Denise and Taylor are both very professional and knowledgeable. I have been wearing hearing aids for some time and the care I received here was far above any of the other companies I have used. I was not expecting to have hearing aids when I walked out of the office. Not only did I leave with hearing aids, I have never in my life heard as well as I do now. I also like the fact that I can turn the volume off from my TV and still hear the programing. It is also connected to my phone which is fantastic. Texas Renew Hearing is the BEST! The staff are kind, courteous, and VERY knowledgeable. We checked out several audiology places, and no one could help with our specific issues. We had almost given up when we found Renew Hearing--Thank God. They work with us and our insurance to provide us with our best hearing possible. We would definitely recommend them.

In this time of isolation and concern over the COVID-19 pandemic, I had a great visit to the San Marcos store. Mandy was so friendly and helpful. Denise Kopecki cleaned the wax buildup in my ears and completely serviced my hearing aids. They were so improved that it seemed as if I had gotten a new set. I couldnt have been more pleased. I enjoyed going to this hearing professional. I point out that the Google had taken a photo of their entrance from the back of the building and they informed me that the Google had been out and gave them a device but did not update a photo of the front door. Needed to be tested to pass my D.O.T. physical. Things worked out perfectly as the exam went smoothly, hearing aids fitted and physical passed with flying colors. Batteries included in the deal.
