I had my guitars brige repaired for 50$, and not even 6 months later the brige completly came off!!!. i pay my guitar regularly and take good care of it, but im also dont play professionaly so were and tear like that is not normal!!!! Not to sound like a karen but what the heak!!! but now instead of havng to get my brige re-glued i have toget a brand new brige attached!!!

Nice little music shop! They have some awesome guitars and amps. Ace and Jess are great! Ace was really nice and took the time to show me some very rare guitars. I only picked up some strings but will be back next time in the area. I would recommend paying them a visit.

Only bought a few finger picks while I was there, but was allowed to browse around the store for a bit. While I was there a customer came in looking for some guitar strings. The only sales rep in the store actually said he didnt know enough about strings to help him, but if he came back later when another person would be there he would get great help. I was greatly impressed by such honesty in business. No doubt I will continue to shop there, if this the behavior encouraged by the owner or management.

Great little shop, perfect service, good prices, and he actually was super passionate about what he was selling and doing. You wont regret stopping in, and even the service prices were better than fair!

The live show was pretty LIT, the dudes are awesome, and the place has pretty awesome guitars, amps, and workers that know what their talking about!! Im thinking of buying the ukelele. I want the $400 one but I guess I can only afford the $50 one! You should definitely check out the band, they are pretty cool, and they have a sweet pup that chills with them.

First time visit to store. Very friendly and helpful people. Ace Pepper knows his stuff, he tuned my son’s guitar while showing him how, as well as gave him some good advice. I recommend Jams Music. We will be going back.

I don’t recommend taking anything in for repair.Took an acoustic to have the bridge reglued.I picked up the guitar expecting to see the bridge flush against the body of the guitar.The result is that the bridge is still lifted off the guitar with a bunch of glue wedged in between now.I was quoted $30Ended up paying $60I thought I was paying for a professional service but that was not the case at all.

I brought in on old electric guitar with an old scratchy sounding amp. JAMS music repair totally refurbished and cleaned up both and made them sound great, also got some schooling on all the features of my amp. Very reasonable pricing....

Been trying to buy guitar wall mounts for over month, I’ve returned to the store 4 times and they have never once restocked. Would’ve never even came back the second time if they weren’t the only guitar shop in San Marcos. I have since drove to New Braunfels where I found 3 different guitarshops within 5 minutes that have them
