Terrible experience working with the managers of this dealership! We applied for the purchase of a Sprinter car. Daniel became our manager. After a test drive, we decided to buy a car in cash!!! We informed Daniel about this and also warned that my cousin, who lives in another state, would pay for the car. This manager took my cousins personal data and ... disappeared! That is, he absolutely did not inform me about the stage of registration of the documents, when my cousin should wait for these documents by mail for signing. I called back to this dealer center the next day and it turned out that Daniel just left for the weekend, for two days! He just left without notifying the customers about it. Apparently, he thinks that he is doing the greatest favor by deciding to sell us a car FOR CASH!!! So maybe this dealer center should be renamed Daniel and some Marcedes’s)))? Of course, we immediately canceled the deal, since there is no desire to work with non-professionals. I tried to contact the management of this dealer center, but the lady at the reception refused to connect me under any pretext, saying that the supervisor was not AT the WORKPLACE! Its sad and insanely funny) You have lost money, customers and reputation for at least several potential customers! If you want to avoid problems and disgusting attitude when buying a car-do not contact this dealer center!!!

Been leasing Mercedes for the passed 12 years from the same person. After she left I was recommended to get in contact with Marco from Valencia. And she was right. Super patient and super knowledgeable. Told him exactly what I want including budget and he even went out of his way to tell me the best time to come in and lease to get my moneys worth. Honesty and integrity is such an important trait especially when making big purchases and that’s genuinely what you get here. You show you’re interest on a specific car, the salesperson bombards you with emails or phone calls. You finally decide to give the sales person a shot and you give her a chance to get you the car you’re looking for. She promises to deliver and after two weeks I got in touch to see what’s going on, she answers the car should be here in a couple of days, ok. I asked her to send me a break down, never got it. Texted a couple of times before she answers and tells me it sold. That’s how professional this individual is, I don’t know how a Mercedes dealership could have this type of sales people ( if you can call that a sales person) representing them. I called in this morning asking to speak to tje individual or individuals that are in Han resources and the receptionist told me that she van make these debenture she has been there for many years. That is unfortunate that an older person has been there and thw company is letting her make decisions without letting the managers speak to the individuals.By far the worst place to work.

Salesperson Marco seemed to be very nice at the beginning. I spent 1 hour with him to clarify all numbers. I asked him to make a copy of the deals but he told me that he is going to email these details to me. Havent received an email. Called twice and left a voicemail, but no response. Im not recommending this dealership to anyone. Dont waste your time here.

Serviced Apartments not as pleasant as you might think.It wasnt the guy in the front it was mostly the guys that work inside, went this past week to go try to see if I could find some paperwork on my Mercedes that gets serviced at another dealership and they straight turn me down thinking that I was not dressed for the occasion.Good thing appearances are deceiving went down European Mercedes

Trust me and buy elsewhere. My sister and I had similar leases that expired around the same time. Hers from Rusnak and I leased from Valencia Mercedes. We both bought out our leases a few weeks apart. Come to find out Rusnak took $6,000 off her buyout price without her even negotiating. While Valencia Mercedes did not mention a discount at all.I originally wanted to return my lease and get another Mercedes from them at $140k. They wouldn’t even give a mileage allowance on my lease return. Great service Valencia! I can see why they were so enthusiastic about my lease buyout considering the profit they made on me.

10-25-21 Writing Mercedes Corporate a letter regarding gross incompetent.Dont go here ruined my car and windows no apologies. The 2 garage attendants were not friendly and rude. I was 1st one there but they took 3 cars ahead of me . I waited 10 mins guy said not hello nothing . RUDEWORST BENZ DEALER IVE EVER BEEN TO!! Guys hit my light broke it and scratched my car ( Did not tell me.) Then used a bad cleaner on my tint and ruined all my windows. Then scratched my tint with? ------- on my window. I video my car before goes in for service so if issues come up I can prove b4 car was fine. Car wash so bad looked like a child did it. It was still wet!! I guess because my cars a 2003 Im NOT IMPORTANT TO MERCEDES BENZ VALENCIA. DO NOT GO HERE...NORTH HOLLYWOOD OR CALABASAS HAS MUCH FRIENDLER SERVICE AND HONEST PEOPLE. Ive been trying to reach out to M.B of Valencia a few times, left messages at the front desk operator since Monday about an issue after my Service B was performed there and havent received a call back! I had to reach out to M.B. Customer Care twice and they even left messages to management and failed to respond back! Luckily Ernesto (my service advisor) was able to get a hold of and explain my issue! I ve having so my problems with my lease (2019 C300) since I got it from M.B. of Thousand Oaks ( and I have issues with them too). I decide to to move on from M.B. of Thousand Oaks and bring my business to M.B. of Valencia and now Im changing my mind about them.

