My sister got a purse here. She wanted a dust jacket for the purse but they only had tiny ones for wallets. Why would they not have dust jackets sized for the purse sizes they sell???

I scored some pretty good deals at this location, however, I’m not sure if it’s enough for me to come back being that their staff is very selective on who they approach and who they say thank you to. Great selection of purses, staff not so much.

I had an excellent time at Kate Spade! Im not sure what the reviews about nasty employees are about, I came on a Tuesday afternoon and everyone was more than nice to me. I was obviously there looking for a deal, just like everyone else. I wanted to treat myself, and stay under $50. Not once did any employee make me feel uncomfortable or unwelcome. On the contrary, I was greeted with a warm smile and the sale of the day at the front door. I had multiple employees check on me, and make sure I was okay. They were happy to answer my questions, and one of them even had a calculator with her to tell me exactly how much a tote was on the clearance rack. The store was very welcoming! It felt very playful chic, just like Kate believed in! I finally made it in a Kate Spade store and I cant wait to come back. I got a beautiful sparkly silver tote for $47!! Cant wait to come back. I would recommend to anyone. If you have a hard time finding it, its next to Neiman Marcus on the corner!

Staff good lots of bargains

Super disappointed after my attempted visit today. When I looked up store hours online I found that they close at 6pm on Sunday’s. Great, we were coming in from San Antonio and would arrive before 5 with enough time before the store closed. When we arrived at 4:40 we got in line to go in (COVID precautions), as the line moved the girl working the door told us it was not a good idea for us to get in line because they close at 5pm and that they probably would not be letting anyone else in the line in, ok fine, we decided to wait anyway. A lady joined the line behind us and here comes the girl again telling her that she probably shouldn’t get in line because they close at 5. This lady told the girl well online it says you close at 6pm. As the lady was talking to her, the girl walked away, the girl then comes back showing all of us her phone that they close at 5pm and that google doesn’t update. There was absolutely no need for this girl that was working the front door to be so rude. Also, even if you close at 5pm, we were all in line before 5 so I would assume that you serve customers that were in the line before 5. Regardless the rudeness we experienced was uncalled for, if her attitude was nicer I would not be so disappointed in this location. And why are you still having people form a line of you don’t want to let anyone else in?

The Kate Spade Outlet located in the San Marcos outlet mall is the spot for quality, high-end purses, bags, satchels, clutch, pocket book, datebook or wallet. Leather mostly. Quality leather goods. So many different choices in all of the above categories. Kate Spade handbags are not inexpensive BUT if you hit the Spade Outlet on the right weekend you can find bags for 70% off with an extra 20% discount on top of that. Sale is good 29 Aug-1 Sep! I found a lovely little bag and wallet for my wife and got out of there under $150.Always friendly and attentive service at the Kate Spade Outlet located in the Northeast corner of the San Marcos outlet mall.

Style for a great price

This is a great store and a great location, its one of the easier to park at. The employees here are super nice. There typically is a great sale going on, its hard to tell when they are going to happen. There is a sale section as well in the back. I definitely have found some great deals here. This is the place to visit if you come to the San Marcos outlet for sure.

Sales are great. Staff is rude. I guess they’re allowed to make up store policies as they please. Went in from out of town to complete a return(a Christmas gift in which I didn’t have the receipt) Store Leader, Gina Garcia quoted me a price over the telephone for the credit of 91.00 when I went in the credit added up to 70. According to Gina, the sales change from one hour to the next. When I asked why she didn’t mention that on our phone conversation, she said she was unaware of the sale change. Never apologized just said there was nothing she can do. As a store manager, the face of Kate Spade, you’d think she would right her wrong especially when capable. I then asked for the corporate number and she gave me a customer service number that was unable to resolve the issue at hand. Gina said that was the only number she had. As a store manager she is very unaware of what’s going on in her store and the company.

Dont get me wrong, I love Kate Spade. The sales here are wonderful. The staff. Not so much. I bought 4 wallets, three for myself for different occasions and one as a gift. Apparently after checking out, one of the scanner tags had not been removed so it set off the alarm. Which is fine. What I didnt love so much was the attitude of the staff members. She bought a bunch of wallets. Yes thats true, but you could have used different words. I am a customer and have every right to buy a bunch of wallets.

They have a very large selection of different things to choose from. Purses belts things like that. Staff is a little unwilling to help at times. Possibly just because theyre young and immature.

Supposed store manager was incredibly rude. Wont bore you with the details just make sure to ask what percentage off the stuff actually is.
