The breakfast burrito was awesome. Green Chile, brisket and taters. The biscuit and gravey was very delicious. The 2 sausage patties on the side are a generous portion. Very good taste aswell. My wifes flying tortilla breakfast was good, next time she will prefer green Chile sauce on the taters. The taters had great flavor. We came to visit Santa Fe for the first time in years and stopped in for breakfast on our last day of the trip. First off, they had the best green chile of the trip, the staff was attentive and friendly, and their pancakes were the best I have had in years. Highly recommend the blueberry oatmeal pancakes.
We were staying at the La Quinta next door, and decided to check this out for breakfast. Really glad we did! We were able to get outdoor seating, and they said having our dog with us was fine. We both ordered chilaquiles with red sauce, and it was delicious! Great sauce, crispy tortilla, eggs perfectly done. Wish I could have stayed in town and checked out their dinner options, too!
I understand by doing take out its a risk things may be missing but since we are paying the same prices as well as tipping it would be nice if the orders were treated as if we are paying equally biscuits and gravy but forgot the gravy as well as forgot the other side of biscuits and gravy . The stuffed pancake lacked filling so it needed syrup because it was incredibly dry but there was no syrup because it was supposed to have filling no whipped cream like the picture. My husband didn’t like his omelette and he isn’t picky.
Great restaurant to stop by if youre traveling through Santa Fe. Its very roomy inside with the tables nicely spaced out. We had great service and never had to wait for a refill of coffee. All of the staff is very welcoming and friendly. The food is delicious with a good price. It might be a little tricky to get into since there entrance is easy to miss. They also sell a couple different t shirts and coffee mugs that might be worth getting if youre looking for a little gift. I will be stopping by here next time I come through Santa Fe to try more plates.
First experience ordering juevos rancheros was nice. Second experience ordering the chicken green chile burrito was less than ordinary.
Had to log into my second account just so I could drop another review - last day in New Mexico and after a long week of camping, hiking and some (terrible?) food experiences, we needed a solid winner before flying out. Just like our first experience, the meal and service were fantastic and worth the 100 mile round trip detour! Keep being awesome, best in Santa Fe and Ill put you high in contention for best in New Mexico!

We dont usually eat at the Flying tortilla but they had flautas so I wanted to go eat there. Its supposed to come with guacamole and sour cream you could barely find the guacamole on my plate. And the rice and beans that came with it were different. My husband got the chicken burrito which was pretty good.
Fantastic food, very quick service. Easy parking. Green chili was best Ive had in NM. Staff was cool when we tracked in a bunch of mud from the desert, made us feel right at home. If I lived here, itd be my #1 local spot for breakfast, no questions!
Ive eaten here very often and I have never had a bad meal. Ive never had a bad meal here but I always only order breakfast. I was looking forward to banana nut pancakes but today I took a peek at the lunch menu and saw liver and onions so the decision was made for me.Liver was perfectly done and the vegetables were a delicious blend of carrots broccoli and corn that was slightly caramelized. However onions with liver and onion should be caramelized and these were far from it, way too much crunch in them which keeps it from an A. The prices are reasonable for Santa Fe and the service is always top notch and believe me there are a lot of places that I no longer frequent in this town because of terrible service.
I usually dont eat out because I always seem to have issues with either the service, the food, something... I have no complaints the staff was friendly, professional and the restaurant was clean and the food was actually really good I would definitely recommend this to others.😋
Very good food. Interesting and unique menu; fusion of Mexican, Japanese and Thai is better than I would have imagined! Six of us ordered different things and all were delicious.Since each dish is prepared fresh it does take a while between ordering and receiving food, so dont come here if youre in a hurry.

Came here from San Antonio and was extremely impressed with their breakfast. Really loved the food here. Not to mention, their bathrooms were super clean and had a bunch of stalls compared to other places I had been. If youre a tourist passing through or staying in Santa Fe, definitely give this place a try.

