Mary and the team were exceptional! I called them because I was arriving the next day at a conference with no business card (my office messed up). Not only were they able to adjust the artwork and have my cards ready for pick on my ride from the airport, but their approach gave me confidence that I didnt want to look any further. They totally took care of me. I wish I had a team like that local to me! But cannot recommend them highly enough if they are local to you.

PakMail is fantastic! I had to reorder my business cards recently, but with changes to to color scheme. Same day I dropped off my order, I received the mock up of the business card with the color scheme changes. I approved it and in about a week I was able to pick up my new cards. The new cards look fantastic. Working with Mary (owner) and James was so easy and they just make it work!Every encounter Ive had with PakMail has been outstanding! Mary and her team are simply amazing with their friendly attitude and excellent customer service. I dont like standing in line at the post office so we use Pak Mail for all of our business and personal postage needs. They also do an amazing job with printing materials and custom made items like mugs and Christmas ornaments. We refer them to a lot of our clients searching for PO Boxes as they even have a service that they can scan your mail to you. This is a locally owned business that really care about their clients.

They did such an amazing job and very helpful to have my invitations printed for my wedding. I am frustrated over a mistake they made. I asked them to print my invitations that are 5’x7’ and they asked me to buy my own 5’x7 envelopes which I did. Well they cut the invitations with a white border around it making it larger than the 5.25x7.25 standard envelopes I ordered. Like if you all have some common sense cut the picture 5x7 so I can be able to fit them in the envelope. Not with an extra inch all around the invitations!I live an hour away, and I was going to prep the invitations and mail then out on Monday and now I cant.It’s super frustrating, now I have to drive an hour there and an hour back to get pictures cut the way they should have been cut the first place. Or Pay some other place to cut them correctly closer which I don’t know about.Now I’m mailing the invitations a whole week behind schedule because I don’t have time to go for an hour there and an hour back and they are closed on Sunday’s.I don’t mind going back here I think they did an amazing job, But at the same time, they need to be more aware of what they are doing.If invitations and pictures require or have a size, to fit inside a certain envelope size or a picture frame, it would be nice if the “professionals” did their job correctly and cut it the right size they tell you they are.Outside of this they were very kind, very patient, very helpful with my last min printing. I feel bad giving them one start but if you do a job, do it correctly until the end. So disappointed!

Didn’t even leave the parking lot to write this review - I hate having to ship things and always put it off, but Pak Mail made it so easy. Mary made sure to take down all of my info just in case my package is sent back and gave me a lot of useful information for the future. I went to fed ex to mail off a package for my scholarship but fed ex said they didn’t send to PO Boxes. Panicked, and not knowing what to do I ended up googling other post offices and found this amazing one right near me. The employees all had a positive attitude and I didn’t know this at first but they also do custom designed mugs, and mouse pads and even Christmas ornaments! This place is so dope, great energy and I will without a doubt be coming back! If you are wondering if you should come here or not, definitely come here! They are un informed about passport protocols and, because of their mistakes I had to pay DOUBLE to get a simple passport photo. They accepted no responsibility and were rude in the process.

We have had such great experiences here! They can do so much and help you also get the best deal for shipping any package. We have been able to send packages to our family in Canada cheaper and faster then USPS. We have also taken advantage of the notary services and even had a mask made there with in hours. Mary is an amazing leader and businesswomen . Her employers also show their enthusiasm and expertise when you walk in.

Today I went Pak Mail on Thorpe Lane in San Marcos and had such a pleasant experience. The ladies that work there, Mary and Kaitlyn were very helpful and very friendly. They were able to find me the best shipping price with the shortest delivery time and processed my package in under 10 minutes. They also have cute accessories in their display case so stop by, send a package or pick up some adorable earrings!

I had a last-minute request for Pakmail on Thorp Lane, yesterday. Because of my busy life, I went at 5:00 p.m. to the shop to ask if she can print out a banner with my daughters picture saying, congratulations for her passing her Registered Dietitian Nutrition exam.The family was super excited. I wanted to recognize my daughters achievement. I thought a banner would be a special touch. Mary was able to help me create one and print one out all last minute. Notary services are very good. For wills, due to social distancing protocols and the need to bring your own witnesses, a middle of the day time may be more accommodating due to office space. Professional and expedient.

