Great service from Anthony. He kept me up to date on my car, the tech had a great overview video that was sent to me, all work was performed as promised in the time frame that was quoted, and at a reasonable price. I was also able to reserve a loan car during that time.

Service was as good as expected but the hood was dented in the process and I need to bring the car back for repair. Also I presented a coupon with discount for detailing but at home I discovered that I was charged a full price. I am sure it was just a mistake. The Mini emblem on one wheel was missing. I found it inside the car. I also found four big screws and have no idea where did they come from. Overall this time the service was very sloppy. Previously my experience was much better. My adviser Anthony was very helpful, responded in timely manner, offered discounts on additional repairs and was easily reached by phone.

I recently bought a Mini SE. Everyone at Crevier Mini Santa Ana was helpful, professional, and great to work with. My salesperson (Henry) worked extra hard to find the electric plug-in with the color and trim line I wanted. I’m very very happy with my new car, and I got a good price, too. This experience was a complete contrast to what I’ve experienced at other car dealerships. Until now, I’ve been a life-long Honda driver. Crevier Mini is doing things the right way, and won me over.

All the negotiation was done through email with Megan (sales manager). Then Jim (salesman) took over after price was set. Jim was great and update me weekly on my custom Mini Countryman JCW. Custom one would take 3 months to arrive. But it was totally worth it. It was delayed for two weeks but it was fine. Everything was exactly what I wanted. Strongly recommend Crevier Mini.

I took my car for diagnostics. Car was working fine.There were some necessary repairs, but i decided to hold off.EJ was pushing me to get the FRM module replaced. I did not want to since it was okay. When i got my car back, the windows, lights, locks, etc, were not working. I think Crevier Mini messed it up and wanted me to pay the bill to get it fixed.

They communicate quickly, have always offered solutions to unique CPO scenarios, and the car is returned better than I left it. Anthony is awesome, and the techs can send you a video of what is happening with your vehicle. My best offer for improvement to the company is to wipe down the loaner vehicle inside before handing it off to the customer! Aside from that the loaner is awesome as well.

Fairly fast service. Buying the car was a little awkward because of a mixup with the notary appointment time, but the management here is pretty good. Had a Mini Cooper S that I bought from here come here with very mild rattling when put in idle. I spoke with one of their sales advisors, Christian, and he passed the message to one of their managers, who agreed to fix the car for me free of charge.

I bought a used 2009 JCW Clubman form another dealer and new there would be some issues with a model that old. I took it to Crevier Mini to have it checked out. They were able to diagnose and take care of all my issues within a few days. They gave me a loaner during the process and washed my car before I picked it up. This is the best the car has driven since I bought it and the service was top notch.

To be quite honest, I’ve never had a better experience than I had at this Crevier MINI dealership. Kyle Anderson was my service tech and he was awesome, friendly and informational. After I dropped my car off, I got a text message with their information to save as a contact in my phone. I was in and out with a loaner vehicle in about 35 minutes. Then, I got a video via text message of my inspection and saw EXACTLY what was wrong with my car by the car technician - I was amazed. I felt 100% confident and satisfied in spending the money because I knew exactly what the issue was and they weren’t bluffing. Then, when I went to pick up my car, I was surprised and was charged less than my quote! Overall, from communication to service to full experience, it was a 10/10! Highly recommended. If this is your first time service your Mini with Crevier, you would like it. The waiting area and restroom are very clean especially during this pandemic. Staff does maintain social distancing and wear masks, so you feel very safe. Although my tire rotation, balance, and car wash took a little bit longer than I expect, bit I noticed they did detail the car pretty nice.

The icing on the cake was meeting and making friends with Jason Valdivia. Jason made my wife and I feel comfortable while we browsed the lot looking for the next addition to our family. We talked of cars, pugs and movies.Jason found me an awesome deal on a 2016 Mini Clubman S and paid off my remaining payments on my 428i lease. I couldn’t be happier. Everything was great but when I return I don’t think it takes 7 hours to do oil change. This is not your fault but I bought the car new and the BOB doesn’t make the sound when you lock or open your car no one at Ontario mini even mentioned it and the other issue I have is 3 times just sitting in the car the emergency roadside assistance comes on the speaker and scared me. In all honesty. Crevier Mini has been the absolute best dealership I have ever been too and Ive been in plenty. I went in there wanting to feel what every YouTuber was feeling when test driving a Mini and I went from almost getting a Chevy Camaro to actually purchasing my very own Mini Cooper S. One of the BIGGEST reasons why I went with the Mini at Crevier Mini is because of their customer service. My sales woman Stephanie is so friendly and let me test drive the car THREE TIMES! I also got to meet the lovely Odalis and the very informative Jim. And just when I thought it couldnt get any friendlier, we met Ana. She helped with the finance side of things and she is just a Joy to be around with and very Kind. The perks you get from getting a Mini at Crevier Mini are hard to pass. Add all those things up and I cant see why you wouldnt walk out of there with a huge smile and even bigger smile once you leave the lot with a new Mini. Thank you Crevier Mini for putting your customers first and making us feel very welcomed each time we walk in those doors. Every single person was welcoming and eager to assist me from the time I pulled up to the time I left. My service rep anything caudillo was very helpful and tried to work with me every step of the way. I didn’t have info for my warranty coverage and he made those calls and retrieved all the necessary information for me as well as tried his best to work within my budget. I’ve never got video from the mechanic at any dealership to show me exactly what they were looking at and what needed to be replaced when so I was pleasantly surprised and wondering why this isn’t the standard for auto repair everywhere! They washed my car and completed a ton of work within one day! This is now my home for auto repair moving forward! Also, the rep outside erik helped me get into a loaner for the day and was really awesome as well. Made it an easy and fun experience. I’m so appreciate of all the effort you guys put in for me. It made me feel like I was a VIP customer!

I have purchased two Minis at Crevier, and brought a friend who purchased one as well. Jim in sales is the best salesman around, he owns many Minis himself and continues to provide advice on car features, answer questions, etc far beyond the date of purchase. Just stop by and see him, he will always make time for you. I won’t buy from anyone else. 👍🏻On the service side, Crevier Mini does a thorough job with excellent communication and customer service. Our service advisor, Christian Flannery, is great and gets the job done correctly. He looks out for his clients, and we have total confidence in the service.

I had to take the time to share my above and beyond the call of duty customer service experience with Christian at Crevier Mini, in Santa Ana. I took my mini in for my routine maintenance, but Christian and his team discovered some items that would’ve caused me some serious issues in the near future. The integrity and trustworthiness of Christian and his team are traits, that are becoming hard to come by in this society. It’s truly refreshing to know that there are still people like, “Christian”, that understands what amazing customer service truly is. My heart and mind are immediately put at ease every time I take my mini in for service, especially when I know that Christian’s there for my best interests. I got my used 2015 Mini from Jason. He is amazing and super helpful. He stayed late for us and patiently answered all my questions and explained all the functionalities in the car for me! He even put the bowtie on the car as a surprise for me. How sweet!!!We did a lot of research before the purchase. Their price is really competitive. The place is nice the clean, people are nice in there. Id highly recommend this store and find Jason for the help.Btw, they offer free hand carwash service. Ill definitely come back often!
