I live in low income housing nearby and so it is the nearest grocery store within walking distance. This store started out as a disappointment and now I am completely flabbergasted at how awful it is. Small inventory, horrible soggy rotten produce, upper middle class prices, and contentious workers. I am now boycotting this non-local business and will be giving all of my business to Olivers, even if I have to pay for gas to get there. I would rather starve than go to this poor excuse for a grocery store.
I love Whole Foods and usually have a good experience in any location. This location feels different. Twice now I have gone in to find a certain vitamin or supplement and had a very difficult time locating it. There were several employees walking around but no one acknowledged me. On my second attempt I found the person working that department and asked for help. At the time he was stocking some shelves and seemed really irritated to have to stop and direct me to a location. The produce is great at this store and it seems pretty clean, it is just the staff that seems unhappy?
The store is clean and not crowded. Service is generally friendly, especially at meat and seafood counters. However, they tend to have supply issues: e.g., 365 brand water (gallon containers) and bulk oatmeal are often not available. In Covid times, the store feels safe with everyone wearing masks. Parking is easy.
Smaller than the other whole foods but the staff is friendlier and more attentive.
The only place to buy wholesome quality, nutrishly safe foods, on the planet...Because of you I beat luke and survivedCancer. Reversed my prediabetes, high BP,and am no longer over weight losing 86 lb.s all in 1 year an 10 months.also I no longer need a knee replacement. ThanksFor being
My favorite place to go especially the deli.....and hands down the BEST beer selection in town.😁
Its a nice store its very old its just not for me.
Everytime I asked for an item employees would lead me to find it excellent customer service they were really nice about it to. Not much of line to wait in either.
Gret hot & cold deli, floral, veg&fruit sections great, small variety of regular items for such a large space.
Nice grocery store, friendly staff. Parking is okay. Pastry selection (why I visited) was limited, but the pastries we ended up getting were decent so the four stars sticks. Looked to have a good selection of food too, but I went for pastries.
Convenient location and has everything. Staff is very helpful.
Only needed a few things. Was in and out quickly. Store clean and tidy as usual and the employees were friendly as they always are!
This store seems to be on top of things. Very organized, neat and clean. Staff seems to know whats happening and can direct you to what youre looking for.
Besides being taken over by Amazon it is still ok . Wine selection great at Yulupa store.
I just absolutely love the employees here. Toni is an amazing human being. Shes always very kind and caring whenever I come in and is still very considerate of the people behind me in line. I appreciate Toni and I hope whole foods appreciates her just as much if not more. Give that girl a raise!!
Like this location. Its smaller than the other but has more options in teas and wellness products. The lines arent usually unreasonable but the parking can be a bit slim.
Little pricey but still like the place cuz its convenient cuz close to my home.
Clean, nice veriaty, friendly staff.
Best market in town, but at a hundred dollars a bag of groceries, I shop at Raleys.
What can you say, they do what they do well. it isnt cheap, but the quality is consistent and the people are always friendly and helpful
Great customer service and answered all my questions.
Great place to spend way to much on food.
Long lines 3 checkers boo to these stores not staffing like they should
Found lots of good stuff
Delicious breakfast burritos 🔥🔥🔥
Love this store, but we especially love the deli/meal prep section as the people behind the counter are always so nice. We love their baked chicken and their salmon dishes. The baked chicken is super moist and a bargain for the price. The store is always clean and everyone who works there seems happy to be there and happy to help you. The baked goods are to die for and the produce is always fresh. The butcher counter is willing to cut portions to what you need or advise you on a certain cut. The milk, eggs, and butter prices are better than the larger brand grocery stores in the area. Just a great little super market.
I was so happy to see the thoughtful safety measures STILL in place. I was stopped at the door, there was hand sanitizer easily accessible, and there was good monitoring of the numbers so I could maintain distance while in the store. I have stopped going to stores that want to pretend that COVID 19 is over so I was relieved to find Wholefoods doing such a good job.
Great selection and easy store layout. The staff are always friendly and helpful.
Understanding things are difficult during Covid-19 but it is ridiculous to have two check-stands open at 4pm on Saturday afternoon. There is at least 7-8 people in each line, inexcusable!! Too bad there is no other good alternative in BV.
Good food and friendly service
Poor morale after Amazon takeover. Policies which pit employees against one another. Generally see more conventional, and less organic produce over time. Covid lockdown has closed the salad bar and hot food bar. Overall quality is dropping.
The store was very clean and all the employees are very conscientious about keeping everybody safe with the covid-19. All the employees were helpful and friendly as usual.
Always excellent fruits & vegs, plus its fun to peruse the shelves for new and different products.
Well organized, friendly staff, and good selections.
CrowdedNot helpful. Cannot find any soda to buy and I cannot get cold pizza there
Always the best from this place!! Fresh, organic, healthy eating as well as the most beautiful and decadent treats from their bakery. Prices are a little higher, but you will taste the difference and wont mind paying a little more for their obviously superior food items. The deli is amazing too! Anyone can find the goods here vegans, vegetarians, those with allergies, and of course they have incredible meats and cheeses etc for all of us carnivores.
The service 👎
Doesnt have all the bells and whistles of the larger/newer stores but still has a great selection
Cool place 🤠
Bought their hot food bar Turkey, Stuffing and Gravy on Thanksgiving, 20 minutes before they closed. It was a last resort for a holiday meal. And the food was fresh, tender, and oh-so-delicious. I was overjoyed-surprised. Excellent!! Made my night. Had to let them know.
