Their selection was small, but understandable given current events, and all their prices seemed reasonable. We appreciated that they didnt seem to be trying to sell us anything. We walked around the lot looking at cars, and were approached and asked if there was anything we wanted to look at. No frills, no bells and whistles, no high pressure sales tactics here. Just left us alone to look at cars and was nearby to answer any questions.5/5, definitely planning on getting my next car here.

IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON BUYING A CAR GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. I have been looking for a car for three months now. I purchased an Audi from a different dealership and the entire motor blew up on me in two days, and I went from one crooked dealership to another and completely started to give up hope that anyone in the car industry was actually decent. I finally gave this place a try after seeing a Toyota Corolla they had for sale on Carmax and I am SO HAPPY that I decided to come here to look at it. Whitney is super up front, honest, and kind. Their mechanic Juan is as friendly and pleasant as can be. They are flexible, family owned, and genuinely want to help you out and provide really great service. They actually stand behind their vehicles and offer a 30 day warranty on the car so if anything goes wrong after you purchase it, you don’t have to worry about being thrown to the wolves. I’ve never even heard of someone providing that before, and it takes so much fear out of purchasing a car. Plus, they are MILITARY FRIENDLY. I couldn’t recommend them more. Don’t look any further if you’re trying to avoid sketchy dealers- this is your place. Amazing customer service ! Its a small family owned business and the pride they take in their service and cars really shows . We bought our son his first car from them and if we need another car we will go to Carriage for sure ! We went to practically every used car lot in SR before ending up here and I wish we would have just started our search here ...the quality of cars surpassed every other lot we went to (including some bigger lots like Ford and Jeep!) And then the amazing service on top of it made the whole experience easy. I dislike the whole process of buying a car but they made it a great one . We didnt finance the car so I can speak to how that process goes but based on everything else we experienced I feel safe saying that would be an easy process also. We bought the car but then left of vacation so the car stayed at their lot for a week and they washed and detailed it and had it ready. The car needed gas and they offered to go fill it up for us but we were in a little bit of a hurry so they just gave us the cash for gas which was really nice of them ..side note we bought a used car a year ago from another lot (skyline ) & aside from that whole thing being an ordeal they let us drive the car off the lot on fumes ...they along with many other lots should take note on how Carriage takes care of their customers ! We are lifelong ones now .

Good prices friendly staff not aggressive

I was worried after we had just bought the car because immediately we noticed some issues. Battery was #1 but they had offered to replace that so we took them up on that and they gave us a new battery at their expense. But the real trouble was after we left that time the check engine light came on. So I took it to my local mechanic who found other issues and thats when I was worried we may have bought a lemon after saving so much money and buying a car in cash. But when I brought it back they said no problem they took it to their mechanic over the weekend and by Monday morning everything was fixed and we are on the road again! Though I would have loved to bypass all the stress and frustration of a car with issues, Im glad they practice good business ethics and had the car repaired. I will recommend them.
