Horrible did not want to sell me the phone in store unless I payed them 50 activation fee. I said I already have an account and just need the phone I can place my own SIM card in and activate myself. They argued with me and would not sell me the phone from boost which they are representing. Worst experience and when I informed them they could not do that, she said its posted. Which it is not posted and they just said buy it online if you want just the phone. Bad business and scam your customers only kills your business in the long run. Thats fine make your money for the moment because the end is coming for people that burn people. Loyalty and honesty is what builds a relationship with clients for years to come. I cannot get back the time wasted from the store or writing this review so I hope this helps others not waste their time.
Social skills should be required in order to be hired at a customer service business. The girl refused service made me go all the way home to get info because she didnt enter the info I provided accurately. I came back complained about a wasted trip and the other employee didnt say a word to me. Not even a Im sorry for the inconvenience.

Called store (during rona quarantine) w/ new Boost phone. Activated, number given, prepaid, yet still phone failed to populate its own number or believe it was activated. My man Renee walked me through a bunch and then gave me tech support #. He tried hard which I appreciate~!
Very friendly and engaging but... DO NOT GO HERE!!!,Had everything I needed yet misleading information and I ended up paying for more than $50.00 worth if things I was told were included. Deceptive and misleading. Charged me a non-refundable ( as I discovered on the reciept) fee to activate phone WITHOUT informing me of or informing me that I had the option of activating for free online . It wasnt until they rang me up that I learned this and by that time the employee had put on the included screen cover and the reciept- not the employee- said non- refundable.BEWAREI got taken advantage of, Scammy place.
Worst. Experience. Ever. And this is among cell phone companies! Horrible coverage in Santa Fe (I was told theres not even roaming available in Taos). The most horrible customer service I have ever experienced bar none, and thats when someone is even available to answer your questions which may take you hours. You will beg to switch to a company who will actually help you, but even that will take you hours of waiting on hold for your secret account number- which they wont give to you because they know youre only needing it to switch. AVOID!
Went in for a phone and employee was really helpful offered me a deal for 4 free Phones. Store is always busy need more people but other than that great place and good service

Stop selling cell phone cases that don’t belong on iPhone 6 to iPhone 6 customers. Service great. But Phone case POS. They sold it to me as an iPhone case. It is not an iPhone 6 case.It rattles and camera is partially blocked. It rattles because for some reason there is a metal piece on back of phone and it is magnetic.
Walked into the store to ask about a phone upgrade on my mother’s account. That was when was the manager of the store negatively gave me a large explanation about the Apple corporation and how they had to recall all their phones. Then stating on how they didn’t have that specific model, he didn’t even offer any models that they had in store. While, being completely unhelpful and unprofessional. It is ridiculous to have to travel to boost mobile locations in Albuquerque to get bettered services then what is offered here in town. Specifically the location on airport in Santa Fe, where they seemingly never have good employees that are helpful and informative. Hence adding to the fact the very same manager gives other customers these types of treatments simply appals me. Which can be seen with what high flucuation of complaints they have from locals, and how oftenly that store changes employees.
Great customer service here! Could use one more employee but thats a corp issue not an employee issue.

Very bad service, they dont have compatible SIM Cards for iPhone, they sent me to buy from Walmart and Ebay where they dont have SIM Cards for Boost.After dealing with a SIM they say that I already have an active account in Boost and I never had an account in Boost.They really dont know what they do.I was trying to make a family plan 5 days ago ... When I finally got the correct SIM, the systems went down for several hours, they had me waiting in the store for 3 hours, so that I would later leave without success.I had to activate my account myself through the Boost page.Without knowing the number I had ... Why they never gave me the number that supposedly enabled me.Terrible service!!!!
