Ive been with metro mobile for a year and a half and switched over to at&t. After months of being with at&t I finally came back to metro mobiles service and couldnt be happier. Sam will take very good care of you. Ive never ever had an issue with their service and the customer service metro mobile upholds is very professional and comforting. I was so happy and relieved that Sam hooked me up w the latest iPhone and Im so happy to be giving them my service instead of any other carrier out in the scv. DATA:Called on 11/18/16: Part ordered to repair phone via employee. Phone not charging correctly or holding a charge. New port to be installed upon receipt of part.Called on 11/22/16: Follow up call. Part had not arrived. Explained I would receive a call back. No call back. Confusion about length of time to receive part.Called on 11/23/16: Follow up call. Explained imperative need of phone repair by 11/29/16 because I was leaving that day.Asked for a call back. Never received a call back.Called on 11/27/16: Follow up call. Inquired about part. Employee explained they would look into and return call. No call returned.Called on 11/28/16: Follow up call. Asked for the manager/owner. Employee expressed that he was the owner/manager. I explained the circumstance and the importance of the repair taking place on this day. I was explained that the part order had been cancelled by another employee because that employee thought that I was no longer going to be here to get the repair. Management explained that they could order the part with no time or date as when the part would arrive. I explained that I was unhappy with the service and would write a review.Assessment:I have never written a review. I have never felt the need to write a review.This service was absolutely horrendous. The failure to communicate on the companies side created a situation that proved ineffective to provide a service that was agreed upon by both parties. Have you ever been told that someone would do something that was important to you and have them not follow through? This is that, plus the change in plan by the company without communicating that the plan had change. I called them several times to inquire as to what was going on because of the importance of this repair.Plan: Continue with my life and go ssomewhere else when I arrive at my destination.You make your choice whether you want to trust this company with you important needs. I would rate a 0 stars if I could.
Sam really took care me! I came in with glitches on my phone and non responsive screen! iPhone 6+ is now good! Only took one hour and gave me a great price.