We been eating here fir over 13 years we have come to grow with the staff are extremely kind,considerate, polite, attentive, responsive fast and take extremely fantastic service with a warm smile and humble care. Ate here every single day we were in Santa Fe. Great location near the La Quinta hotel and plenty of parking.The food is flavorful, large portions and employees are really nice. Favorites were the enchiladas! This place is busy but food comes out fast. The locals come here and thats always a good sign!! Well miss this place!
Excellent food quality, friendly, fast service - great place. I ordered the Buenos Dias and this very filling plate of potatoes, eggs, cheese and chile arrived in less than 5 minutes. Very high quality ingredients, well-prepared at a very fair price - whats not to love? If youre looking for a great breakfast get on over to the Flying Tortilla!!
Service and food quality is always so inconsistent. Today, not so good. My food was over cooked, dry and service was less than par.
My first visit to Santa Fe and the sign said this was the best place for breakfast, and I must agree. I opted for the Flying Torilla Breakfast with eggs, bacon, and the Flying Torilla potatoes, which are thinly sliced red potatoes, seasons and fried to perfection. They serve a mighty fine cup of coffee and the service was excellent. When service and food quality has been mostly poor lately, this place was delightful.
I had the huevos rancheros. It was outstanding. Good portion for the price. The service was great. I would definitely recommend this place.

Awesome breakfast! I ordered the Chilaquiles plate. It was wonderful! They put chips on the plate, hatch sauce, eggs to order. They have a special flying tortilla potatoes, they were delicious and had a nice crunch without being too much. The service was top notch. Our waiter was polite and professional. My son had the pancake sandwich. Try it!
We all had some french toast some Willow rancheros and a enchilada breakfast and everything was extremely delicious service was great have nothing but a great experience

I had the Country breakfast and she had the French toad and eggs. Everything was perfect, the portions were just right and everything was hot and fresh. I was also pleasantly surprised with the speed of service. I placed my order online ( it said 15 minute wait). I put on my shoes and drove over ( I live less than 10 min away). When I got there I was greeted by a friendly man at the counter, ten seconds later someone walked out with my order! I would highly recommend this spot.

I regret to say this review took me longer than I would have liked. I have been enjoying the Flying Tortilla for years now. Not only is it incredibly delicious, but the staff will go to any extent to ensure you enjoy your meal. The family-owned vibe cannot be beat, and neither can the home-style cooking. In town for a visit, stayed at the hotel next door. Even if you are staying across Santa Fe, highly recommend you hit this breakfast gem! As someone originally from Albuquerque, I have high standards for my red and green chile, and this place DOES NOT DISAPPOINT!!! I had the huevos rancheros with xmas and my husband the sausage burrito with red. We also shared a giant cinnamon role. Everything was sooooo tasty and the service is polite, quick, and attentive. This is your next breakfast spot!!

Excellent service during the pandemic. We sat outside in a plastic tent with propane heaters, it was not too uncomfortable. We have breakfast which includes their signature potatoes, baked with red chili. Coffee was a little weak but it was served with an extra serving of hospitality.

I ordered a handheld burrito and it only beans! The woman asked if I wanted any meat and I said No, just the standard breakfast burrito-eggs, cheese, green chile, and beans. She asked if I wanted potatoes, I said sure. But there were no eggs, cheese or potatoes in the burrito. Just a soggy and messy tortilla filled with only beans. I cant believe I paid $8 for this!

Ordered for four people, drinks were forgotten, add-ons to entrees were either several minutes late, or promised by four separate waiters who seem to have no interaction within the team and failed to show by the time that the rest of the meal was finished. When the final bacon was delivered, the server refused to let me hold the plate, and a piece of (incredibly overdone) bacon dragged access the table as he slid it to my place.While the food seemed good, and locals promise the quality, I dont suggest this place for tourists.
Excellent, authentic food. Wonderful variety of breakfast Mexican food. Portions are very large, you could probably share a plate depending on how much you eat. Your choice of green chili or red chili sauce. Staff was very attentive and easy going. Friendly service and anything I needed was brought instantly. Outdoor seating during COVID with canopies up for shade.

Amazing and tip-worthy food, service, and dining experience! Their breakfast burrito (with red chile) and stuffed french toast was spectacular. No wonder this establishment was voted #1 for best breakfast. One side of their restaurant has tables and chairs in the shade, where me and my partner ate, which I recommend. Please wear a mask when you go and bring company!
My simple recommendation.The Steak and Eggs with Green Chile. Soft succulent and tender steak served over hash browns and pillow soft scrambled wggs and cheese with a warm home made flour tortilla. Treat yourself.
