Juan and Randy did a good job on my car. My car had some trouble and was sluggish but they fixed it right up. Jose always did a fantastic job on my car for years! I had a good experience with them and they got the job done at a reasonable price too. I am planning on taking other family member’s car for service since it is hard to find a good mechanic. Its unfortunate that the old saying in business that the customer comes first seems to be fading away. Successful businesses are established with great leadership from the top down. Extremely rude, and unprofessional. I drove there early in the morning to get my jacks fixed on my Rv and when I got there I wasn’t even able to explain what the problem was on my Rv. I was pretty much told to leave my Rv there and that they would find the problem when I could of just told them That the jacks weren’t functioning correctly. The mans name is Randy. Extremely rude and I’ll mannered. And they made it clear that they have no ideas on how to fix Rv’s or deal with customers what so ever.

Albeit just an oil change, I had a very good experience here. The service writer took his time and made sure that all the information needed WAS entered properly even using smart phone to document mileage, VIN etc.Being from out of state was not a problem ... am well pleased with the business approach and the service provided ..Thanks a lot ..Jerry SatterfieldSpringfield, OH
