I have been using New Sound in San .arcos, Texas, since I began having hearing trouble, about 15 years ago. Tom has always been very helpful and straight forward about what I need, options at various price levels, and maintaining whatever type I have purchased. His explanations are always clear, and his options reasonable.. l can only hope he will not transfer or retire!!! The Aids I have bought (now on my 3rd pair) have always been Spot On for what I needed and could afford. Finally, the routine maintence (Every 3 months) is outstanding, affordable, and has help me avoid any surprises.

I was the only patient in the office. They took the time to answer all my questions. And helped me order my aids.

My experience at NewSound has been nothing but good. Tom is just the nicest man, and he knows his business. He fitted me with Starkey hearing aids, and theyre so much better than the ones I had. My son even says I hear better, so I must be asking him to repeat less often. Tom has me come in every couple months or so just to make sure Im hearing as well as possible, and he offers to adjust the aids if I think its needed. I couldnt be happier with NewSound and Tom.
