They talk fast, work fast, and sometimes you feel like cattle being herded, but the ppl are friendly and want to help you buy.BIGGEST PROBLEM HERE:They design a store to hold your attn for a couple hours while buying a device BUT NO PUBLIC RESTROOM.When I suggested it to the Millenial workers, they shrugged, said too much expensive equipment to have a bathroom.Hey genius, how about on the outside of the building instead of sending everyone down the street to the gas station? Not rocket surgery here. Just pass it on to upper mgmt maybe??I dont quite understand defending the companys oversight to a customer about their experience, but... Millenials! The know-it-all stereotype is true in this store.I hovered in the parking lot and peed right there. You can take the girl outta the country... π
I was very happy with the Verizon team. Alex in particular was extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend this location, everyone is very nice and informative.
I just witnessed Deanna, a manager, throw a woman with ASD out of their store with zero reason; that was her reaction to having to accommodate a person with disabilities.I stayed on and am ushering her to my lawyer for assistance in her matter. Their behavior was incorrigible and Deanna is a legal liability.

Apply for a business account zyrus had no idea what he was doing. He had me waiting for more than 2hr. Just to open a business account. In the end I had to call Verizon customer service for help with my business account. If you are looking to open a business account just go to a different Verizon or provider.
Update: 2021-03-23 (2 weeks later)Sent two emails to the address mentioned in the response by Verizon. No reply yet. Makes me wonder if all those people who have posted negative reviews that seemed to get attention from Verizon have experienced something similar.To me it feels like an underhanded attempt to give the appearance of caring, without actually doing anything about it.=================I give one whole star because I cant give zero and still leave a review.Verizon hasnt accepted or updated my physical address in over eight years. Ive spoken with the folks in the stores. Ive spent countless hours on the phone with customer care.You may think thats not a big deal - and pre-pandemic it wasnt - I would just go in to the store and take care of my business.Now, though, it is a big deal. Because of Verizons incompetence, I was forced out into the world, when I didnt need to be, to take care of equipment needs. I should have been able to have my new devices shipped to me - but, theres that little problem of my physical address being marked as invalid.And then when I got to the store, the manager was belligerent and rude. And when his poor behavior and complete disregard for my problem elicited an emotional response, he kicked me out of the store.Your store manager, as a representative of Verizon was willing to have me walk out of that store unhappy and justifiably angry. There is no excuse for forcing me into one of your stores during a pandemic, and then when Im there, abusing me. And all because you cant get your address validation working.And now Ive been on hold with customer care for over thirty minutes. Combined, over this last week Ive spent well over ten hours trying to get this resolved, and Verizon is absolutely 100% responsible for that lost time, and the lack of willingness or ability to fix it.

Had to order my new watch as they did not have the 44mm in stock. The woman in the Novato Verizon store (where I ordered it) told me to take it the the Santa Rosa store (where I live in) because I was trading in my previous watch and trade in paperwork needed to be done. I received it 4 days later and went to the Verizon Santa Rosa to be told that they couldnβt help me because I didnβt make an appointment. I told him that I was instructed to bring it in by the Novato store. He told me they couldnβt help me because I didnβt make an appointment. I saw 3 Verizon employees chatting and one customer in the store but no one could help me. In the almost 20 being a Verizon customer (3 phones and one watch on my account) and never having to make an appointment to purchase and/or get help. I am more upset because of the rudeness your door monitor had than anything else. Please let me know how I can return the watch (obviously I can not return it to the store because I donβt have an appointment) and also, if it is possible to change carriers from Verizon to another carrier by changing the SIM card or do I need to purchase new phones. I would appreciate a reply.

Horrible customer service. Im changing my account to another provider. After dealing with 3 different reps for a problem over a pre order, I was actually kicked out of this store for trying to resolve an issue where Verizon charged me an extra $20 and refused to apply my device dollars to a pre order. Too long of a story to explain, none the less I will be persuing legal actions and recommend anyone thinking about using Verizon to run the other way. They will not help you when you have an issue, they will lead you around in circles while dancing around the actual issue. Dont buy Verizon. I have been a customer for 6 years and was actually kicked out of the store for voiceing a problem. Wow. Hope they like my lawyer π.