I have for a while have been using pakmail for my shipping needs and recently with covid concerns I was really disappointed that the employees at the wonder world location dont wear mask. Thank you to the location next to HEB for caring for your customers and wearing a mask. I lost a parent to covid this year and you do not know how much it means to me that you care to wear a mask for our safety. Thank you for your services and you will have a customer for life ❤

I came in for passport services with my husband and son. Since my passport was a renewal I was able to complete the process here. Unfortunately 4 weeks later I received a letter from passport services requesting a copy of my marriage license! Considering I paid a fee to Pak Mail for passport processing I would not have expected this error to occur! If you are going to charge a fee for processing passports know the process! Now I am at jeopardy of not receiving my passport in time for my cruise. When I called to let you know of the error I was told well one mistake out of 10 is pretty good. If you are trying to obtain a passport for the FIRST time do not waste your time and money with this service. You will still need to go to city hall or the post office to process your passport application and they will help you with the paper work there for free. This so called service is a sad attempt at making money. We wasted our morning here. I completed the application on my own because the employees were helping everyone who walked in. The one positive thing done was they did get a good passport picture of my 7 year old son who has Down Syndrome which required several shots. It may not have taken so many if they had helped us when we first arrived instead of having us wait because only one person was there upon opening. Later the other 2 wandered in. Clearly this is a small business and that is why I originally went there but its hard to support a small business who doesnt take itself seriously enough to do a superior job.

I went in to get some paperwork for my husband notarized and have been out of work during this pandemic. The shop owner just by chance heard about a job opening and forwarded me the information which I got hired for and has been a life saver! During our exchange, she was kind and efficient. Definitely hardcore community vibes and I couldn’t be more grateful I chose to go into PakMail that day.

Today was my third time to use Pak Mail and I have to say, I have NEVER received such great service anywhere else! I chose to go here the first time because the UPS store is so awful as we all know, and Im so glad I did. Ive been helped by two different people and they make everything a breeze. Theyre polite and helpful, and always offer the best/most cost effective option for your needs. I will never go anywhere else!

I came in for help with a passport photo. Mary was so helpful and friendly. She even told me about the citys passport office that I used to drop everything off. My photo came out great! They have the best shipping prices in town and they have helped me with all my printing needs, business card design and print, passport photo, hilarious cards for friends and family, end we even had our mailbox switched there so we could have our mail scanned to our email while we are out of the country!

$27 to put a prepaid label item in a box. Manager and staff were not knowledgeable about common carrier firearms shipments. They needed to go up the hierarchy to confirm that it was okay that I was shipping an empty rifle back to the factory on a prepaid FedEx label per the original manufacturers recall procedure. I wanted to watch them put it in a box and tape it. This is an expensive and potentially dangerous item.... Makes sense to me... I was not able to do so. I had to leave my gun unlocked with folks I do not know. (Firearms responsibility is serious business.)I left a 2 star review and the manager called me a day later. She explained some of the miscommunication. Apparently, it was an odd size and they dont carry that many boxes and have to fold other boxes to certain dimensions. So, there in lies the cost, and the reason they cant box it right away. I think theyll be reviewing policy regarding firearms after this experience. I am sure its a perfectly good place to do your eBay and regular shipping and office services. I would still not necessarily recommend shipping oversize and irregular items at this location (guitar, rifle, bicycle, ski/snowboard, piano keyboard) if you think you can source your own boxes, which I could have done by simply asking at an area gun dealer or music store.

This place is such an awesome find! Between the super friendly employees and the prompt service. My belated honwymoon is coming up, and my old passport is both lost and expired. I came here for the photos (Mary was so sweet making sure my hair was even and letting me pick the picture I like the most). Now theyre helping figure out exactly which forms to fill out and submitting them for me. They also do gift wrapping and shipping and banners! This is my new go to for sure
