Dont know why anyone would go anywhere else. Michael is like the angel of computers. Fiance and I went in to get it fixed, super humble dude, no huge ego like most IT guys.. actually directed questions at me since its my computer and not just my fiance 😆 some good conversation and before I knew it it was fixed and I was out of there within half an hour! and hes clearly not in it for the money from both my experiences. Really made my day

Michael helped me assess a relatively new laptop that became inoperable from a water spill. I was very appreciative of the consult and even taking the time to do a quick inspection inside to validate the device. MIchael was helpful, super courteous and professional.

This is a great place to get any components of your computer, laptop or iPad repaired or upgraded. Michael is the owner and will give you an honest assessment of your problem and find an inexpensive solution for you. Highly recommended for any computer problem. They also sell some accessories.

I have been trusting all my laptops, tablets and cell phones to Michael for at least 8 years. He is knowledgable, experienced, helpful and takes care of his customers. This is the only place my family goes for our computing needs. He is a really nice person also.

Not sure how I feel about this place honestly, I originally went in for an estimate for repair on my laptop and was given an estimate quickly, after some time I returned to be told it wouldn’t be worth it to fix it? This seems to puzzle me, don’t get me wrong customer service seemed adequate it’s just a bit odd to me

I accidentally broke off my headphone jack in the speaker port on my computer. I tried everything I could think of to get it out, but no luck. So I called Michael at Laptop EMT and he said to come on down. It only took him 5 minutes and I was out the door – and he didn’t charge me anything! Thank you very much, Michael. Michael was very friendly& helpful along with giving smart tips of information. I also had purchased a new phone and he was willing to help me figure out what i was doing wrong and needed to change. I really appreciate that. There arent many who will go above and beyond to help others with something that is simple to them but complicated for someone else.

My laptop screen was flickering and when I called, the owner said to bring it in. He quickly showed me that my touch screen was the problem and if I didnt need it, he could just turn that function off for a quick fix. He took care of it, offered to fix it in the future if for some reason it came back on, and didnt charge me anything for the simple fix. From my phone call, to the drive and repair, the whole thing took less than 20 minutes. My husband said Laptop EMT had quickly repaired his laptop twice and the cost was reasonable.

Best place to go if having computer or tablet problems. These guys listen to you and fix your issue without selling you on stuff you dont need. They can fix simple things like cracked screens all the way up to total meltdowns. They are my tech go to here in SCV.

As I was disconnecting my keyboard from my laptop I broke off the keyboard connector from the motherboard. I call Laptop EMT told them the issue and they told me to come in so they could take a look at it. When I got there they said they wouldnt be able to solder it since I broke off connections that are built into the motherboard however they said I could get a new motherboard online and showed me how to look it up. I appreciate their help and honesty. If I ever have another issue with a laptop i will definitely bring it to them.

If you want to be belittled and have an unprofessional Owner act condescending, then this is the place for you. He seems knowledgeable, but his demeanor is uncalled for. (in my opinion) Experience at your own risk.

Great!!!Brought an Apple laptop to the Genius Bar. They told me the only way to fix it was to completely wipe the computer and reinstall the operating system. I would lose everything on it.Brought the laptop LaptopEMT. Fixed it in 10 minutes.

We brought a TV to them September, 2014. As it was a TV for a spare bedroom, we werent in a rush. In December, I stopped by to see if it was ready. I was told by Michael that he had been looking all over for a part and finally found one in China. The reason why he didnt contact us was because our phone number was incorrect in his system. He said it would take two weeks to order and then a week to get to the service. Fine. Today-- February 7-- I dropped by again. There was only a helper there, who called Michael to see what the status was. Michael told him he was still looking for a part. I troubleshoot customer issues for a national tool company. If I treated my customers the way LaptopEMT took care of me, well, they would have hunted me down and made a pinata out of me.

I took a monitor to them for repair. They kept it for an entire month!! They never called me, not once, even when they said they would. They told me that they replaced the capacitors and that it was working but they said that the monitor had a pink color in the screen. They said it needed a backlight to fix that but it didnt help.I finally told them enough was enough of the month long guessing game. They didnt charge me and that is something but when I got it home it appeared very, very strongly that they had not worked on it at all in four weeks. It still had dust on it and it is doing the exact same thing as before, turning off after a few seconds. Did they actually REMOVE the parts they told me they installed?? I have never heard of anyone doing something like that. This repair place is really sketchy. I would not trust them especially with an expensive laptop.

Just picked up my HP Envy laptop. The staff professionally evaluated my problems and kept me advised of what my options were before they attempted fixing them. Usually companies work hard to upsell, here they just laid out what cost possibilities were there and I chose the less expensive route. Everything works fine now, plus a 90 day warranty. We are running business in Santa Clarita, and several times we had either viruses problems or some computer glitch that left our business computer paralyzed. Last week for my computer crash problem I have call Laptop EMT Solutions Santa Clarita technicians to repair my computer. Quick turnaround time, installed best anti-virus software, economical repairs, and personalized service keeps us loyal to their business.

Never trust this company with anything. I was told they could save pictures off some old computers for $40 because I had five of them. They called six months later saying they were throwing out my computers because I never picked them up and if I wanted the pics, it would be $80 each. Mind you, I had called every month asking if they were ready and no one ever returned my call. This is the least of my complaints.I signed up for web hosting and maintenance for $30 per month. It wasnt much but considering I only need an email address or name changed on my website once a year they were getting a good deal. The problem is they never did anything for my website ever. I sent a dozen emails and two dozen calls just to change my email address on a page. I have never seen the simple text changes that I repeatedly asked for. Seriously, after six months of trying to get one simple thing done, I finally just taught myself some basic web design and code. Yes, that is right! It was easier and faster to learn computer code and website design than it was to get these guys to make a few basic changes. And for that, perhaps I should be thankful to Mike and the gang over at Laptop EMT.

Went in today for a simple data transfer and was helped by Cj. He started transferring my data, Cj was super helpful and we started chatting about why I needed my data transfer and before you know it, he had taken my laptop apart and trying to figure out why it wouldnt turn on. It turned out my motherboard was fried, but it was time for a new laptop anyways. He transfered my data and I was on my way. I would highly recommend anyone come here for any type of computer issues!

I went here to have the keyboard on my laptop replaced. The mistake I made was not asking if they would be replacing with an actual HP part - from HP. When I took the laptop home and started to type - I noticed a few keys were not reacting - and had to keep hitting backspace to srik the key several times. I contacted EMT and told them the problem. They said it is normal cause new keyboards are sticky at first. Well this never got better. Then I asked if they replaced with an HP keyboard and thy said yes. I decided to contact HP parts and ordered anothr one since they are only $26. Upon inspection of te keyboard from HP I could tell immediatly it was no the same keyboard EMT installed. I then contacted them again - got completely ignored, and just now when I called them they put me on eternal hold. Im done!

Power jack replacement - Fair price, no jokes or bull. Guy was nice enough to stay late and do the fix. Asus A53S laptop repair.

Took a mouse here to get the cord repaired. They charged $20 for the service and the repair held for only one week before failing. When the mouse was taken back to them they were unable to offer any further assistance with repairs and refused to give even a partial refund for the awful repair work they did.
