I went to Genesis 1 to get new suspension on my M3. Jay, the owner, was extremely helpful. He immediately understood how important the performance, ride and look were to me. He came up with a custom solution that is more perfect than I could have imagined. The car now rides smoother than stock, handles great around any corner and looks amazing.The shop is pretty amazing inside. It’s very clean and showcases several of their really great cars. They do some of the work from inside their shop as I got to see them doing some tinting and wrapping inside the shop while I was there.The staff there was all very helpful. They are friendly and know their stuff.I highly recommend this shop to anyone that loves their car and wants someone to take care of their car they way you do.Thanks guys for an awesome job on my M3!

Jay the Owner and Sal were very good and through. They made me feel like they appericate my business. I am installing a complete Air Bag drop in my Custom 2019 Nissan Titan. It will cost over $8,000 but I know my truck is jn the Best Workmanship hands possible.

This place should be your “go to spot” for auto customization! I brought my Hyundai in to get my oem grill swapped out with an aftermarket one. Car is a few years old during the process some clips got broken. These guys replaced the bumper, got a perfect white paint match, and installed another grill in the new bumper. This car has never looked so good! Special thanks to sal for putting up with my impatience and jay for being so straight forward and understanding! I’ll be bringing in another car soon for more work!

Took my truck there to get leveling kit, paint, tow hitch.They had my truck for 4 months every time I call it’s something else an another week or 2. Final result paint 3/5 truck bed wasn’t included in the paint and no tow hitch I would have to get a different type of bumper and was told a 2 inch lv was put on the front. I spoke to Jay multiple times built a relationship but that doesn’t mean anything I was told it would be a new front bumper put on an it’s the same bumper just adjusted.when they so-called got to the leveling kit I was told both my from shocks were bad an 1 was broken an couldn’t be put back on an the other was jus bad so that was $180 after he told me I was going to have to pay $400 one conversation then $500 another conversation for extra labor then $0 he got upset. Overall I don’t recommend this place.

I called on a weekend and spoke to Jay. What an awesome and knowledgeable individual! He let me know that they wouldnt be able to install a customer provided sub that day due to availability and scheduled me for the following weekend. He explained to me the complexity of what i was asking for and gave me an amazing quote! I took my vehicle in with the sub Ibwas providing that following weekend, and he had all my paperwork ready and waiting for me. Customer service was A+!!! They set up a consultation with me asked my wants and needs. What I was looking to accomplish. They gave me options that would for the best possible maximum results. I over analysis everything when it comes to my car. I waited a couple weeks. Called and asked questions during. They were patient didnt rush me through the process. SO I did it. AND THEY OVER DELIVERED!!! They are very knowledgeable about auto and solid sound enhancement using the latest technologies available. I cant say enough about the professionalism I experienced from all of the staff. These guys are on a higher level in auto enhancement. When you walk into the business your greeted with a show room with some of best cars and mods you will ever see. I have had my car week and the stereo sounds amazing. I am so glad i did this. I have wanted to upgrade my sound system for a long time but didnt trust anyone would do a decent job let along a awesome one. But five stars for jay and his crew. And this is a real five star from a honest customer. I do not normally write reviews but when i get this kind of service I cant help myself. They had a rental setup for me while they completed the work. I cant say enough..... 5

They took money for original product and delivered my car with the worst product. They were not ready to reduce the price in the name of original, and when i came to know that the product given by them was duplicate chine piece i ask them for Refund but they simply denied. These people loot money from me in the name of good service. I went there to service my car, just because of google Reviews but they made me to write a bad Review. The Owner Jay is a worst guy who always gives a false commitment.

Went to this place to get wheel spacers on my car... wheel spacers run on the web for 50$ - 140$ depending on size. They charged me 198$ and didnt even take the wheels off my car to ensure that they would fit. Two weeks later they gave me the wrong ones so i had to go back in and get new ones. Then they say that i need extended lug bolts for the overpriced spacers they gave me. They quoted me 300$ for parts and 300$ labor... 800$ in total for wheel spacers!!!!!! Are you kidding me?! Professional scammers here dont go hereI would know im a mechanic myself.

I had a real bad time to deal with them. In the name of original they provided duplicate 3rd class china product. For one task i went 7-8 times over there. Specially do noy believe the Guy Jay... he is the danm fraud. I thought this are gud guy, so i refer a friend and they did the loot on him too.

If I could give them a NEGATIVE Star rating I would. They lied to me several times. I paid them $3,000 dollars to install Nitrous, swap a supercharger, install an upper and lower pulley along with the Pin Kit, remove the methanol system, install a double din head unit, lights and a police detector kit (all pats were paid for separately by me). I also have Jay $1,000 to purchase a double din. when he didnt come through, I bought it myself (at HALF the price). I had also gave them a ton of used tires to resell, which I never got a penny from. In addition, they messed up the swap and installed a random upper pulley since I asked them what pulley they installed, they said, one from the box, I dont know. REALLY?!?! THIS IS WHO IS WORKING ON MY HELLCAT?! They had my car half way apart and said they were waiting on me to supply them the additional computer for testing. When I went to pick up the car, all the parts they said they had been waiting for were IN THE BOX I GAVE THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE! They claimed they didnt have it. Then, they asked me for more money (keep in mind they kept the $1,000 for the double din that I paid for anyways). Nothing was finished that I could see and they wouldnt put my car together after 4 weeks of asking. They kept demanding more money even after I found out that they OUTSOURCED my work to someone outside their establishment (from what Im told) at a rate of $800. so that leave $3,200 profit for essentially doing NOTHING! They also had my corvette which I took over there because the brakes went out on my while I was driving. 3 weeks later, I picked it up and they said they didnt do anything! the brake reservoir was COMPLETELY FULL OF GUNK! When I went to pickup my truck, they had it parked against the wall with stuff packed on top of it and was VERY MESSY AND DIRTY!. NOBODY WOULD HELP ME LOAD THE TRUCK (without brakes or motor running) onto the trailer. Instead, when they couldnt drive around me, they had an employee get a leaf blower and blow dust all over me! Then I came back to pick up with tires and they again did not help. instead laughed at me. THIS IS THE WORST SHOP IVE EVER BEEN TO!!!!! another guy I know who took his C-10 truck there got charged $995 for a REAR BRAKE JOB! I heard nothing but other nightmar stories from this guy ripping people off. In addition, I found out, after doing a background check on Jay (the owner) that he lied about owning a bunch of Al and Eds and selling them for millions. Instead, he STOLE (or was accused of stealing) a $10 million painting and tried to sell it to Al and Ed customers! I believe he served jail time over that. Anyways, this place is due to go out of business. I hope you are one of the ones who get taken advantage of! I took all my cars BACK to Sam at Extreme on Soledad and Ruether. Thats the best place by far (its where Sam used to work but couldnt make it so he opened up his own shop thats worthless who steal clients from Sam and take advantage of them by providing this kind of work and using this type of unprofessionalism!
