Dr. Katie is the best in so many ways: knowledgeable, educated in her field, knows the individuals and their needs and can help to recommend the right hearing devices to enhance the hearing quality.Also, patient and friendly. She takes time and never appears rushed. Also, works to be informed about the insurance providers and how to help you get the best price for your hearing aids.I would not switch to a different provider as in my opinion and experiences I like and appreciate all of her professional help and advice.

Dr. Katie is awesome. She understands hearing problems and sometimes the difficulty articulating the problem. She wants only the best for her patients, and makes sure that they and/or spouses understand how the devices operate to the best capacity.

I hope they continue with great service! I had an ear infection and they said I needed to go to an ENT to get checked out cuz my hearing was so much worse in one ear. Well I just got the meds for the ear infection and I plan on returning for another test and hopefully it will be better and Ill be able to get my hearing aids ordered next time.

I have visited their office several times — sometimes without an appointment— and have ALWAYS left extremely satisfied.When I called this office for the first time, Yesenia, the office receptionist, was so friendly and helpful that I was immediately convinced this office was for me.It’s a great pleasure for me to write this review because I couldn’t possibly be more satisfied with Leah, Katie and Yesenia. The care and attention that was given to my daughter regarding her hearing was great, they tried working with her 1 on 1 and made her feel at home considering shes very shy around strangers. Now every time something is wrong with her hearing aids she tells me I have to take her to the audiologists those are her friends.
