It was my first experience at GNC and I when walked in, the lady was polite, asked me what kind of pre-workout I was using before, instantly knew which one I was referring to, and was able to recommend one to me since I felt I needed some extra boost. She was able to identify what kind of workouts I was doing, what my goals were, and which pre-workout was best for me (and explained why) and I was in and out in 5 minutes. Super quick and easy - definitely didn’t expect the staff to be as knowledgeable as they were.

Excellent customer service and very helpful.

They put up multiple signs about their promotions but nothing to include about GNC’s current no return policy. Not one sign about sales being final, during the transaction the sales associate didn’t say anything about it, but he didn’t mind recommending me to purchase a bulkier version of the products I instead went out the door with. When I came back around to return one of them that same associate tried referring me to an out of date return policy at the counter. This whole time this store hasn’t updated this policy so with that I’m no longer supporting this location and their proprietary products, will definitely look for health products elsewhere especially locations with up to date policies.

It says opened Sunday 10-6 I am here right now 10:30 & it’s closed, the same happened to me last week with different branch

The staff here is great! I needed help looking for a daily vitamin so I asked for help with an associate. Juan went above and beyond by helping me go through all the different vitamins that would better fit my lifestyle. He clearly was knowledgeable and cared about what I needed. I normally don’t write reviews but i was really happy with the customer service and patience Juan had with me. I will be coming back!

It was my second time in the shop and the employees have lots of knowledge of each product! I was extremely happy I was able to find the correct pre-work out for my body type. Big thank you to Juan for knowing your stuff keep up the great work!

I came into the store seeking weight loss supplements but I was quickly intimidated due to the numerous amount of products. Juan, approached me and took the time to know my goals. He provided through and in deepth explanation of the products that would help me in my weight loss journey. I didnt spend an arm & a leg on products like how many people said I would. Juan also signed me up for my GNC rewards. I overall had a great experience and I highly recommend you talking to Juan.

It was my first time going to GNC and I wasn’t really sure what to buy or what I was looking at. When the salesman Juan approaches he was verey helpful and understood what I was looking for. He has a good knowledge of the products. If anyone is going there for the first time I strongly recommend for you guys to ask for Juan Chaires!

I went in yesterday after work and my experience there was the best!!! The person working there Stephen was super friendly and gave me great advice and informed me on great supplements to take and gave me a really good discount and im not even a member there!! All in all this is the best GNC i have ever been in. Great customer service by far.

To go straight to the point, everyone else here is correct, Juan is spot on, if this place was an ice cream sundae this guy would be the cherry on top!! Juan is very knowledgeable and recommended suitable supplements within my price range.

I just had the worst experience at this GNC!!! Unfortunately I had to take a work call during my checkout process and the employee who was checking me out Amanda would not stop trying to sell me additional supplements. She was also trying to talk over my call even though she could clearly see I was on the phone. As I left she gave me a coy smile like fu buddy. Wow worst service ever!!!!!!!!

Was a sign that said be back in 5 minutes and we waited for at least fifteen minutes. Eventually she came back and was rude the entire time I was there. Terrible customer service.
