From all the car purchases my husband and I have done in our lives (35-40?), this one was the easiest and most spectacular in service. Todd Kessler is the best sales dude. Not only is he diligent in researching competing cars at other dealers, but will persist until the perfect car is found. He then drove 2.5 hours EACH WAY to deliver it and pick up the trade-in, all in one night. Despite the late night, he took the time to go over all the controls in the cockpit, made sure my phone was paired, etc. The customer service was stellar.

By far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Todd Kessler is the man! He actually drove the car I wanted 2 hours to bring it to me for a test drive and picked up my trade-in, which I got the absolute top dollar for towards my new car. There was no pressure or uncomfortable vibes at all. All the paperwork was done ahead of time so the entire process took about half an hour. Are you kidding me? If you’ve ever gone to a dealership (that isn’t experienced) to buy a car you know the process usually takes a couple of hours. Not with these guys though. They know their stuff and it shows. First and worst Porsche Services Ive ever received. Brought my 911 GT3 in for maintenance, I booked a week ahead and had asked for a loaner to take me home that day. I showed up and there is no loaner available. Gave them a second chance and decided to bring the car back the following week for new tires replacement. I brought my car in (took time off in the morning from work to drop it off). This time they had a loaner for me but it took them forever (an hour) to send me off. Then later that day they wanted the loaner back ASAP, I told them Im working late to make up what I missed in the morning and asked to keep the loaner over night. They said no. The service agent Michael was talking/dealing with me while he was on the phone and taking other phone calls, hence it took him forever to finish up with me. Maybe if I wasnt too young and wasnt wearing my work clothes I would get better service? Just maybe.. This isnt what I expect and usually get from the brand PORSCHE. Its unacceptable and Im never coming back.

Recently purchased a vehicle through Todd Kessler, and we got an excellent deal. Its our third purchase with him, and he has become like family. I cant recommend a sales person more highly. In general, Ill also mention this dealership is fantastic. Its unlike anything else in SoCal.

Joe Allis (the general manager of Porsche Santa Clarita) is untrustworthy at best. He tried to buy my 2018 Porsche GTS on Bring a Trailer. He won the bidding (placed highest bid), but then refused to pay me before either having the title or the car. This is not how car sales work. The buyer pays in full, then the seller transfers the title and the car can be picked up. Bring a Trailer communicated with Joe, saying the same thing as I did about the buyer paying in full first, but Joe still refused.The result: my car did not actually sell. Suppose I needed the money, Joe would be responsible for me not getting it. Also, Joe paid $5,000 to Bring a Trailer just for the right to buy my car on the site. His $5,000 will not be refunded, even though he did not get the car. Talk about bad business.

Great experience here. Todd Kessler was helpful from start to finish. It was really important for me to have a hybrid crossover- luckily they had a 2019 Lexus UX250h in pristine condition. The process was so quick and easy, between test drive and paperwork I was only there for 2 days on top of Todd making an awesome window tinting recommendation. My car looks and drives amazing. Thank you Todd. I will definitely be coming back for my next car when I’m ready to upgrade to a Porsche!
