Just got my shutters installed by Sunburst! I cant stop staring at them! They look great. Bryan was a joy to work with from the start. He was patient and answered all of my questions. He went above and beyond and even fixed an old vertical blind when he visited just for the initial quote! Gabriel and Kane were also fantastic on the day of install. Already recommended them to my sister and now getting a quote to do my sliding door as well!

Sunburst has been amazing from Bryans initial visit to our condo, to Gabriel and Kanes expert and high quality installation! Our condo was built in the early 70s and had some unique design issues, due to the large beams running through the ceilings and next to the windows on both the first and second levels. The first company we contacted for shutters took one look at those beams and told us their products would not work for our condo. But then we met Bryan at Sunburst. We mentioned to Bryan that that other company had told us shutters just wouldnt work in our place, but Bryan wanted to come out and take a look for himself. So he came out and took measurements and pictures and said he needed to review the specs with his installation team. A couple days later, Bryan called to let us know they had figured out how to make it work. And, as you can see by the attached pictures, it worked beautifully! It completely changed the look of our place! Great product! Great installation! Great people!

Could not be happier with the service from day one, starting with initial consultation through to the installation. Shutters seem to be of very high quality, better then expected really and installation was breeze. Gabriel and the team were done ahead of the time, in about 3 hours they did 25 windows and helped put up some curtain rods my wife bought ahead of the time. Really professional, top notch experience throughout. Suffice to say we are making another order to replace shutters on few more windows that we were not sure about before.

The whole experience was professional from start to finish. Absolutely love my shutters! We installed 6 windows and had to add a 7th late, but they were able to expedite the order, so its all installed at the same time. This has been our third purchase from Sunburst Shutters of San Marcos, CA in the past 4 years. We purchased the composite wood/vinyl shutters and have been extremely pleased with them. We eventually did all our windows and spread the purchase out over this time. A few years after the initial shutters were installed we had one window where the frame started to sag and a couple windows where the magnets loosened up. Sunburst sent someone out and fixed everything at no cost under their lifetime warranty. We purchased more shutters at that time and today we made our final purchase which completes the set we needed to cover all the windows. Each time the installers came out they were on time, respectful and professional and todays experience was no different. We are an extremely satisfied customer and highly recommend Sunburst to anyone needing shutters. Definitely a 5 star company.

Gabriel and Cain came and intalled 3 skylight shutters in our family room within the time frame that was slotted for us. Sunburst from start to finish our experience was amazing. This review is for Bryan Lupercio our Rep with Sunburst Shutters San Marcos. We did a whole house gut remodel and wanted to install Sunburst Shutters on all our windows. We had a few windows that had 20 year old Sunburst Shutters that we were going to replace but Bryan offered to repair them. Due to Covid we had a few delays and had to delay install a few times. Bryan worked with us and was always friendly & Professional. We were looking for a few roller shades for the bathroom and the kitchen. We had several questions and Bryon was able to answer all of them. Shutters were reasonably priced, ready as promised and installed as promised. We highly recommend Sunburst and especially Bryan. Shutters dont disappoint. We originally contacted Sunburst because we had existing shutters that were already on the windows when we purchased the home. We were pleased that Sunburst was the ONLY company that could match our existing shutters. Once installed we were so please with the look and quality of their shutters. I highly recommend. The only thing I would change would be the WAIT TIME. Not sure if it was COVID related but they took forever to get here.
