I have used this Postal Annex for mail drops in the past. This time I needed a notary service. Elyse was helpful, quick and efficient. Wonderful service. Thank you.

Dont waste your time here, they were extremely rude & unprofessional. I paid extra to make sure my letter was delivered by Monday, but after waiting a couple of days I checked the tracking number and saw the shipping label was created, but never mailed. I went into the store on Monday (the same day my letter was supposed to be delivered) & showed them the tracking information showed the letter was never mailed, they looked around the back & said someone forgot to mail it, then they turned around and lied & said I told them to hold it. I ended up getting a refund & going to a different Postal Annex, which also ended up being cheaper.

Do not bother wasting your time here. This business establishment is extremely rude, unprofessional and need to get their licensed revoked with immediate effect. I came in for a digital FBI scan and was given the wrong service. I called the customer service line to figure out how this can be rectified and the person was extremely rude. I wonder how they are still in business. Horrible, horrible service.

Take your shredding here! He has a great big state of the art shredder right in the store. He shredded six boxes of documents for me right then and there. Super nice owner.Most places put the stuff to be shredded into a slot in a trash can with a flimsy lock on it and I always just hope it actually gets shredded.The owner was super nice and friendly and very capable and ran things very well.Highly recommend

Went for a livescan, the guy there was extremely rude to where he banged the pen he was handing me on the counter. The girl was nice and finished helping me.

Notary public is so expensive, we have a document where both of us signed, the notary person signed once and sealed once. She charged $30, saying thay it is $15 for each of us. I think the correct way should be only $15 for her one signature. Be ware.

I went there this morning to mail a letter overnight. I do this all the time, but I always go to the post office. I know it costs $23.50 to send it overnight through the post office. The person at the counter told me it was $49.95 and it would be there by tomorrow by 10:30. I said I know I would pay a surcharge for the convenience but the post office is $23.00 - is there another way. The clerk then hit the computer and told me the rate thrgh the post office was $36.90. I said no it isnt, but he was insistent that it was. So I told him I pass. I then drove the 2 miles over to the post office, no lines, nice clerk and sent my letter overnight, signed receipt return and delivery by 10:30 the next day for $25.50. I then proceeded to drive back to postal annex (I was going to the Starbucks in the shopping center there, which is why I went to postal annex and willing to pay the premium for the convenience in the first place). I walked in and told the clerk he lied to me and here is my paid receipt with return receipt added for $25.50. He proceeded to tell me he didnt lie to me and never said the post office rate was $36.90 - because he wasnt the post office. If he would of just said he was sorry and the markup is what it is, I could have accepted that. Instead, he lied and said he never said that. I understand profit and can make a decision about profit verses convenience. But, I would never support a liar. You will never see me in that store again. I caution anyone who uses this store for convenience make sure of the convenience rate, because this clerk lied.

Absolutely the worst postal Annex I have ever gone to! Changed ownership in the past year or so and has gone downhill ever since. I was charge $45 to send my son a package from San Diego to Pennsylvania. It weighed 5 pounds and I was told for $45 that it would be there in 5 to 6 days today is day 11 and it is still not in Pennsylvania!!!!!!! When I spoke with somebody at the actual post office directly they said that they only charged this postal annex $21 for the shipping of this item! This postal annex charged me $45 to ship this item ( when the USPS was only charging them $21) and it is still nowhere to be found 11 days later. DO NOT use this postal annex! If you must use a postal annex, use a different one, not this one! Better yet, go directly to the post office. It might take an extra five minutes to stand in line but it is well worth it! They are liars and thieves at this PostalAnnex and after doing business there for 10+ years I will NEVER go there again ever since the ownership changed to these crooks!

Everyone in here is very nice and very helpful. I am always impressed when I use their services.Disregard the angry ladys review; after all, who in this business during the Christmas season isnt a little whacked? Not saying they were or were not, but they deserve a bit of a break.