WORST Service I have received from a Mercedes Dealer in all my years of owning 3 Mercedes Benz cars.Took my car in for a service B and a recall update on the navigation .I purchased the car from this dealership and wanted to give them the business again. The loaner car had coffee and cigarettes ashes in the car however I didnt complain. I drove an hour and a half to return to pick my car up 2 days later, I arrive to dealer and the car navigation is not working and it was there for an update (re program) on the navigation . They offered to send someone to my home to bring my navigation SD card. I drive another hour back to LA home and once I get home, I get out my car and notice a huge dent in the back side. They thought I wouldnt notice. I was furious at this point. I contacted my service advisor Bill Parks and the service advisor manager Tom Swire notifying them of the dent and immediately returned back to Valencia costing me another hour and missing work. I arrive to dealer. The service advisor manager Tom Swire apologizes, but then states he doesnt need a lecture about Mercedes Benz customer service because I expressed how upset I was having to miss work, drive back for a 3rd time that day, and how they have failed to uphold the Mercedes Benz brand and standards. All he offered was attitude and to put me in a loaner for an additional week while they send my car to the body shop .The dent had a technicians oil finger prints on it and oil reside above the dent. When I brought the car in it has zero damages also inspected and noted on the service sheet. The dealer washed the car so they were aware of the dent and failed to make sure the car navigation was updated before I drove an hour to pick the car up. I have reached out to Mercedes Benz corporate and the chief operations of MB of Valencia. We spend excessive amounts of money on service and the least they can do is make sure the vehicles are ready when customers drive hours away. Ive had service at Mercedes of Encino, Keyes of Van Nuys, Cal star of Glendale Mercedes, and Mercedes of Long Beach on my previous Mercedes cars. This is by far the worst Benz dealership and I regret buying my car from them. I do not recommend service or even purchasing a car from this Dealer.

2 stars because of clean facilities and most staff are nice.However, comparing to other dealerships, this one is so mean, only coffee, water and very limited number of fresh baked cookies provided before Covid. BMW is more kids friendly with free drawing kits, snacks, fruit, pastries. Acura, Audi, BMW, Subaru... also more welcoming in the guest waiting area.Some other Mercedes dealerships offer free car wash upon request. BMW and Audi Valencia do the same thing.This dealership offer it only after car service.

This was my 15th vehicle lease spanning multiple brands and dealerships and I my experience with William has remained the best.When purchasing a luxury vehicle, it is important that the salesperson is a great ambassador for the brand. William understands this and the value of building relationships. Rip off service. Before I came to this dealer, I called other dealers to get two new keys for my sprinter, it quoted $500. Spoke with this dealers sprinter adviser, he told me that he can give me a break on the keys for two keys $304. Happy to move forward, after a week order the key, I brought my van in and they do the program. After over an hour, came out another bill for $394. I asked why, they told me that it is the programming charge and this is never mentioned. I would assume that total is $394 which included keys and program, but it is not. $394 for two hours programming. Total $700 for two keys. Good deals or bad deal. I should get the offer from original dealer (where I bought the van) at $500. I spoke with the adviser and he said sorry that he was not being up front about the cost of the programming but he refused the refund the difference $200. Dont come here as they would cut you an arm and leg for just washing your car and holding it long enough to pocket the money. I would not come here for $700/ 2 keys, but instead getting somewhere for $500/ 2 keys. Watch out. I will buy another MB car again but not at this dealer.

