I visited San Antonio from Louisiana this weekend… and when I saw there was a Brahmin outlet 45 minutes away, I made sure to stop on my way out since we don’t have one back home! Definitely glad I made the trek!!!! Found some cute steals!!

Just tried to visit the store where 2 employees were working with NO customers. Sign on the door says Masks required. I asked for a mask since it is not mandatory in the State. They do not have any. They lost a customer.

Wonderful customer service here and really pretty bags

For almost 30 mins, I watched customers go in and out even though theres a sign that says we are out to lunch. Once I tried to come in, I was told we are out to lunch, that was at 3:21pm and they would be back from lunch at 5pm! What!? Who shuts their entire store down for 2 hours for lunch!? Brahmin just lost a customer

The customer Service is awful I had to call back repeatedly to have them email me different purses they never did until I called back again ! I gave them the email and they still took the information down wrong ! I called back again they acted like they were so busy Amd one lady who answered the phone told me to wait til the other sales lady came in because she was too busy to send anything ! I am a loyal customer who has purchased several purses and it is no way I should have been treated in this manner! I can guarantee you I will not be dealing with this store anymore and i would much rather go to the department store and deal with professionals

Oh this store is so very dangerous! The smell of the leather, the color of the handbags ... everything is screaming out to you Take me home! Take ME home! Now they dont necessarily have all the newest styles (it is an outlet store after all) but they have more than enough styles to fit anyones needs or wants. The clearance section is Big! With a huge selection of styles and colors. I hate going into a store where the clearance section is one small shelf with copious amounts of the same thing. The clearance section was 2 walls with everything from clutches to totes! 60% is a steal for Brahmin! But there was also a small clearance section of 70% off!! I came in looking for a specific bag, the Margo Aubergine crossbody but in its absence I left with 2 other handbags! So dangerous!! The sales personnel, Melissa and Aimed, were super helpful and chatty which made for a lovely experience! Be sure to ask them about their personal collections of handbags lol. I will definitely make the 3 hr trip to visit this store again!!

Customer services is too bad. I was calling the store to order some bags. They told me to email them to give them the address. I emailed them twice but they did not respond to me. Then I called them again but they still didnt respond to my phone. I called two more times and they still didnt respond. I guessed they saw my number on their phone and didnt want to respond. They are racist because I am not an American? I made purchase at 2 other Brahmin stores before Florida and New Jersey. They are very professional, not as San Marcos. Dont buy Brahmin bag at San Marcos Outlet store. Too bad for customer service.