The place gets a bit crowded some times. Waits can get a bit long. But people there are all almost always helpful.Plus its always fun to go ogle all the shiny new high tech toys.
Ive been with Verizon for eight years now. This has been my local Verizon store for about the last five.These employees (no matter whom) have always been helpful. Theyve endured all kinds of endless questions out of me to make me feel content with my purchases. Theyve explained, at length, everything little thing Ive needed to know.Theyve really been greatVery attentive. Very patient. And the wait times usually doesnt take more than 10 or 15 minutes.Thanks for the outstanding customer service

Inexperienced n unprofessional.π Plus one has to add Hot Spot later which is silly off The VERIZON APP which gets lowest ratings on Google Playstore. Reason it gets such low ratings is it requires CAPTCHA verification which doesnt work, refuses to send verification Codes.(totally buggy) Plus 1000s of people have perpetual log on problems, so please check Google Play reviews b4 choosing Verizon.
I had to return a phone because it was defective. I have an upgrade available to me and I had paid for the insurance somehow they really really didnt want to take that phone back. They said I had to call on their line to the Home Office to get a authorized I asked the sales associate to stand with me while I did this because I knew they would need to speak to him. As soon as I got them on the foam the sales associate abandoned me and refuse to come back and talk to the person on the phone until I had to yell at him that this person was now when hang up on me so with no point having me call them if he would not actually assist. They did replace the phone because it was defective but I shouldnt have to work that hard just because its going to negatively affect that stores sales numbers. This is just poor customer service.

Fernando at Verizon on 4th Street easily deserves 10 stars if it was an option. He offered the best customer experience I have ever received, and I am not easy to impress. I came to the store needing to activate one of my 3 old phones, and to add a line. I was apprehensive about coming to the Verizon store because of my past customer experience. I am so glad I came. Fernando took care of my service needs like I was family. He was kind, patient, respectful, and genuinely wanted to help. He offered relevant solutions and didnt try to sell me something I didnt need. He listened patiently and explained information clearly, without rushing me or talking over my head. He made it about me. Fernando went above and beyond helping me find the best deal on a new phone (as none of my old phones worked), and even recommended a discount on my data charges, which meant that the phone and the line would virtually pay for itself! ***** Thank you, Fernando, for your outstanding efforts. You are why long-time customers, like me, are with Verizon. *****

When I first switched to Verizon about six years ago I loved the phone, network and coverage but I hated going in the store. Over the past few years the people in the store seem to be more MUCH more knowledgeable and the service has gotten better. Today, James, Paul and Janina were incredibly helpful as a I switched to a new phone and added a tablet. Janina made sure that everything was working fine before I left and took the time to answer my questions.

Im happy to have such a convenient mellow corporate store. I dont know about you but Ive learned that if youre going to deal with Verizon and Verizon tech devices go to a corporate store and make sure it is a corporate store. I have Verizon devices that I purchased or got upgraded to at stores that are not corporate stores and Verizon will not service them in the same way they would if I had received the device at a corporate store. Live and learn!Personable staff & prompt service.What can I say, Ive been having issues with Verizon devices and I want them to go the extra mile or pay the overnight shipping or just something to compensate for my time and effort with faulty devices. Never been with any other cell provider and dont plan to just hope for high quality products to match the personnel that staff this company.
I Had a phone from Tmobile 1 day, wouldnt work in my house or stores or in several buildings without wifi. Was on the fence but went to Verizon. I called in and was greeted by Sonny. He set me up with a good plan and made the process simple and was very knowledgeable super easy and my number ported right away. Now my phone works in my house and everywhere I go very happy with the experience. Verizon is the best!
I didnt have an appointment, but they tried helping anyway. They never touched my phone, had me do it all. What it boiled down to, they had me install the Yahoo app, because the email icon that came with the phone was not working, and only could say, whatever I did to the phone is why its not working. Very dissatisfied with Verizon as a whole right now.
Not too long of a wait...was told 10 minutes upon checking in & was helped around 15 minutes from check in. Very helpful associate with an Upbeat personality! Great that they have so much help this time. π
I cant say enough about how wonderful the service and staff are at the 4th street Verizon store. I have been in the store on three separate occasions and each time I have received the same consistent and excellent service. From the moment that they open the door for you when you arrive, through the help that you receive from any one of their knowledgeable staff, the service is impeccable.

My home phone box failed within the first year. The Verizon rep I spoke to on the phone said it was still under warranty and to bring it into the nearest store for an exchange. As I live on the north coast of CA, this involved a two hour drive. Once there, I was told theyd send me a replacement even though they had units in stock in the store. My other option was to purchase an in stock unit. Since I couldnt afford to be without phone service for an extended period of time, I purchased an in stock unit. It was a very negative experience.

Standard Verizon store. My friend got some misleading information on switching to an old smartphone temporarily. We were told that the phone was not supported, but when we switched out the Sim card ourselves it worked perfectly. They could have at least given it a try.