The dislike is for lack of customer service today. Jazmin was my service advisor and I sat in the lobby area for an hour and twenty minutes. No contact from her on the status of my car. Asked for her she was not there. Looked out in the service lane and my car hadnt moved. Told the service manager Bill. Reschedule me for another day. What a waste of my time. thanks.

These guys are very shady. They dont give full 48 months of mfg warranty, but they do not disclose it when we try to make the deal with them. They wait until we sign the docs, then they jam in a disclosure of not full warranty asking me to sign. It seems to be very suspicious for supposed brand new 2019 slc 300 with only 63 miles when we take a test drive!

Do not go to this dealership. They have unethical business practices. I paid $1800 for a service and new brakes. 4 days later my diesel E250 started burning ammonia. They said my AdBlue tank needed to be replaced and it would cost $2600. 40 miles after I picked it up the AdBlue light came on. Now they are saying my NOx sensors need to be replaced and it would cost me another $2000.Obviously I was upset and told the service man Bill Parks that I felt taken advantage of (as any normal person being asked to spend $6000 in repairs in less than one week would feel) and he jumped down my throat yelling at me, stating how much money he has saved me. And if that’s how I feel we don’t have to do business anymore. I don’t know what planet he lives on but 6k in 2 weeks is hardly saving me money.They tried to tell me the NOx sensors are a separate issue from the tank. The NOx sensors regulate the temperature in the AdBlue tank so they obviously damaged the sensors (either by mistake or purposely) when they replaced the tank and now don’t want to make it right. Or they misdiagnosed the problem and the NOx sensors needed to be replaced instead of the tank. Either way it’s a mistake on their part and I shouldn’t have to pay for their error. I will most like file a complaint to the Bureau of Automotive Repair.

When I bought my Sprinter they offered me 3 free services but when I tried to redeem my third service they said the system only showed 2. They sent me a copy of the official contract which also didnt indicate any additional service. It wasnt until I reviewed my original copies that I located the paper showing the agreed upon 3rd service. Not very transparent and kinda shady that this wasnt put in the system to make it straightforward.

Short version: Drive the extra 30-minutes to Santa Monica Blvd, and visit G&N Motors MBZ Certified Mercedes, a service center that actually lives up to the Mercedes brand.The full story: I took my 2003 G500 to Trophy Mercedes of Valencia for a basic component adaptation, which required the dealer MBStar Diagnostic Software. I explained to the service rep that I had replaced both the transfer case selector motor and the transfer case module. As a result, the computer no longer knows where high or low range are. Therefore, the transfer case module needed to be adapted. I also explained that I had replaced these components due to the dreaded TC fault, notorious in the 2003 G500.Trophy Mercedes of Valencia’s rep said that he had never heard of this problem in his 10+ years’ experience and that he’d see if any of his techs could work on a G-wagon. I offered to show the tech how to adapt the mode in MBS, to which he laughed and said, “I don’t need you to show me.” Which is fine. He quoted me a minimum of one-hour shop time at $206. Having been to San Jose Merc prior, and being quoted $109 for the same adaptation, I asked about the price increase, to which he replied, “They must’ve charged you a half hour.” Then added, “Because even a Ford or Chevy dealer in Valencia charges more than us.” (I will not be checking to confirm this.)After thirty-minutes of my car being in the service bay, the rep brings me two sheets of paper, with two error codes and says, “There’s something going on and we need a lot more time to figure it out. My tech is unable to clear these codes or calibrate your transfer case select motor.”So for thirty-minutes worth of effort and no results, I am charged $206 - for one full hour.I continue my drive to Los Angles, run some more errands and spot G&N Motors MBZ Certified Mercedes - Benz Service & Repair. So, I pull in, ask if they are able to adapt a transfer case module and explaine the issue in the same way I did to Trophy. The G&N tech immediately knew exactly what I was talking about and said, “Sure, sure. No problem. That’s a five min job.” I asked how much, and he said, “Nothing. Too easy. You did all the work. This is a simple computer adapt.” Well, seven-minutes later, it’s fixed!!! The tech was able to plug into the MBS and adapt the transfer module, clearing the error codes and setting my TC’s high and low set points. He hands me the keys and says it’s all set. I tried to give him a $100 bill and he refused to take it. I tried again, and he repeated, “It’s too easy. Took me 5 mins.”So on my way home, I stopped into Trophy Mercedes of Valencia. I explained what happened at G&N, then requested a refund and received a lecture why they couldn’t. High level – he said they needed “proof” what G&N did. Which felt a bit sketchy. I mean, “proof?” The wagon’s fixed. I again explained G&N refused to charge me because the work they provided was too easy, thus - no paperwork. Which went over really well.The service tech explained that his manager just left, but if I wanted, I could call him on Monday. They couldn’t refund me without paperwork proof and only corporate Mercedes can administer refunds. His tone, plus telling me to call them back is not the customer service I have experienced from a single Mercedes Dealership I’ve done business with in the past, and I have owned a couple Mercs. I said that his service manager had my info in the computer, and that I would give him until the end of the week to make it right, or I’d be writing this review – what $206 dollars gets you at Trophy Mercedes of Valencia. The term “stealer-ship” comes to mind.It’s now the end of the following week and still no word, so, MY REVIEW for Trophy Mercedes: The Mercedes slogan “The Best or Nothing” was intended to drive excellence, not to pay for the best and get nothing. Expecting your customers to pay for the lack of training of your service techs and reps is not a good look and an even worse business model.

