Reliable Auto Clinic did an excellent job repairing my Honda Element. I took my car in because it was leaking oil and the drive belt needed replacement. The repair process was straight-forward and trustworthy. The shop provided a free estimate and made good recommendations on other repair items. I can never say enough good things about this place. Nick & Kai are so easy to work with and take all of the pain out of car repairs. I have been going to Reliable Auto for years. Nick and his team service our Subaru and Nissan. They have done everything from a transmission replacement to an oil change. They are competent and have very fair prices. He was able to properly diagnose and fix my father in laws Mercedes after another mechanic had recommended a new transmission. The team inspected the car and determined that other parts needed to be replaced. The recommended parts fixed the problem, saving my father in law lots of cash. I highly recommend this place.

Nick is a very competent mechanic. His prices are reasonable. I have 6 cars and I have gone to him for 2 years. So far so good. My cars range from Imports, Audi, MBZ, Lexus to locals like Navigator. So far no problems.

I have been taking my cars to Reliable since 1999. Hank was the most honest mechanic I had ever met and I had met many as I could only afford older cars at that time. He worked on my Mazda PU, 2 of My Toyota PU, and my wifes WRX. I continue to take my my Titan to Reliable and I will always trust them with any my cars. I have even turned other friends on to them. This is a family run business with honest owners. I cant rave enough.

Before finding this shop, I had gone to the Ford Dealer down the street where they told me in order to replace a connector and some wiring that had burned up within the headlight assembly, I needed to replace the whole assembly on my Lincoln MKX which would cost me over $1,200.I took it to this shop in hopes of replacing the small parts that needed replacing without buying a ridiculously expensive light assembly.Within the first 5 minutes of bringing my car in Nick and Sue helped me order the part my vehicle needed. In and out it only took an hour total (30 min for the delivery of the part). Labor was $60 to fix which I think is a fair price and the part was only $15!! (Avoid Dealers at all costs!)They were straight to business when I came in and didnt try to sell me more than I needed. I actually paid less than they originally quoted me for. Honest, friendly and they got the job done quickly! I highly recommend this shop and plan to come back again for service!
