The ineptness of the majority of staff in this pharmacy never cease to amaze me. There are a few good ones, Matthew and one of the females. Other than that, I am often just flabbergasted. I had two prescriptions today that were ready to be picked up. My oncologist made a mistake on her new computer system ordering one of the prescriptions. It came into the pharmacy as a 15 day supply instead of the 90 day supply. I reached out to Walgreens telling them that it was a mistake and I would contact my Doctor today to have the correct prescription sent. I go to Walgreens to pick up the one prescription that I had to have today. I tell the girl at the counter I do not want to pick up the second one because the prescription is incorrect. My insurance had already approved the 15 days. I did not want to take the prescription which would result in the 90 day supply been denied by insurance. She said oh it’s not a problem just take it. My doctor sent over the correct prescription for the 90 day supply. Walgreens refuses to fill it because I just picked it up. I don’t know how many times I try to explain it to them. Not only are they inept, the majority of the staff is incredibly rude, specifically the pharmacist. So now I will have to deal with my insurance company to make sure they will approve the 90 day supply in 15 days when the current prescription is gone. You would think they would give me 75 more pills to equal a 90 day supply and call it good. But no, there is no common sense anywhere. How difficult is it to void a prescription and wait a few hours for the correct one to come through? I probably should’ve just refused the 15 day supply; however, I was afraid they would really screw things up if I did that. There has to be a better pharmacy in Santa Rosa. And I should add, these two prescriptions are the same two prescriptions that I have taken for years which have been filled by Walgreens. I would think it would not take a rocket scientist to look at the computer and see that I have had 90 day supplies of these medication‘s forever.

I see lots of bad reviews on Walgreens on this location and others. I think the employees are doing their best but they may be understaffed as most Walgreens its hard to find an employee to help. Maybe because they are busy working on their tasks and lines of people. I like this store. The people who work here are pleasant and theres enough stuff in here to find what you need and good prices. Theres also always open parking out front and a convenient drive-thru pharmacy.

Came in the Walgreens twice after wife surgery and they say to come back in 30 minutes to pick up the prescription and the prescription is no longer available this is happened twiceLast week as wellis the worst experience with the pharmacy I have ever had please be aware

By far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. I’ve been coming here for over a year. Each month they have no idea what’s going on and their is always a problem that is extremely basic for them to figure it out but they are to lazy. They take extremely long to do anything!! Like a 25 minute wait in the drive threw when their was only one customer inside the whole time. Everyone of the pharmacist have horrible attitudes and they hang up the phone once the Machine transfers you.

Called to ask if they carry an item and was put on hold and forgotten about. Then someone new comes on the line and once again put on hold and forgotten. Pretty incompetent.

Whatever you do don’t get the pcr test for travel here.

Consistently slow and understaffed pharmacy. I used to think they were prioritizing the drive-through until I tried the drive-through and that was slow as well. It doesnt seem to matter whether you go during the work day or after it ends.

I give one star, given thats the bare minimum rating! Horrible service, no one greets you when you enter.I had to locate employees, who appear to speed walk in the opposite direction of my voice. The worst of it all, I visited this location @ approximately 8:30pm. I needed to use the ladies room. Management informed me their restrooms closed at a specific time BEFORE BUSINESS HOURS END. Could not give me a reasoning for such a policy. Horrible service, product selection deplorable, shelves poorly stocked! AVOID THIS WALGREENS AT ALL COST

Dont order photos here they ce out blurry everytime. Its a waste of money. Store is gross and employees are not well trained.

Going to Marlow is almost an every other day experience. Their employees try very hard to help customers. Some may be better than other. I appreciate their neighborly service and how they also try to help some of our homeless people. 🙏Celeste

This is my neighborhood store. It has all the last minute things I need from food to project supplies. It’s also a great place to meet with my friends. The organization of the store needs some work though.

Bad experience. Canceled order no clarification. Not reliable place for online order pick up situation .

Horrible waited in line for 45 mins, person had attitude and they take absolutely way to long. They need to hire more people and try and hire someone that doesn’t seem like they hate there job and everyone.

Pharmacy is horrible. Staff is unprofessional, very rude. They take forever to fill a prescription, even if its a neccessary medication like blood pressure pills. The drive thru always takes forever. They start to help you at the window, then walk off and help someone else. Definitely changing pharmacies.

