Wes was so helpful and really took time to find me the best solution for shipping my items, even though I didn’t end up shipping at that location. I really appreciate his customer service.

Charge $4 for tiny paper filling + they also hold $10 for printing one paper =$0.15. Waiting for the final amount to be confirmed. Really terrible place to deal with: Next time they will charge you for showing up. Really appreciate UPS for their fast+free service.

This business has more money than God, but forced me to buy a box for shipping, even though my item was already in a box. I will never use FedEx again. All they do is squeeze their customers, so the corporate leaders can fill their pockets with more money.

The online customer service portal is broken so i can’t praise tamara on there :( this is the second best option! tamara is awesome and abundantly helpful and knowledgeable on the company!!!

Was trying to get a package for work. The name of the package was not my own but my employer’s name. Holding the package in hand the woman told that me it was not the name on the package and that there was no package under the name. She insisted that there was no package under that name and I needed to get the correct name. Multiple trips back and forth from work and the fedex office with another employee behind the counter the package was finally surrendered to me. The name on the package was the same as I had been telling her and she was staring me in the eye and denying it was in fact the name. Infuriating and rude is the nicest way to put it. Go to a different fedex office or ship with another company.

I was in town visiting a friend and had some papers I needed to print for work. Unfortunately my friend doesnt own a printer. Fortunately I was able to come here and print/scan everything I needed. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They walked me through the process of it all and the machines take cards for payment which is great.

Will forever be my go-to FedEx! Ive been coming here frequently for the past 3 years and they always offer great customer service and welcome me with a warm greeting. Just recently I ordered a print job at 7am and when I came to get it 20 minutes later it was already done and waiting for me :) Thanks to Austin for the help! I was expecting them to tell me to wait another hour but he sure got the job done quick! #1 favorite printing company, even with all the options in San Marcos. They always ask me if my prints came out okay and if not theyre happy to readjust their settings for your needs! 10/10 recommend

I had the best service experience at this store and will never go to UPS again. I thought I needed to send a fax, but Jessi showed me how I could save money by scanning my documents and sending them over as a pdf. She was awesome, went above and beyond, and made my day. I cant recommend them enough.

Just went to federal express in San Marcos to drop off a package. Good! a girl greeted me the minute I walked in. Thank you for trying your best to please customers. However, don’t expect me to shout out to you as I continue to walk towards you the reason I’m there. Again, a greeting is great but wait until I get to the counter. 👋

I had a late afternoon print job for real estate open house invitations that needed to be completed after 5pm on Friday. I called them, emailed the document over, and in less than an hour I received an email stating it was ready! I was able to drive down there and pick it up. Everything was great. Thank you so much for doing such a great job on such short notice!

Every time I go into this store whether to print or buy boxes or ship something they are ALWAYS kind and so efficient. Every worker I’ve come into contact with is patient and helpful.

I had a really positive and efficient experience here. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and the manager was quick to assist me. He helped me fax a paper in detail and stayed with me until it was complete.

I shipped a package back to a seller. The staff was very helpful and patient.

They wanted 100 dollars for a 32x13x23 inch box made! Boxjedi can make it for 7 dollars. Also, they said it would be within a few inches, they couldnt even make the box the exact size. She kept mentioning foam for the reason, but I just wanted a box as I explained multiple times. Coworkers were talking in the back rather than helping me.

Every time I go there, Im greeted with a Hello and never had to wait a long time to get any service. Clay, the manager, has been very helpful helping me with the process of shipping my products. Even had the door opened for me when I had my arms full.

I am so surprised by the negative reviews! I read these reviews before visiting the store, but nonetheless, still went since it was the only Fedex in town. The lady (blondish brown hair) was SOOOOO nice and helpful! I couldnt believe it. Ive never had such a positive experience at any kind of shipping facility. She helped pack my laptop and another package for a friend. It was quick and super easy to do!

I would like to be fare in my review, I went there for printing some business cards, the guys were friendly but a little slow for the service. However the quality of my material was poor, I was expecting something better from this company, I paid 54 USD after taxes for 100 cards, I was really disappointed. I would say, good service, bad quality (at least for business cards)

These people are truly unprofessional and liars. Really who ships helmets all the time. Unless your a Salesman for Football equipment you have no access to large amounts of helmets. Then you tell us, go elsewhere to ship I cant help you.. I will Never go to this store Again!!! Jessica is a Liar and so unprofessional...

Friendly, fast, convenient (at least during quiet summer months). Expensive, but you get what you pay for. Not many other FedEx options around San Marcos, either.

When I came into the store, I was not greeted. I was not helped. I had to grab someones attention, and they rudely explained to me an issue. There online system was down, so I had to come into the store and reorder. They didnt tell me until I got there that they can use Google Drive, and so they made me use their rented computers. For 4 minutes of an extremely slow computer I was charged $2.34. Because it was $.30/min and and I got charged for trying to download a document. I finally gave up and sent it to their email from my phone.While waiting for the computer to download my file, employees in the back big the store were discussing the issue of not being able to receive any of the online shipments. One complained they would get yelled at all night while the other responded I dont give a f@$!, its not my problem.Its been 20 minutes, and Im still waiting for my file to be recognized by a team member. I have already received a confirmation email that it was sent. I alerted one employee and he looked at it, explained it was being downloaded, and went back to what he was doing.The one time my company uses FedEx instead of UPS. Never again.

I was kindly greated as iwalked in. Jessica was VERY knowledgeable and had my invitations ready in less than 10minutes. She was kind and efficient. Very pleased with my service.

Was told i needed more stuffing in the box I wanted to ship and could buy some for $10. The box did have filler in it and did not collapse when forced

If your looking for a quick print and pick up....this aint the place. The lady literally made it seem like itd take longer than 45 minutes to print 2 papers lol thats ridiculous! Id recommend the public library.

Wouldn’t take my package cause the barcode wouldn’t scan, but other fedex took it and said all they needed to do was type in the number below and San Marcos fedex was just being lazy. Thanks for nothing 😡

Convenient location to get prints done. When theyre not busy, customer service is outstanding, but there are times if you come during busy hours the wait is long.

Waited at front of line to be passed up twice. No one a knowledged me. Had to call out names to get service started. Avoid prining here if possible.

This store has a bad energy. The employees that work here are altogether unhelpful for no apparent reason. I have used the store three times now, and every time I end up leaving feeling upset about how I was treated. Its not right. Go elsewhere.

The year is 2020. Their machines do not work with Google drive that well - not when you need it to. The staff do not seem to care enough to do something about it

You are a life saver! Finished my print job in two hours and bound.

Helpful staff had a lot of advice on a lot of my dumb paper projects, including a CAH set I printed and a comic board I was making for my apartment.

They leave packages blocking our gate so that we cannot open it. We have to get out of the car and manuever large packages through the gate. We plan to pay more for shipping through UPS.
