I found what I was looking for quickly- a new mascara & eyelash primer. They were both exceptionally reasonably priced! Checkout was quick & easy and I was on my way. An enjoyable experience.

I am not a local to this area but I tried making an eyebrow appointment because the benefit bar is universally very good. I asked for the day the tech was back at work after her days off. Whoever made my appointment over the phone booked me for the wrong date, a whole week later. I showed up and couldn’t get anything done. It takes about like 15 max and the brow bar lady was very nice and tried getting me back at a later time but it was not worth driving again. In the future i will be more attentive of the conformation text and i hope they will be more attentive when booking appointments over the phone.

I went to the one on Santa Rosa Ave near Costco. Always friendly and clean and lots of travel size products. Because of COVID you cant try products on the back of your hand but they have a good return policy, just ask. I also like the Coddingtown location as well.You can check online for the items you need to see if they are in stock at one of the stores. I find that helpful.

Employees here are fairly rude I wouldn’t bother going to this location..go to the one in coddingtown instead.

We always have a good time at this Ulta location. Staff is helpful without being pushy. Nobody seems snobby about people buying drugstore brands. They even found the perfect mascara for me!

After searching at 7 different stores I finally found a specific type of hair gel. The ladies that helped me were incredibly nice and laughed along while I told them my fiasco of a day. In addition when asking them about products they gave me an array of different choices which were beneficial for my hair health. I loved the customer service and will definitely be back again!

Lots of inventory here which made it a little overwhelming for me to explore new products. If I had something in mind already this would be a good place to shop. Warning for those who get migrraines--strong perfume smells throughout the store which can trigger a headache if youre sensitive to smell.

All the young girls working there were very helpful for me. I had called in advance telling them what I wanted and they had it ready for me up at the counter so thank you to them for being so nice and respectful easy in-and-out E-Z Parking

My favorite place to shop for makeup and hair products. The salon is great. The stylists know what theyre doing and make a 3+ hour appointment fun.

Staff is always super friendly and helpful. I have also gotten my hair done at the salon and have been super happy with what I got for the reasonable price.

Went in to do research on spinning face-care brushes. Oscar came up to help. He really knew his stuff, and we ended up deciding on the best choice for me - which isnt what Id thought it would be . Oscar was really, really helpful, but in no way pushy.

Worst experience of my life. The girl at the brow bar with the face piercings needs an attitude adjustment. I will no longer patronize ANY Ulta store.

Rude staff, no diversity. I felt like I was followed around the store constantly being asked for help even though there were other customers around and I repeatedly said I was just browsing.

First visit today. I was surprised by the selection of quality products.

She left me in the middle of our transaction 3 Times 1 for the phone, lost track of what she was doing and when I said nicely maybe you need to just do 1 thing and focus on your customer, no apology just blamed the headset in her ear... my first bad experience behind the counter.. it’s going to get busier so please find a solution!

The store is always clean and well stocked. The salon has great stylists that are very friendly and helpful.

Everyone is always kind and respectful. I love to shop and get all my services here. I ask about products and if someone doesnt know then the mangers always do. The person that stood out the most to me was Elisha in the salon. The love and passion she has for her job doesnt go unnnoticed. She will do anything she can just to ensure the satisfaction of her customers and because of that I will continue to get my hair done by her for awhile. But dont forget about Julia in the skin services. She is always amazing and also very helpful. As well as all the brow girls are phenominal. I will continue to shop here because of this amazing team. Great selection but almost always out of my Urban Decay Zero eyeliner. Also, there is always a long and slow moving line. One more person at the registers would make it so much better.

Brow Bar is great ! Elisha in the salon is a doll, very professional and courteous and loves her job . 5 stars for them I use both services .I live really close by and go in there a lot and spend a ton of $ money .Staff there are very uppity and more concerned about how they look and the goosip of the day than customers . So sad! 2 stars for customer service you have to ask for your free gifts that you would typically get online with no issues3 .5 stars in general as I love Ulta just not this local location .

Im always excited to go to Ulta. I discovered it about a year ago and man oh man was I missing out before I found it! They have everything you could want! The craziest part? Not only can they do your eyebrows at the eyebrow bar (and do a FANTASTIC job), they can also cut and color your hair! They do it all! I got my eyebrows done here before my engagement shoot because I knew they were reliable. Thank you Ulta!

They have all the top brands. A little pricey. The employees reminded me of high school.....a clique of girls standing there talking smack about you when u come in. Staring. Uncomfortable bright lights. Not my favorite place to shop. But they have what you need.

Half of the time the girls are decent. And theyll ask if you need help etc. but I cant believe I wanted to work here.. the managers are not kind at all. I applied here and I called back to see if I got the job or not and one of the managers said she lost my application. How professional. If I didnt get the job just tell me straight forward

I was going to give one star but the gentleman that greeted me was super nice. The other girls, seemed bothered when I asked for help. I than stood in line waiting to check out, when a lady stepped in front of me out of no where. I told her excuse me I was in line. she turns around and says : its okay, I work here. that was the last straw. I really dont need to go there, I like to look around, but its fine with me to go anywhere else.

I wish i could find joico or artic fox somewhere local.... Other than that - customer service was excellent, friendly - not pushy, and knowledgeable (which is rather hard to find). Prices are about the same conpared to other stores - unless you have found a killer sale.

They dont give sample products anymore. Ive spent well ok very $100 on brand name makeup and not even a tiny sample product. Makes me think I should start shopping at sephora...

By far, this is the nicest ULTA for miles. It is Very upscale, with a good layout: Drugstore cosmetics in one area - high end lotions and potions in the other. Bonus: Good sized Beauty Salon, and many staff members available. Note: not all staff are as up to date as others...Good displays.Very popular store is located near Costco and THE best Marshalls. Actually, the shopping center is great: Target and Trader Joes there, too.

Brow bar Ashlee is awesome. Totally recommend!! I had a hair appt and I asked for something specific and showed a good quality picture. Completely horrible the outcome. Not even close, Floor manager was very nice and apologetic and tried to make up for what happened. I never received a call from the salon manager in regards to a refund or redo. Wouldnt go back to salon or recommend.

This Ulta has been out of products for months and never replenishes their inventory...Such a waste of time checking and rechecking to see if they have restocked regular items.

Customer service is unknown in this store. I asked for a specific nail color and the girl yelled, We dont got that, do we? Another one yelled back, Nope. I looked further and was able to find it on my own. While this was going on, one was standing at the desk, on her cell phone, giving us wa-ay too much info on who she did last night. While standing in line at the check-out counter, a cashier stood back while she took a personal call, unconcerned with customers waiting for her to finish...

My daughter purchased some concealer and was glad they had it in the back. Great customer service.