The only reason to give two stars because of the poor quality of service provide by the service team. Sales team extremely helpful and efficient. I would give 5 stars to them. I call to schedule my service to replace a part which mechanics were unable to figured the problem on my first visit. (Finally figured by my 10yr old son). I was on hold for 20minutes but no one answer the phone and finally I hang up. After several attempts, a mechanic answered my call and promise tell Jasmine to give me a call back, to reschedule my appointment, but no one call back. We expect better service than this from Mercedes. Super disappointed!To the owner of this dealership : If you go through all these review, you may smart enough to notice, all the negative comments are about your service team. You need to change it.

Took my car for a SERVICE A (oil change and routine check). Was planning to go to a cheaper place but Im glad I didnt. They found several issues needing repair and promptly called warranty company and took care of everything. Service A is about 250 dollars. Outside its about 160. Glad I went with dealer as the repairs they did cost almost 3000 which warranty took care of. If I had taken it elsewhere, the problem may not be been found.

I walked in with my parents looking to help them purchase a new SUV and I saw the car of my dreams...I had already been in the market for the past few months but never really came across the perfect options/price combo until that day. Looking back at my entire experience of going to many diff MB dealers- we were incredibly lucky to have Daniel Medina help us during both of car buying experiences. The only reason why i am giving this dealership a ONE STAR is because when i went on their website, they were offering a car at a priced that I could of worked with, and the lady i had talked to told me a price over the phone out the door. So after a few days when i had a day off from work and that lady consistently calling me and texting me, i went to go look at the car. when i got there and we were going over the price, they had raised the price on the car over 3 Thousand Dollars, and had told me that this is the price that was on the website. Luckily I took a picture of the price that was first shown and showed them, but they would not work with me on that price that was originally post. After all this time of getting bothering and finally going there to look at the car to have that done to some one is wrong. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN!!

I have to say that I really enjoy my experience at Mercedes-Benz of Valencia. Every time Ive had to go Ive been treated with the utmost of courtesy and respect. I live out of town and when I went to the Mercedes Dealership where I live I was treated horribly. My first visit was to the service department because of an issue I was having with the car. The service representative tried to get me to get all kinds of things repaired (that didnt need repairing.) or to replace tires that didnt need replacing. The second time I went I was with a friend who wanted to purchase a new car. As we were talking to the sales representative I asked him a question regarding my Mercedes and he told me that he would not answer any of my questions since I did not buy my Mercedes through them. I was absolutely floored. My friend was shocked and decided right then and there that she would not do business with them. She went down the street and bought a new Lexus. I did not buy my Mercedes from Mercedes-Benz of Valencia but they always treat me as if I did.

