I am very sorry to say this because l like this place, but they pre-ordered my parts, they said a week, maybe 6 days to complete the repairs, it is going on a month, and still not done, my insurance co. is not happy paying for a rental that will not ever end. It has been difficult to talk to them, I get out of office, not available, left early, like l said but l just dont understand.

Had the opportunity to work with manager, Ian, in Toyota sales. This individual went out of his way to assist me with my vehicle needs. I had the impression that this person genuinely cares about his customers. No pressure, no attitude, honest and professional. He was easy to talk to, understanding, humble, and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Ian at Freeman Toyota.

My family is a Toyota family! I love their cars and always have for the longest time! I already have a Toyota Camry hybrid and so does my sister and my brother has a Prius! When my dad was alive he preferred the Toyota Camry as well!Very very satisfied and very very happy! Those cars are very comfortable and very good gas mileage as well!

We showed up to look at a car and Marty gave us a ride on the golf cart because we had a restless 8 year old with us and Preston has been very nice and is an excellent, easy going salesman.

So I came here because I was comparing a Lincoln MKZ to an Audi A6 diesel to a Lexus hybrid car. In that older gentleman that help me out was quite a pleasure I got there after the clothes because I had a busy day at work. And he sent and explained everything to me for a few minutes anyhow. He was really great and really helpful. I remembered his name I would post it on here no to this day I still have not purchased a car and it has been about 2 months. But I keep telling myself I want the diesel instead of a hybrid

I have had several service experiences here including having a new key set programmed and set up. Its an expensive ($500) service but necessary. today its a year later and my key, which contains the door locks and alarm fell apart. I rescued all the parts and found out that I needed a tiny screw that holds the two sides together. I went into the parts department and showed it to him. He gave it back a minute later with a new screw. No charge.

I believe it to be straight forward company had very good experiences with my Toyota tundra thru the years
