe they were giving away free Gucci ice cream. But each individual is getting a one-on-one with the available salespeople and everyone was minding the rules.

ONE OF THE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT GUCCI.I was sold a defective Gucci bag on 5/29/21 at San Marcos Tanger outlet Gucci store after almost 2 hours of waiting on a line. I live in Dallas (4.5 hours away) in hence tried called the store but no one answered. I’ve left a message but still haven’t heard from them. I’ve contacted them via email but again haven’t heard back.I’ve purchased designer bags previously from other merchants but never had such experience with it. I thought Gucci would keep their standards high for the amount a customer pays for the products, but unfortunately I was wrong. Its very upsetting that I was charged full price for the bag yet given a damaged one.BE AWARE of the purchases at Gucci outlet and check every corner of the bag before making a payment. My bag is damaged at bottom of four corners.

Awesome finds! Not really outlet pricing, but we enjoyed ourselves, and purchased a few items in the process.

I never leave reviews but I have to rave about my experiences while shopping at Gucci. I have been coming to this store for years and I always ask for Jessica. From my first purchase to my most recent her customer service to me has been the same...EXCELLENT! She takes her time showing me all the new arrivals, answers my many questions, and even ask how me and my family are doing. I always feel like Im shopping with a friend versus a sales consult worried about a commission bonus. If you visit be sure to ask for her, shes truly the best!

Very long line, but wait wasnt actually that long. Around 20 minutes. Once we got in, we were left to explore the store for as long as we wanted. Staff was there to help when needed. Great experience.

Was lied to from salesperson that these bags are the same quality as boutique store. Which is not true some of these bags are outlet only bags with cheaper quality. Rhe bag I purchased had very stiff zipper makes it hard to close and open. Bags that look like this picture with a G in a circle are made for outlet stores only. Please do your own research before buying here

I always love seeing Marissa, she is an absolute doll. Her service is so warm, shes never rushed, she has great advice on the care for your bags! I cant wait to see her again, and beside that the prices are MAGNIFICENT!

Extremely rude and ignorant manager by the name Rebecca. had a horrible experience at this location because of this manager who refused to sell me shoes she wantes to sell to someone else and asked me to leave.i will be contacting gucci corporate office to complain on monday .its very sad that a very high end store would hire rude and uneducated people like this manager.

A package arrived to my house with a receipt of $3,880 dollars. Same name different address, I already tried to look for this person but haven’t found her. Thanks Gucci I have been calling for days and all I get is 10 or more minutes on hold.Good luck refunding all that money rather than fixing the problem.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, whenever it was time to check out they only want to checkout the people that they took care of, we were waiting in line for a long time & they kept skipping us taking care of the people that were clearly behind us, no one helped us out, they were very selective on who they chose to help. When we were looking at products we were only asked once if we needed help, i’m highly disappointed in the service i was given in this facility, i’ve never been treated this way before.

We love coming to this store and do so often. The experience is topped by the great customer service and friendly face of Jessica. We always search her out when we go there. She is professionally courteous and always remembers who we are. I strongly recommend if you go to this Gucci, you should ask for Jessica and she will help you with a great smile.

Wonderful selection of items from the current collection not just discontinued lines. Obviously not everything is available but a wide variety of items are. Fantastic service as one would expect from such a high end retailer. There are savings to be had, but dont expect it to be a cheap shopping experience.

Love the Gucci Outlet in San Marcos! Sydney worked with my husband to select a belt as a birthday surprise for me. This was all done by text and phone since we are in Dallas. She went above and beyond helping him by taking measurements of belts in the store, and well as sending numerous photos. Together, they selected the perfect belt in the correct size! What wonderful customer service!

Not a lot of options. You will run across all of the products that they dont sell well at the boutiques. Got in line to get a pair of shoes and they didnt have my size and didnt have the model of the shoes I was looking for either. I ended having to ordering them online.

All I can say is amazing!! Amazing store, amazing staff, especially, I dont remember her name, the African American lady I assume to be the manager, is amazing!! She was so helpful, had great positive energy and she was this way with everyone. I wish I could give 100 🌟 stars. We will be going back🤗

This outlet is great if you are looking to purchase Gucci items at a discount. They have a good selection of bags and shoes and some clothing. I was able to buy a page of shoes that originally cost almost $700 for only $270. If you are fine with last years items, then this is the place the go.

I went in wearing sweatpants and a cat purple tie dye T-shirt, no makeup on, and messy bun and flip flops and they still treated me really nice. I was definitely expecting to be ignored. I was going in to get a bag and wasn’t treated in any way because of what I looked like. Prices are also very good!

I live in Florida and tried repeatedly to reach the Gucci outlet in Sawgrass- no one answers the phone ever! Called San Marcos and the could not have been nicer! Matt and Jeremiah were great! I will but from them againT

I went in dressed casual because it was very hot outside. I guess I didnt meet the dress code requirements since I wasnt wearing a tuxedo... they were extremely overstaffed but not one employee spoke to me. About 15 employees and 8 customers

It was pretty cool at the gucci outlet. The only thing that stops it from getting 5 stars is the fact that you have to wait outside to enter, before you go in we waited about 20 minutes. Fix the wait time and I will change to 5 stars

A sweet Gucci store with excellent staff even with my beat up lounge clothes. I was treated with great care even with the ability to judge and dismiss like I had gotten 10 min before at the Prada store. They sadly did not have any sizes I needed but given it was a good store and my common sizes. It was to be expected. Ill just have to revisit frequently to get right sizes and the reason for 4 rather than 5 stars.

