They could not help us in store and made us call att from the store. All we wanted to do was upgrade to new phones and it was over 2 hours there. So frustrating and super disappointed no one could help us in store. What’s the point of having a store if all they want to do is have you call in.
Michael was very helpful and answered all my questions. I had a lot of questions because I wasnt sure what phone I wanted. He made sure to inform me of all the promotions, but did not push the information when I said no, which I greatly appreciated. I decided to also purchase a watch because Michael was able to answer all of my question and I knew he was not pushing me to make the biggest purchases therefore he came across guinuine and helpful.
Michael has been helpful since the minute we spoke over the phone. He went out of his way to accommodate me and helped transfer my phone from a different account with ease. Ive never had a smoother transaction. I didnt feel pressured once to purchase extra accessories. I felt very comfortable and he is very knowledgeable and broke down all the information with me. I came into the store with a completely broken phone and a very cranky, tired 2 year old. The staff was amazing the whole time and was very understanding and accommodating, they even put on cartoons for my daughter. It was a longer visit and I interacted with a few employees, all of whom were very pleasant and helpful.
They switched over my Grandpa’s phone number to an iPhone without a single problem! It was quick and easy! Been with at&t for years. Check them out, as not many people know theyre still open!

Glenn is absolutely amazing and was so helpful. He made the process of everything i needed done very easy and pleasant. I went in to AT&T to ask about the upgrades available on several devices on our wireless plan plus my phone was broken. Every time we’ve had to go to an AT&T store it’s taken forever and felt like banging my head on a wall for hours. So I was dreading having to go in. But I gotta say Glenn was not only very professional and very knowledgeable but he was able to help me with everything I needed, got all our stuff upgraded and my broken device switched out for a new one all within a fairly good time. 10 out of 10, and this is coming from someone who NEVER writes reviews.

Incredibly efficient and reliable store, the associates Glenn and Manny were quick to listen to my needs and play devils advocate on the best products. The store is open, very clean and following COVID guidelines. Appointments are not required, I purchased three new devices and was in and out of the store in less than 40 minutes.AT&T’s current promotions are worth entertaining. In addition to devices, I purchase two Otter Box products and received the third for free.

On top of saving me money and getting me a better plan, he troubleshooted a problem AT&T Advanced Tech has given me the run around on for months - the truly enjoyable experience of the transfer loop; being transferred back and forth to the departments that you were just transferred from.
Today I visited the Santa Clarita store and the atmosphere was welcoming and friendly. I was so impressed with the customer representative Glenn who offered me a chair to sit on and the professionalism and knowledge he gave me while setting me up with my new internet and WiFi system and hooking me up with autopay for my phone and new service with AT&T. After being with Spectrum for the past 2 and a half years I am very happy to be be welcomed back by AT&T. With today’s challenges and uncertainties the positive and politeness that was to not only myself and what I observed to the other customers gave me a great experience for my Friday afternoon. Yes I was impressed with kindness and respect that I received from Glenn. He is a keeper!

I scheduled an appointment Tuesday 6:30pm online. I showed up early, I was anticipating my appointment as I was planning to spend money on a new phone & other items I needed. Store was closed, I called & texted them while waiting outside & other customers also showed up, both of them were also calling. The next day I call the store & Tasha, store manager had no idea what I was talking about but in the end because I didn’t personally call them to confirm, the appt was non existent because their “online system” does not communicate to them who scheduled the appointment & had no way of knowing I was going to show up, in other words IT WAS MY FAULT for scheduling online. That’s it & that’s all, no solution to remedy the inconvenience & the fact that I was stood up by my now 25 year relationship with ATT, I guess everything has an end, I have been so unhappy with ATT for years & now it’s time for a change

We just switched to AT&T from being at Sprint for over 18 years. We had issues with our in home expert not responding to us regarding a time sensitive issue switching one line. Frustrated, I called the store and Eduardo asked us to come in and they would take care of us. When we arrived Carlos came out and was immediately professional, calming and helpful. He answered all my questions that were still outstanding and helped us truly understand all the promos and discounts we were eligible for, now that we have bundled all our services with AT&T. We came in hot because we couldn’t reach our in home expert and I left super happy and validated and like we were truly appreciated and would be taken care of. Eduardo was also a huge help. It’s obvious this store and these gentlemen have a keen understanding of giving excellent customer service. It’s comforting to have these gentlemen on our side!!! I hope to remain a happy AT&T customer for life! Thank you Carlos!!!!

After dealing for two weeks with customer service numbers going nowhere, I showed up in person and Dion at AT&T was extremely helpful in transferring my phone over from Verizon. After no luck with Verizon on the transfer pin issue, AT&T knew exactly what it was. I am so grateful my phone was ported over during my visit! Thank you so much!!!
This store always has a long wait, but we waited 20 mins just to be placed on the queue. There were only 2 employees helping customers, while the manager and other employees hung out in offices. Nobody answered the store phone the entire hour we were there. Our service rep was new, which was fine - I know that everyone is new at some point- but he had to go into the managers office at least 10 times during our visit. It would have been better to have someone on the floor supervising him and helping him out there with us. Also, people who were behind us in line were taken in before us. Another couple came after us, had an appointment, and stood outside for 20 minutes without even being acknowledged; they ended up leaving without being seen. I truly will try to avoid this store at all costs for future visits.

So glad this store was open during this pandemic. Went in for some accessories and Tasha was super helpful. Didn’t have to wait or anything which was great since I wanted my trip to be fast. They had a sweet bundle deal for buy two and get the third for free. Super helpful since I was looking for a charger anyway.
I didnt have an appointment but arrived and was helped by Glen within 5 minutes! Glen was the MOST honest, prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous ATT employee that I have EVER met! He re- activated my cell and made sure it worked properly before I left. I was so happy, since I had just left the 24246 Valencia Blvd store with a 3pm appt, I still waited 45 minutes outside. There were no instructions for appt check ins, no one came out to accommodate customers. Javier lied to me.... telling me I needed to buy a new phone, he couldnt activate my phone because it was too old, outdated as of January. WTH? This is the same phone that Glen at Bouquet store activated 15 minutes later!! Thank you Glenn for being such a perfect ATT employee with great customer service skills all around!! I didnt like ATT recently, but you have restored my faith.

I had the pleasure of being helped by Heather! She was fantastic and helped me save money too when upgrading to my new IPhone 11 Pro Max. She found my plan was very old and adjusted it and showed me how I can have HBO Max now and save with auto pay! Very pleased with her customer service!!