I went to this pharmacy for urgently needed medication promised the next day. Not only did they not have it, but said they did not receive the doctors orders. I was with the doctor when he called it in. We are working to heal a BAD infection eating away my eardrum, and now, as the second day later begins, so does the pain and returning of the rapidly invading infection. They were also rude to me and couple of others in front of me. They need to learn compassion, honesty and treat people with respect.

This is a review of their photo lab. I was ordering pictures online and when I went to check out, the price jumped from $4 to $16. I decided to go pick them up and when I got to my car to look at them, they are HORRIBLE. The picture quality makes it look like they belong in an old school video game. Will never return for pictures again.

I was homeless not too long ago, really depressed and ill. I lost everything. Found comfort out front of this place.. for a month almost. Day and night I stayed in front of this store .. I was treated like a real person without even going inside. No judgement. Just respect. From all sides. I love all the employees here. I dont know who hired every one that goes in there but, keep up the good work. I love coming here and seeing familiar faces. Its like a new found friends without even having to talk. They know my face. I know theres . It feels good. Theyre so sweet, and understanding. one of the woman who works early mornings would bring me donuts when I would sit there after I woke up. And I remember the manager that used to work there was into starwars, he has a huge heart and always helped me out and let me vent to him. Theres a really tall man who works in the pharmacy, who got me an ambulance when I was having chest pain. He held my bike in the store for three days then told me he had called a shelter and got me an immediate spot with a bed. For 90 days. Thank you to him as well.

Always get great service here. Could be better organized but all in all its a great store to have in your neighborhood. Wish there was one by Hwy 12 and Stony Point Rds.

The closing time says 12am. I got there at 11:45pm. And they told me and other 2 customers that they’re already close. The cashier told us they actually don’t ring any purchases up after 11:30pm. That’s ridiculous, if they are going to close at 11:30pm then change the fricking closing time and don’t make people waste their time.

Been in the drive though pharmacy for a half hour! I can understand if there busy. But theres 2 dang cars before me that have been waiting to! Wth hire help!

Sat there at the pharmacy for a while before anyone came to help me, was told my prescription wasn’t ready yet even though it was sent in the day before by the doctor, then they don’t even take my insurance. Extremely frustrating and irritated with this store

I am used to Walgreens from Arizona where I was always treated with dignity, staff were always friendly, and there were never problems. I now live in Sonoma and this is the closest Walgreens. The pharmacy staff have been rude, and have treated me in a very undignified manner. Despite the fact that I am always friendly towards them. Once my prescription plan has concluded for the year, I will be moving to CVS.

When I go shopping sometimes I like to watch at all the things that catch my attention at the different departments and what was different today was there was a employee watching me, at first I didnt noticed, then when I went to the section of school stuff and then switch to the section of footcare I noticed him, I looked at him, I wanted to say something to him but you see I am not that kind of person, I dont like to argue, Do they evaluated me cuz of my clothes? Do they think I am so stupid that i try to steal? Do I have to show them my money before I enter the store so they know I will pay? This had never happened to me. I felt discrimination cuz I wasnt the only customer or what do they follow every single customer to make sure they wont steal? I complaint to the cashier and she didnt even apologized and went to the next customer.

Have had them not have my medication in stock numerous times when I need to filled at specific times- very frustrating. Will be transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

Terrible..Update : Still the absolute worst!Any positive reviews on this pharmacy are a joke or are by folks with nothing but time on their hands.

I like online photo deals, always have a special going on. There clearance is a bit messy and hidden in the back.

I love these people because they are warm and respectful. I could shop here all day, if I had a reason too!

Walgreens miss represents there sale prices this is a scheme to get you to come into their store and the item you saw in the paper will not be on sale in the store they will always claim its sold out I know this for a fact my friend is a manager of Walgreens and she told me this is what they do to get people to come in overcharged them Walgreens is a very expensive store their are other pharmacies that sell these items for half the price..( the only people who given Walgreens 5 stars on this site are Walgreen employees nice job ASSHOLES trying to confuse the public

This place keeps giving me the run around, saying they cant accept my insurance because it doesnt have a BIN number on it. Was treated really poorly on the phone, once I deal with them one more time to get my stuff, Im switching to CVS.
