The two guys showed up on time (even early). They both were very accommodating and made sure that everything we needed moved was put in the right place. We also had an extra stop at a self storage facility and they were very accommodating. Ive used Movegreen twice now and each time they did an excellent job. These gentlemen were professional and worked hard. However the overall bill was pricey. The scheduler under estimated the size truck needed and probably could have used 3 guys to make this happen quicker. I had a 1 bedroom apartment with garage (full of camp equip) and it took them 6 hours to load and unload with 2 hours drive time on top of that.

Just completed our move on August 19th. Our experience with Movegreen was epic. We found out about them through a referral from a Realtor friend who had learned of their good work. It started when we worked with Matt to get an estimate and plan the move. Matt is professional and thorough. Some of our things went to a residence and some went to storage, which was no problem for Matt. He had a plan and priced it right. Then came Zach, Jose, Ryan, and Jonathan. WOW! These guys are true professionals...polite, courteous, and they know what theyre doing. We had a couple of really heavy pieces...no problem for these guys. We had a couple of pieces that were big and awkward...again, no problem for these guys...they knew exactly what to do. We had some pieces that had to be taken apart and reassembled...once again, no problem...their experience was completely obvious. They had all the right equipment and a really clean truck. We had two moves, and Kim Young an incredible job helping us with both. She managed tight timelines and detailed moving instructions with incredible efficiency and even went SUPER above and beyond to help us get an incredibly quick resolve for an error one of the movers made. I cannot say enough good things about Kims kindness and organization, and she truly made a sticky situation resolve with ease because of her diligence and thoughtfulness (even outside of her job responsibilities, she made sure our issue was resolved -- it was amazing!)We also found the movers to be very helpful and thorough both times, and although the second group caused some damage to one of our stairs, Movegreen immediately sent out a repair person to take care of the damage and return it to like-new.

This is my first 5-star rating.As everything had been booked via email, I was concerned there would be a no show on the day. However, I received a confirmation email of my move several days prior to the move and a telephone call 48 hours ahead of the actual move. OK, game on!The Movegreen team (Sebastian, Jose, and Zacaria) arrived just after 8:00 am. The move was reviewed, I signed off and away to work they went.The team worked hard and fast, taking care of not to damage our furniture or property. They worked non-stop for three hours until we insisted they stop and take a water break and snack.Upon arrival at the new property, they quickly unloaded, asking where would you like this, where does this go. Again working non-stop.Once finished they stopped the clock, I signed off on the price and instantly had a receipt emailed to me. We were quite surprised at how quickly everything was done. A great trio of guys!As we had boxed almost all the small items, the clothes and furniture were estimated to cost $1350 for the move. It ended up being $817. The tip was cash.I have no regrets using Movegreen and we highly recommend them.

Kim was my personal contact for my move. I was very satisfied with her. My movers were Zack, Ryan, and Miguel. I have used Move Green a number of times from everything ranging from a house move almost a decade ago, to moving things in and out of storage, changing storage locations, etc. They are always responsive, estimated costs are right in the nose, staff are nice and incredibly good at packing delicate items and electronics, and best of all - they are environmentally focused. Move Green in Santa Barbara just provided us with the best move of our lives -- and we have moved a number of times. The moving crew, supervised by Joe, was professional, relaxed but fast, very responsive to our concerns and they finished a full day earlier than we originally planned. These guys were the best and funniest guys I ever had. With only two guys they were extremely fast and, surprisingly careful. When we got to my new place as they quickly moved things they asked exactly where each piece should be placed. One guy had the best memory for what you told him. They were funny too and had me laughing. The reason for four stars was I wish they could have charged me only for the three hours it actually took, instead of four.I will use this company and refer everyone to them!

I asked the Move Green movers to be careful with our furniture, and wrap pieces with blankets. I noticed wood furniture not protected in the moving truck. Not surprisingly, our teak dining room table top, teak wall unit side, and marble coffee table top all were scratched during the move. I cannot recommend Movegreen.

Jose and his brother were quick and efficient in moving me out and in to my new location. The guys handling the help desk were pleasant and equally helpful with last minute request. The price charged was extremely fair.

I have used MoveGreen multiple times for local moves in Santa Barbara. This last time, it was for a logistics-heavy multiple POD-to-storage move in Santa Barbara. It was a 95 degree day and the four gentlemen who worked with me were spot on-time, professional, friendly and quick. In the heat, wearing Covid masks! I could not believe how elegantly they packed the storage unit, like a furniture janga that fit perfectly. Art and old furniture were handles with care. MoveGreen deserves five stars.

The three guys who moved me (Izzy, Sebastian and I forgot the third guys name) were fantastic! Showed up on time, brought a clean truck that was big enough for all my stuff, followed my initial directions well and didnt really need any supervision. I couldnt believe how fast they got everything loaded on the truck. My four bedroom home took less than two hours to load and another two to unload at my final destination. The guys moved my 99 year old mother from second floor apartment to third floor. They were courteous and meticulous. All belongings large and small were packed carefully. It was an all and all good moving experience.

We recently used Movegreen to move us from Goleta to San Diego. Their staff was professional and helpful throughout the entire process! We rented some of their reusable bins, which they unpacked in our new house. My infant son fell asleep right as they started unpacking and they were all incredible cognizant and as quiet as possible (without me even needing to mention it).
