I just got out of the Mac store at the mall of Sabra Rosa, at the checkout I asked if she could please give me a bigger bag and she said “no we can’t” Roy an attitude. I had to ask her if after I spend $71.00 at the store she can give me a bag that’s a little bigger. If anyone takes time to go to your store, please give them a bigger bag if they ask. It’s not just my money I am leaving you with in exchange for your makeup and your service, it’s the time I put into working for that money.

Trying to get information on a IMac 27 computer called 3 times talked to an automated answering machine. Apparently you need to make an appointment to get the information on Mac computers after being put on hold 3 times for 10 minutes each time I said screw it!!!!!!!
