I needed a new battery in my iPhone 7, so I went over to the store, in the window there was a sign saying by appointment only. So I called the number and told the owner I was out in front of his store and he told me he was coming to the door to help me. He took my phone and told me it would be ready to pick up in a hour. When I arrived I had some questions about updating my phone. He was so helpful and professional and told me if I had any more questions just to let him know. I would totally recommend AAACellular for any phone or iPod repair, very professional and very reasonable.

Dropped my iphone 7 and got the screen replaced here, then when I got my phone back it looked fine but then my phone became faulty and it was perfectly fine before I got it fixed. Went back to get that sorted out but now my camera is messed up. Definitely would not recommend. Youre better just going to Apple and paying extra money if youve got an Apple product. Cheaper is not always better in cases like this.

These guys were seriously awesome! Super friendly and VERY reasonable. I had a broken screen and got it fixed in no time, they gave me a screen protector and half off a phone case! Seriously it is service like this that makes customers want to go back!

My brand new (1 month old) screen was totally shattered, they replaced the glass and I had nothing but glitches and problems . I brought the phone back in, waited THREE hours only to have another faulty screen with glitches and now service issues. I wouldnt recommend taking your phone here to be fixed because youll only be frustrated with the results as I am!! Not only does this break your warranty but it doesnt fix your problems. Take your phone to Apple and pay the extra $$$ for less hassle, thank me later !

Friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me with a broken iphone 5 screen. They work quickly and their rates are comparable. Would recommend using them. Dont bother with the insurance claim -just get a new screen for the same cost as the deductible.

The worst!!!!!! Dont take your phone here. I took my phone because their prices where reasonable, but sometimes cheap can turn out worse!!!! They fixed my broken screen. Days later I realized the volume on my phone wasnt working. I went back and the owner said he will fix it. The person who repaired the phone accidentally threw out the volume cushion. He would order the part and call me back. Well....... he never called me back. Ive called him and he says he doesnt have it yet. How is his problem my problem now!!!!!!! Ugh the worst! Its been over a month now.

My phone is notoriously difficult to repair but they managed to restore it to near perfect condition. I would definitely trust them with an iPhone. They were very helpful, responsible, and timely with the repair.

These are my go to guys when it comes to my little brother breaks his phone for the 4th consecutive time. Their prices are the same as everywhere else in this valley and SFV, but they make up for it in customer service.