Im giving one star because the customer service here is horrible. I went shopping and dressed very casual because I was there during Christmas break and wanted to be comfortable. I walked into the store ready to buy. First off, no one greeted me, and no one asked if I needed help. I was told to ask for a specific person when I went but I didnt when I first walked in. So when I decided to ask for the person, thats when everyone wanted to help. So annoying, for someone that spent 1700 bucks in your store, you would think the service would be extra special. Negative. Will NEVER spend my money here again.

Bought some Gucci slides yesterday and forgot to review the lady their was nice enough to bring me the sizes I wanted to check out went with the classic rubber ones with the blue red white colors very lovely and a good price of 150$

Love the selection of articles at the store. I made a purchase and then came back later on in the day and made another purchase. Both times the employees at the registers were very short. They seemed uninterested and just over their job.

God bless the lady that is in the front the one that’s supposed to “greet” us as we enter the store. Just because you work at Gucci doesn’t mean that you can give people ugly looks just because we’re not dressed “fancy” or look Rich. You’d be surprise lady! We went pretty casual since we had gone to San Antonio for spring break and we decided to stop at the outlets on our way back to Houston. She literally gave me an ugly look like if she owned GUCCI calm down lady!!! I bet half of the people that you have gave your ugly looks has way more money than you! Lol God bless you! I would say this is a hit or miss store. There isnt a Gucci in Austin unless you go into Neimans there is a boutique. There are some good options here just depends on what day you go. Ive stopped in here a number of times before I found something that I actually wanted to get. I found it kind of weird that the leather bag was the same price as the fabric one. Being an outlet of course the styles are out dated. Occasionally there will be a tiny section of 5-6 bags that are on sale. There isnt an additional discount on top of the marked price of the bag regularly. The associates sometimes approach you to help you and sometimes they arent very helpful at all. I had purchased a purse and told the sales person I would like to be informed if any wallets that match it come in, but I have yet to hear from him and that was a while ago. I wouldnt really return to the Outlet just for this store. I will stop in here if Im already at the Outlets, but I wouldnt recommend to anyone to come here just for Gucci, because you arent getting that great of a deal.

I went in today to buy a belt, and I was super excited to see that the belt I wanted was sold in the store. I just really didn’t have a positive experience in the store from the lady with initials ANH who “helped” me and rang me up. I am not sure what her name was because she did not introduce herself and only got her initials from my receipt. I felt like she didn’t think I was going to buy anything from the store and got the cold shoulder. I felt like I inconvenienced her by asking for a smaller size. I still bought the item, which was really beautiful, but I got very turned off by the customer service. My friends and I came back later in the afternoon, and a salesman named Zach (only reason I’m adding an extra star to my review) helped him out and he treated him very nicely, packed his item with care, gave him the authenticity card, and his personal business card, while I got my receipt stapled to a no refund card - which she made clear to me that I cannot get a refund during the purchase which I am completely aware of. Thank you, Salesperson 1040366.

Jessica is at it again! leaving me with the best customer service ive ever experienced time, and time again.  She is an incredible asset to the gucci team, and frankly, the luxury goods industry could learn a lot from her. they need to.  she always delivers her best, treats all customers well, while helping me, but simultaneously helping others in a fabulous way (its obviously a busy store).  i adore her.  she makes shopping so much more fun because she really enjoys the beautiful pieces shes selling, and is highly knowledgeable about them.  jessica has honestly put me off of buying other brands because of the quality of service she provides.   lets be honest,  luxury items dont feel luxurious unless you get the full package. i love the outlet, because i can find super beautiful things for a price i wont i have buyers remorse over... but i dont feel shorted of the luxury experience with jessica ever. i sometimes do with other luxury brands.thank you jessica! youre my fav!

Customer service was MEDIOCRE. I went in just to look around and check on Black Friday offers. They dont have any extra discounts for Black Friday, maybe just 3 handbags at 30%off.I wouldnt waste my time at this Gucci store during black Friday. They dont have anyhing interesting going on.

Its Gucci. Its all so beautiful. Its like walking into an art museum with such a variety of patterns and designs. There is a sweater that was gorgeous with a huge shiny tiger on the front and it was only $800. I decided to feed my family and pay the bills instead, but that sweater is calling my name. Everything is well organized inside this quiet clean store. The personnel was either very helpful or really didnt want anyone touching anything. They kept a watchful eye on everyone which is understandable when the product is so expensive. The store is located on the far end of the outlets with the other high end stores such as Neiman Marcus, Balenciaga, Jimmy Choo, and others. Its always a good time walking through a place that has such high priced clothing and accessories.

I bought a 1600 bag for 750. Enough said.
