The service at this place is 5 star, a fantastic experience. Angela (who i believe is the manager, and hopefully i remember her name correctly) helped us with some issues we had with watches. She went above and beyond in resolving our issues. This level of customer service is what creates brand ambassadors, and Ill be buying more watches from this store.

I have been a member since 2018 with fossil.I have experience the most triumphant time with the Manager of the San Marcos Ms. Sierra, she was so mesmerizing and knowledgeable of the products and helped me fix my issues not only with exchanging my watch and upgrading me to a up to date version. I even bought a bracelet with future ideas about coming back. The product arsenal was amazing and I am truly happy with my customer service from Sierra and her staff.Praise is necessary, way to go! Thanks to you Sierra, I am a proud Fossil member.

I always get what I want here and everyone is always very nice when we go there. I usually buy 2-4 watches but this time I just replaced some batteries. They gave me a brand new watch for one bc they said they damaged one pretty badly and just gave me a new one so all in all I think I got a great deal.

Went in today to get my watches batteries replaced and just peruse around 5pm. Staff is always very nice when I visit (I am a frequent customer) but my wife and I had extra terrific service today! Stephanie was the first sales associate to help us. She was friendly and informative. She fixed the batteries in my watches and while she was doing that, Morgan helped us find the perfect watches. She pulled several- like 10+ watches over the course of the time we were there to show us so we could compare and make up our minds. There are just so many to choose from so we have to make sure we see all our options. I felt bad asking her to get so many different ones but she was reassuring and patient each time. After figuring out which watches we wanted, she helped us size them and we got to decide on our boxes. I asked her after the sale was completed if staff there worked on commission and she said no! Which was great that her and Stephanie were both polite, friendly, & helpful for no extra reason other than to help the guests. Morgan also saved us $50. No wait to get in, big and spacious, great service! Thanks!

I have spent a few days tracking down a specific Fossil backpack that I wanted to give my husband as a birthday present. After speaking with customer service from the main Fossil warehouse and another store in Texas, I was told that the San Marcos store had 2 in stock. I was fortunate enough to have Sierra answer my call, and she went above and beyond to make my purchase possible even though there were many logistics to get through. She was polite, positive and always a step ahead of any question or request I had. Not only will I continue to purchase Fossil products, but I will confidently recommend this store and Sierra as an employee after this experience. Kudos on a job WELL done!

My experience with this location was so incredibly positive. I live in San Antonio(but was a Bobcat Alumni, EAT EM UP), and for Christmas I was interested in purchasing specific watches, but I was unable to buy them online. In calling to see what my options were for obtaining them (as I saw the only location within driving distance that had the watches I wanted was this one), I was greeted by the very helpful and knowledgeable Quentin. He helped me find a way to ensure I was able to get these items with as little issues as possible. Quentin gave me the most stellar customer service experience I have ever had, and I consider myself lucky to have caught him on the phone that day. He was kind, attentive, and genuinely cared that my experience was a positive one. Thank you guys for employing amazing and kind people such as Quentin. His capacity for customer service and kindness is something that is becoming increasingly hard to come by, and during a stressful holiday season for you in the retail sector, even more impressive. They couldnt help properly with damages on the watch band.

I lost my hard copy receipt for the smart watches purchased and I havent received the email soft copy receipt of my email due to some technical issues. Later when I followed up with the store Steffanie from the outlet helped me. She spent almost half an hour over phone and helped me with a soft copy of the receipt. Appreciate your patience and excellent customer service. Happy that I could get a soft copy of the same. Thanks.

My wife and I went in only to replace a watch battery, but ended up leaving with two new watches, a purse, and a wallet. This was largely due to the amazing store manager, Amanda. From her knowledge, her willingness to help, and her obvious love for her job, it was the best shopping experience we have had in recent memory. Would recommend this store to anyone! Top notch employee. Not to mention, you cant beat their prices on quality products.

Excellent selection and prices. The quality available is unbeatable considering the affordable prices offered by Fossil. This particular location in the Premium outlets has an extremely sharp staff. Theyre all very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable in what they do, and have great suggestions for all styles. Jacob was very patient and helpful in helping me pick my first fossil watch. Sierra is one of the managers and she was unbelievably kind and helpful towards me. I managed to bang up my shiny new watch within 24 hours of owning it, and she was able to make me very happy with excellent customer service. I will be back for more than one more watch in the future thanks to this. The whole staff and sierra, along with the great products has completely won my loyalty. Thanks again for everything!

I had recently sent a watch off for repair and it was unfortunately lost. Fossil was excellent and provided me full value for the watch and some extra money for my troubles.If anyone has attempted to go shopping with two kids, even when both parents are there, you know how hard it can be to keep them entertained. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and immediately one of their staff members, Emily, took it upon herself to engage my kids. We couldnt have asked for anyone better. She not only worked with me but made each of my girls feel special.My wife and I were able to complete our shopping and all because Emily was there to not only guide our purchase but to also make my girls feel like they were apart of the experience.This is not the only time we have had great service. This location consistently has a team who are knowledgeable about the product, ready to answer any questions, and offer up some awesome customer experience. The manager was even willing to exchange a bag my wife purchased after a week due to an issue with it.

Our salesman Kyle was probably the best salesperson I have had in any arena. I buy a lot of different stuff and I have been a salesperson. I will never buy another watch from anyone else as long as he is working at this store which is 4 hours from my house.

I was there Saturday morning and was planning on buying the Gen 5 for my husband and not one employee approached me. I stood there for a good 5 minutes and finally had to say excuse me to one of them. I asked what the price was and he said Ohh its the new Gen 5 and its $ AND THEN WALKED AWAY!!!!Horrible customer service.

Had an amazing customer service experience at fossil! I came in looking for a watch and the worker named Quentin was so helpful and personable, he went out of his way to help me and never made me feel rushed. He helped me decide which watch was best for me and even took the time to engrave it for me! Quentin was an amazing guy and employee, very professional yet hilarious at the same time!

Went one morning and knew what I wanted but wanted to look around to see if I found something different than what I originally wanted. I ended up buying something completely different from what I wanted. I admit I did spend a while there but I wanted to make sure its what I wanted for $200. I was there maybe about 30mins and was asked by every single worker there if I needed help. I was asked that about ten times by four different workers! It was frustrating. I know theyre being kind but I did say from the beginning no thank you, Im just looking a for a new purse. I shouldnt have to feel pressured when shopping. Experiences like this remind me of why I should continue to just buy online.

Found a great $200 soft pebble leather bag for $70. And my friend found one for $59. All the leather wallets, any size, were $29. Good deals here.

Got a battery changed on my watch and not a month later it wont keep the date and the hands of the watch lock up randomly. No one seems to know how to open up my watch and its a FOSSIL watch. If you have people that cant even operate their own stuff why are they working there?Now my watch is pretty much ruined for nothing.

I bought a fossil watch here and the sales person said that I would get the receipt by email. He said that it will take some time to get the email. I didn’t follow up and after a year my watch stopped working. Took the watch to this store and they said without receipt they will not fix it for free.Though I told my situation, I was told that nothing they can help on that

It is a very good store maybe one of my favorites but disappointed because I thought they would have their information in updated goggle since for one who does not live nearby it is important because time and today Nov 28 2019 were my husband and I very early to make purchases because he said that they opened at 6 in the morning and when we got there nothing was closed I lost time in going there, I lost the opportunity to buy something a day before in another place to see in the goggle information that I was going to be Open early and now I run out of my gift that I wanted to buy for my family, I feel very upset I always buy in that store, but its bad information left a bad taste in my mouth.