Great service
They are overpriced, but they still have the best humus and lentil chip combo. Oil free humus is fantastic, try Cava. The produce is fine, but the meat and deserts, and anything they cook is a little pricey, so you have to get meat elsewhere, unless you like paying double for dubious meat excellence.
The store is kept spotlessly clean well stocked
Nice whole foods. Good size. Friendly staff.
Is this the smallest (and best) WF in CA?
I like that its a rather small store compared to their other one in Santa Rosa. Nice people and good products. I wish it was a little less expensive, but it is what it is.
Whole Foods continues its mission to bring healthier foods to more Americans by lowering prices on a large percentage of its grocery items. But it is also carrying fewer locally made items as it seems standardize its products. I now pay less when I shop at WF than when I shop at s locally owned small chain, Olivers Market, a reversal from two years ago. But when I want to buy locally produced shampoos or chocolates or jams or eggs I now find more variety at Olivers. Organic produce and grass fed beef and organic free range chickens are still expensive at BOTH places.
It was still there.
I ordered a chai tea latte and it was alright. They put more milk in it than anything else I feel like. Maybe I like mine a little bit stronger, but I have to say that even Starbucks know how to make it okay. I dont even like Starbucks! That is the most disappointing part but it is also quite annoying that they dont have a place to sit down at.
Always love shopping here, clean, friendly employees.
Great store, not crowded.
Like any other whole food. I was just passing and ran in and grabbed a lil olive oil. Clean and equipped with plenty of healthy options
Love this Whole Foods Market! Staff is really friendly and helpful and the hot food is amazing!
Great food
Great smaller whole foods market, pizza and custom burritos made to order in the deli area. The parking is a nightmare, hence the lack of fifth star.
Food bars are super healthy. Other items I have noticed are cheaper at safeway. Like chips, milk, things like that. Awesome store to just grab a bite to eat at tho.!
Small, crowded, prices are high. For some reason patrons feel it is necessary to stand and chat, blocking the aisles for others. The staff does their best, but cant compare with Trader Joes customer service. I only go there when I dont have the time to go into Santa Rosa. The parking lot is crazy-making.
This is like the grocery store or what I never knew that I needed and now that I have it I never want to lose it. They have everything healthier and organic some items I believe are truly far overpriced and other items you just far overpriced and other items you just cannot find in other stores
Great place to get a salad on the way home from work, for my son and I.
Quick shopping but little to no sales
To sum it up this place should be called whole pay check because thats what it cost you to shop there..
As a rule I like Whole Foods, though you do need to shop a bit to keep within a budget. For some reason I have encountered less than accommodating staff at this store, at least three times, where I have not had that same experience at the Coddingtown store. Still, I love the salad bar, the Deli, and the produce in particular.
Loved the Zeek Bars ;)
Like all Whole Foods, this store is generally expensive. Good salad and hot food bar and deli. Meat department is also very good.
Clean sales floor friendly associates parking could be better thought out but still meets the needs
Shop here almost every day. Still the best option for healthy food. Wish they would keep their fish section open past 7 but Coddingtown does at least
I love the sops here and the deli area ! So good
The worse corn beef I have ever eaten. Ordered from deli on St Patricks Day. Fatty, chewy and not even the color of corn beef. Mystery meat with no taste.
Just paid way too much for an asparagus salad. Most of the asparagus was butt end stems. Called the manager about it and he hung up on me. Back to Lucky for salads.
Gabe in the Deli was very nice, smiled the whole time and took care to my special needs! GREAT JOB GABE 😀
There staff is always helpful. And I love there hot bar
Watch out. Amazons collecting your eating habits data in here.
Coffee needs more work....it does not taste good.
Cashier young and rude.
Special ordered a pizza. Baked perfectly and in time.
Great food atmosphere and service.
They always have what I need!
The staff was very helpful, but this location is a bit smaller than others in the area.
Not a bad location. Very busy. Parking is tight. Staff is great. Prepared foods are limited
I love me some whole foods, but olivers market takes the cake
Great shop great pizza,go when Im in the area
Whole paycheck is still expensive. When you need a certain product its a fine vege meat fish store. Amazon foods...whats next?
Not bad, a lil pricey ...Good salad bar.
Pretty decent food court, the meat department staff is amazing, parking kinda sucks.
First time walking at Amazon store. Clean and well organized.
I would say that the service is fair, because only a few of its employees are down to earth and are authentically wholesome.
This is a coffee bar inside if Whole Foods. I didnt try the coffee, which I imagine can be good, but there is nowhere to sit/hang out. I dont believe it show be even listed as a coffee shop...
There are some great people here who absolutely make the shopping experience a delight.
Nice place to shop fruit and other things
Delicious, fresh food...especially like all the bars...salad, hot food, soups, seafood. More expensive than Safeway but worth it.
Walking distance from where I was staying. Decent prices and friendly service
Standard Whole Foods. This place is always way to packed for my liking.
If you like beer or kombucha this is the store for you. Id like it to open earlier; parking is terrible; needs more local produce.
Helpful staff Quality Food at Reasonable prices
Great food selection, always fresh! A little on the pricey side.
Good WF store, typical WF selection & prices. A bit smaller than some other WF locations
