The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable there. I buy favorites for family members and myself and enjoy the aromatherapy smells. The younger grandkids love the bath bombs.

Ive been to many lush stores but could never get myself to indulge in $10+ bath bombs for a one time use. It seemed unncessary material luxury. Finally I gave in, thanks to the wonderful staff whos always willing to help. This store was big, many staff members as well as sample stations with sinks and big utensils. Even though I just wanted one bath bomb, their staff assisted me to tell me about each of the ones I liked so I could make the right decision. She even showed me live how bathbombs work in the basin. I was so surprised and asked her if she really used up a bath bomb for a customer who was only gonna buy one. She said apparently they can use up quite a few of those for samples for customers everyday. Super friendly and pleasantly aesthetic stores. Now I cant wait to try my purchase and come back for more!

LOVE LOVE LOVE Lush. I have to stock up on bath bombs from here every few months. Ive tried other brands but nothing compares.I dont know how they do it, but these leave my skin so moisturized while others dry it out. So happy we got a store close by. The staff is almost always really friendly and helpful too.

Literally every time I walk into that store it makes my day better. All the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I feel good about spending there.

I really like this place for one reason. You can buy soaps and shampoo bars that have no plastic to throw away when your done. I with all stores had products available with no waste. Other than that the customer service is also very good. They have all sorts of samples and they will try it all. A little pricey but you get what you pay for.

Very nice and helpful employees

A very late post - The staff is amazing (sorry I forgot their names) but the gentleman was very helpful and walked through with me through the store and answering all my questions. He has black hair and is very sweet, was very helpful when it came to my 4 month old son - the charity pot lotion does wonders for his face. Thank you again for everything, I will be back.

I love this store and it is one of my favorite places in the mall! The only downside is that everything here is really overpriced compared to other places like it such as Bath and Body Works. They are most famous for their bath bombs, which are very nice but also very pricy!

Im so happy there is a LUSH location near me. The sales associates here are always very friendly and helpful without being too pushy. They are always excited to show new products and talk about them

I have been lush fanatic for 10+ years and have been to stores all over the country and other countries as well, but I had the best experience here today. There were 2 guys working (I wish I had caught their names). I was there getting a few things because we just loved to the area and our stuff has been delayed several weeks and is not going to be here for at least 1 more. They were so accommodating with helping me get some samples for things that I have in large quantity but cant access and they were just such nice guys and they really made my day with their kindness.

Theyre all natural ingredients there vegan ingredients their variety of skin carefacial care hair Care in all types of various other beneficial things that you can use app on your body and tips on all these various things very very goodIm naturally just beautiful so the only enhances my beauty but if you think your not beautiful you could probably get beautiful or lush

I was helped & checked out by Emalynne (I hope thats spelled right) but every single staff member made sure all my questions were answered. I left will informed about upcoming promotions and deals but I most appreciate the personal care expressed in their customer service! I learned what was best for my type of hair and skin and they even recommended I pick up some very hard to find cleansing powder at the Asian market! I cant wait to find it but the products from lush worked elano how they said it would.
