These are good people here I take my Ford F-150 here to get service. Why because the service staff always takes good care of me they have my truck done when I need it. They are also friendly and seem to always have a smile on their face. Its the kind of place you can go to and know you can trust the people that are taking care of you. Plus they like my jellies ππ€£.

Worst experience ever. Sales person didnt return calls or txt messages. Once I was finally able to purchase my vehicle it was not even cleaned or detailed. They did bring me a loaner vehicle for the day while they detailed mine. 2 days later I was able to pick my Expedition up and it was filthy I had to wait for it to be cleaned again. I was left with 3 miles of gas in the tank and the paint had chips in it. I complained but to date have never heard anything back. Would go to a different dealership if I ever buy another Ford.

Took my car in for fixing. Had to leave it 4 days but it was repaired and seems to be fine. The service people are very efficient and helpful. The cost was exactly as quoted. The only drawback is that the clock and date will have to be reset.

Although Ive never bought a vehicle here I own several older Fords and use to go there alot for parts. they have almost nowhere for customers to park and Ive had salesmen tell me i cant park in front of parts. its especially hard if I drive my 4dr long bed dually. the phone system has changed and I waited over 25 min last week to talk to parts only to be disconnected. they mark up all the parts OVER retail unlike Sanderson or Henry Curtis ford. I was told the owner made that choice. although the one of the parts guys is really nice he must have the thickest, hardest to understand accent for someone who talks on the phone constantly. especially hard to understand sometimes with the mixed letters and numbers ford parts consist of. again not bashing him but it makes dealing with the parts department very hard. example a $55 door switch is $68 through them. a $2 part is almost $5 through them. doesnt seem horrible till you spend alot with them.

I bought my car used at Hansel group. I have had it serviced here ever since. I have no complaints they have went above and beyond for me on several occasions. I would highly recommend this group to anyone even though it might not be 4 everybody it certainly has met all my expectations.

Wonderful service. They roll the red carpet and really do go that extra mile. Lets just say 10 miles. Lounges are neat, comfortable, coffee, tea, variety of snacks. They even accommodate kindness and water for those with a pet! Service Woody Mgr. & Team has quick and efficient repairs and help, even in Parts Dept, kind & knowledgeable too. I only go to Hansel Ford =)
My daughter bought a car from Hansel Ford yesterday and I was so impressed with this dealership. They made sure they got her in a car she could afford and never pressured us into something more expensive. Drew G. our salesman was extremely professional and was more like a family member helping us out then a sales person. This was a 5 star experience.

They turned me away as if I had never done biz with them . Its so disturbing that they seemed to have no customer appreciation . I was helped by Regan. He was so nice and warm. He offered me information on the maintenance for my car & recommendation for what needed to be done without me having to spend a lot of money.The waiting area was spacious and offered free beverages and popcorn, plus several large screen TVs for watching shows while you wait. When they were done with my car, it had been washed and was nice and clean on the inside and outside. I was definitely impressed with the service and staff. Big thumbs up
Sales experience is pushy and disrespectful. Seems the only motive is to sell anything to you at the highest price.
This is in regards to the service department. Timely, responsive and clean, though at times the repairs took a lot longer due to staffing issues. They have a fairly good shuttle service 8-5, but be flexible and expect to be together with several people. Drop off/pick up times/schedule is up to the driver. Good for warranty purposes, but otherwise expensive for out of pocket repairs.
Inquired about a Civic Type R last week. Few days pass and I get a text message from a very pushy online Salesman. Told him multiple times I was not ready to sign any paperwork. I was upfront about my situation and pricing I was looking for. At first it was all friendly and then he became passive aggressive.I do not feel I deserved this. The interaction is crazy to me! I suppose Ill take my money somewhere else.
Salesman answered the questions I had and gave me no pressure on buying anything at this time. I will be going back and exploring the option on buying something in the near future.

I have red mixed reviews but from everybody I know and I know a lot of people. And everything I have seen in person and heard about I dont know what there is to complain about. Went in for an Oil change, and and a certain salesperson would not leave us alone, trying to sell us another truck. Although it was a nice truck, we would be in debt for another 2 years.

I went to look at purchasing a Mustang. The Bullet they have in the show room is marked up $10,000 over sticker. This is because they can. Reminds me of what happened when the fires came through. Mark everything up because you can.I was set up with a Mustang Specialist. I guess an assumption was made that I would not be able to read the window sticker, thats all the specialist did for me. Read me the window sticker.I have since moved on to Sanderson Ford.Hansel was a complete let down.

Every time I drop one of my vehicles off for maintenance, they can never find my file, the prepaid maintenance plan that ballooned each vehicles monthly payments. I consider this a part of customer service. Last time they told me I didnt have a prepaid maintenance plan, I reassured them I did. They went back to the file to find it it was stapled to the wrong part of the file. Its to the point that Ill never buy a vehicle from the Hansel Auto Group ever again.
Shady sales practices. Bait and switch selling. Also sold me a fraudulent service package. Currently looking into seeking restitution through an attorney.
These guys are absolutely out of their minds. First off I went to go purchase a Ford Raptor with the camper shell. They bring the car out with no camper shell, the back of the truck looked like the just hauled bags of cement in it, the wheel alignment was off, there was a nasty dent on the back bumper and the inside smelled terrible and wasnt even clean. The listed price was 51,999 and after all those issues they tried to sell it to me at 71,000 with 16,000 down. The guy I dealt with was really nice but overall these guys are horrible rip off artist and really like to play games with you if they feel like you dont know anything about cars. BE AWARE FOLKS!!!

I bought my Mazda RX8 here almost 10 yrs ago & its the only place I service my car.
The service center is a joke. 3 hours for an oil change and multi point inspection. having scheduled an appointment didnt help expedite things either. and apparently they were to busy to hook up a code reader to find out why the check engine light is on. they can get me in 3 weeks from now though hah.
I continue to get the run around on a recall repair. It will be one year in july 2017. They blame it on bmw parts, bmw says call your dealer.
Service really lacks. They are very pushy and will try and bully you into getting a car. They do not work with you on lowering the price at all and are really rude.