I bought a brand new IPhone + IPad to prepare for a trip out of the country. No deals, even though Iβve been a customer for years. So full price, doesnβt come with anything, and the guy doesnβt even set the new phone up. Tells me it all switches over when I turn on the new one. Iβve called twice am now on hold for my third call. Because it in fact DID NOT SWITCH OVER. Iβve lost all my passwords and am using both phones because neither phone has everything on it. UNBELIEVABLE I spent over $1000 and the guy was too lazy to set it up. Iβm ready to return everything.
I know that customer service, good customer service can be overlooked as a skill. This store isnt even on the same page when it comes to understanding what customer service is all about. From the moment I walked in to buy a case for my phone to the moment I quickly left the store they wanted to sell,sell,sell me something. I know they are trained in badgering that is for certain, but a little time spent with learning some tack and basic courtesy would help. Ive been to other Verizon locations where my experience was very good. This store is not one of them.
The service person was great. Patient and knowledgable. It took 4 hours to replace the phone which was really way too much time. Verizon really needs to figure out how to take cre of their customers quicker.

I dont understand Elsas review. One sales person was not as knowledgeable as I would like but he quickly found someone else that could answer all my questions. But arrogant? Not when I was there. I know that when they are busy, they are like the Apple Store and have someone who quickly gets your information and then moves on to the next customer so that they can help people in the order that they came in. Also, sometimes they are quite busy and theres a fair amount of wait time.
If you have Verizon and need to visit a store for any reason, this one is your best option locally. The service reps are very helpful and friendly.

Went in because sim in phone went bad.was greated and helped with a new sim but as soon as the sim was in my assistant dissapeared never to be seen again. The new sim didnt solve the problem so began looking to upgrade to a new phone. After asking questions to other staff about other phones began looking for someone to help me purchase a new phone. I asked to see the man who was helping me or if someone else could maybe help me buy a new phone and one person went in back to see if they could find my original assistant. Waited another 15 min for someone to help and noone did. At this point i left with none of my needs fulfilled. Later i learned that the assistant had made a error in activating my phone that would have solved my problem in under 5 min.TLDR staff dosent know what services are available, customer service is terrible and they couldnt care less

Waste of my time. I had much more success working between online and over the phone. They would get 5 stars since they got me into the phone I wanted. The store in napa dropped me as soon as the next customer came in that wanted to switch from ATT. I even had an appointment.

Dont go here!! Go to Petaluma store. Tried twice to get a phone. Each time was at least forty-five minute wait. The first time I left after forty-five minutes. The second time they didnt have the phone in stock. Tried to return my case because they sold me the wrong one and I was told it would be a 25 minute wait. Rude check in girl and the slowest service I have ever received. I have always had a long wait there.

I sent my friend in to have Verizon show her the shared file link i sent to her phone thru messages. 10 people working and 3 customers and the salesman didnt want to take time to help us. I am the account owner of both our devices. We need pictures for a divorce hearing. My friend also just went thru chemo and her brain doesnt process info very well and we needed Verizons help. You didnt help so your store gets bad rating. SHAME ON SALESMAN!

I came here once before to open up my account and the person that helped me was really kind and helpful in anyway she could be. Today i went in thinking i would get the same great service but the βspecialistβ that helped me, Marco was not very polite or trying to be helpful at all. He was just trying to rush thru evrything and was very very unprofessional, i was kind of annoyed at the fact that he was just trying to be so negative about me getting my old sprint number into a new line i was adding. I didnβt know my account number nor my pin which he seem bothered about, he didnt say oh you can call them iβll wait, like the specialist that helped me the first time did. He said it would be to βcomplicatedβ to transfer the number in to the line. Like i said very bad service!
Had to replace my parents flip phones after YEARS of no upgrading. I was surprised to find that they offered them zero deals or discounts on the new phones. Not cool Verizon.

The service is slow even as soon as they open. Its not just this Verizon but every other Verizon too. There is no person to person service. It looks like a bunch of lost people waiting for direction. For a service that boasts in being the best I see you falling short my friend. Sometimes a good old fashioned line works great.... I am paying $200 more for the same service as I did with T-Mobile, with shitting service for me the customer.... never falling for the propaganda again....and it took me doing my own research to find that by 25% I have been overpaying for my service being a veteran...... thats a shame

Went to this store because the Android update changed a bunch of settings on my galaxy s3, spoke to the screener, Christian, he said they cant help because its an Android setting. Makes no sense.I will be in Napa next week where I have received excellent help with my S3 in the past.
