My hair got whacked... Had to go back & have another girl fix it. Affordable price, just hope you get a good stylist.

I have been happy with my haircuts here over the past couple years. It is a nice easy location and not to busy.

Standing up front near register, saw a few ladies see me who were in the salon. No one helped me for five minutes so I called the salon’s number and someone came to pick up the phone so I just hung up so they can help me in person.

This is my first time at JCPENNEY salon. I was treated with great customer service on the phone and going to get my first perm here.

Made an appointment for my son for 2:45. Gave them my telephone number. Hung out at the mall for a few hours and have lunch. When we arrived at the salon we were told they could not honor the appointment. Because the stylist was busy with other customers. I suggested squeezing Us in and making her other customers wait 15 minutes so that my son could get a haircut, but the stylist wasnt willing. I was told another stylist could cut his hair for twice the amount of money! Absolutely ridiculous, terrible customer service. I would avoid at all costs.

I went here after StuporKutz ruined my hair. Yecenia fixed everything Thank God! Shes there Mon thru Wednesday, super nice, does a great job. Under $50.00 for excellent stylists.

I have been trying to call and make an appointment for 2 weeks now but no matter what day or time I call they never answer the phone. Ive even gone down there twice just to be ignored because no one wants to come to the front. Horrible customer service in my opinion.

Really bad service I was there since 10am and got out at 4pm didnt get the hair color I wanted and they didnt care and still charged me $200 really bad place its trash