My Husband and I took my mother in law to Mercedes-Benz of Valencia to surprise her with a new auto. When we got to the parking lot we were immediately greeted by Fabio Rustom. He was very friendly, professional and patient. We didnt feel rushed and his recommendations were exactly what my mother in law needed since she just had her back surgery not too long ago. She needed a car that was easy to get in and out and Fabio with his due diligence was able to provide us different alternatives and models. His caring and customer service is really what made us go with this dealership. There was no pressure, and he made the experience easy and fun. My mother in law loves her new Mercedes and we are thankful and lucky to have had Fabio Rustom be a part of it.

Edwardo Pinto in sales worked with me last week. He was very professional and exceeded my expectations! I had a few questions for Finance. Carlos and Paul were prompt and very informative. After picking up my car over the weekend, I inquired on a ski rack. Edwardo took me over to parts and from there I worked with Mauricio. He was also very patient and helpful.For my experience, I rated MB of Valencia 5 stars. This is this is a solid sales and service team. They fixed my cars trailer connector issue which was my headache for a month. This is the 3rd dealership that I visited with the same problem. none of other dealerships were able to find whats wrong it but. They fix it very easily. they are very skillful and the service was satisfying. but charging nearly $100 for a blown fuse is too much I think...

After checking virtually all MB dealerships in SoCal, I purchased my fourth Mercedes from MB of Valencia, and it was the best experience so far. Romeo Samya had been assisting me the entire time. I told him what my budget was and which packages I was considering, and never have I felt pressured to get something out of my price range or buy a vehicle that I didnt like. Never. Unlike in other dealerships, he genuinely worked hard to find the exact vehicle I was looking for with an adequate payment, and he did! He gave me the best possible deal, and by the best I really mean the BEST since no other dealership could be as flexible. I will definitely purchase my next car from here.

I went into the dealership and met with Daniel Medina. He was able to locate a car that fit my budget and get me all the features I wanted! He was very straight forward and unlike other Mercedes dealers in the valley there was no hidden fees or shenanigans going on. This is the first Mercedes dealership that was able to figure out what was wrong with my car after a year of problems. My service representative, Jesse Colon is an amazing person. He is kind and very productive. He listens to your problems and makes sure they are all fixed before your car leaves. And he always keeps you updated on the progress theyre making while your car is being fixed. So there are no surprises when you pick your vehicle up. Just an overall wonderful experience.

There is a problem (note some other posts below) wherein this dealership is taking a long time to issue checks to payoff the loans or leases on traded-in vehicles. More to the point, the sales team & general manager are either unable or unwilling to say when checks will go out to payoff prior loans or leases. Be prepared to continue paying your old loan or lease an extra months worth after your trade-in.

Back at it again since February 2017. As my lease was coming to an end, I started receiving multiple emails from different dealers looking for my business. As I did ask around others to check my options (as everyone else would), I eventually did end back up at Mercedes Benz of Valencia because of my awesome experience in my previous transaction. My salesman Monir Nazari had been continuously in contact with me (w/out any pressure) throughout the whole time. When meeting with him at the dealer, both myself and my mom got a “good persons” vibe from him. He was genuinely a great person who really took the time and made sure that we were completely comfortable with any questions and/or decisions. And even after our extreme situation he went Above and Beyond to do everything he was able to in helping us get into the vehicle of our choice. Milton Garcia went beyond expectations helping me find the right car. I had been searching to replace my older MB using all means, and had already test driven a few cars before following a recommendation and stopping by your dealership. I fell in love with the first car we looked at. However, when I concluded the it was simply not in my budget, I informed Milton, so he showed me another that was in my budget, but when compared to the first car, just didnt excite me. I told him what I was looking for, and continued my search around LA. A few days later Milton called and said he might have something for me. I was busy, and made a joke via email asking if he could drive the car to Burbank for me to see. He actually did it! And it was a great car!. During the few days that elapsed before the car was to be ready I fielded lots of calls from other salesman at other dealerships, offering deals that were also good on similar vehicles, but barring some ridiculous opportunity, there was not a chance I wasnt going to work with Milton. Milton delivered and Ill be recommending him and Valencia MB to anyone that is interested in a Mercedes..
