I was impressed with the Excellent Customer Service and the Sales Associate was so attentive in helping me find the perfect candles and Fragrance Sprays . I really liked the vibe and if I was a job recruiter I would definitely like my Staff to be like Bath and Body Works, it was nice to see such professionalism 💯

I go to this location alot at least twice a month Im obsessed I think they need to do their pick up orders differently I feel attacked once I enter but Ive found out just push on through I understand customer service but come on BBW ease up on our shopping experience please

I feel like the Gestapo is at the door when i walk in. They are all over you about why are you here??... and, Here use this hand sanitizer, get your own bag and for petes sake dont smell anything because that means you have to pull your mask down for a second..and that is a crime here!! If thats not bad enough...I go into this store all the time but no one ever recognizes the fact. I feel like an intruder at bath n body!! I certainly dont feel welcomed!!

The team of ladies at this location are so sweet and helpful! I stood in line for 2 hours (I know..) on their first day back open from being closed due to Covid AND it was semi-annual sale going on.. they were so sweet keeping us all happy and informed while in line, handing out waters, and actually caring about us as customers and appreciating our patronage. I got into the store and it was IMMACULATE! Clean and better stocked than some other retail stores having just opened for the morning. Super helpful and more than happy to assist with finding something, hoping we all got everything we came for. Kudos to these B&BW ladies ❤️

Ordered online for store pickup. They made me wait for more than 40mins for an order. It would have been quicker to stand in line at the store and shopped. Worst store experience ever.

We spend hundreds of dollars on bath and body works every month I Tried returning one $12 item we bought online that was in perfect condition with tags on it and the manager wouldn’t return it or exchange it! I previously went to the grossmont store and the manager was super nice and said no problem they would return or exchange it but they didn’t have the item we wanted so we came to this location. We will never come back to this location. It says 100% Guarantee on your website well that’s not true for this location!!!

Nice that they are back open. Limited selection, although they were advertising their semi-annual sale. Only allows 20 people in at a time to allow for social distancing.Someone literally wipes the keypad & counter after every customer during checkout, I thought a little excessive but glad to know they are taking precautionary measures seriously.

Georgina is very helpful, however I did not like the rest of the staff :( I was followed around the store (by multiple associates who did not offer help but instead were focused on whether or not I was going to steal). This kind of profiling made me feel extremely uncomfortable so I left.

Worst experience ever you would think because they just open the stores that theyre so happy to see customers and its totally the opposite nobody greets you its like theyre in a funeral you have to wait in line for like half an hour in the very hot weather and then inside once your purchase you have to wait in line for another half an hour to pay supposedly they have 2 lines but theyre not paying attention so like 5 people skipped me until I started saying something and then they told me that theyre going 1 & 1 its not true they were not going one and one. Its like all the employees they dont care about the business nor the customers.

If you like smell good stuff this is the place you want to go to anything from candles to body sprayer to Cologne you can basically pick what you want for a very reasonable price once a month if they have a 75% off sale and during the week they generally have a sale of some type makes it fairly inexpensive love this place

A great store and friendly staff but Im giving it 3 stars because I felt very pushed into buying from them. I was approached 4 times by the same lady in the store to ask if I needed help. I get asking once or maybe twice, but after the third and fourth time I decided to leave! Yes, I take a long time deciding what scent I want Haha but I also like to shop in peace!

This is the absolute worst bath and body works we’ve ever been too and we tried to return an item we had just purchased two days ago and manager would not return or exchange it and we’ve never had a problem with them until now and we will never be returning to this location and on there website they are false advertising for 100% satisfaction guaranteed.

This place is filled with beautiful smells! The customer service is fantastic. The store is always decorated for every upcoming occasion/holiday. They have great deals on products and lots of coupon opportunities.

If I have to into Bath & Body Works, this is the location for me. I love free standing stores that keep me away from the chaos that is the mall. Plenty of parking in the shopping strip too!The staff is courteous, smiling and welcoming. If I cant find something, they do their best to locate it internally or find another store that may have it. The location is large, clean, well organized which makes the shopping experience so much nicer. Enjoy!

As of April 2016 this location was fully remodeled. Wife and I stopped by to check it out on a friday evening and were very satisfied with the new look and great customer service. Although we were just window shopping, we did walk in and took a look at all the new candles and lotions in stock. Employees there were very helpful and pleasant to talk to. Prices were very reasonable and looking forward to bringing my daughters here. They love this kind of stuff.

This location is perfect, great convinent location, clean, tidy, well stocked displays & well staffed.I love bath & body works. This store is thriving because the company knows people will buy in store when the store provides a positive shopping experience.Its clean, well organized, the sales associates that greet you at the displays near the entrance are welcoming, you feel they are there to help you, even though you know they are also there to discourage theft. And I think this is an important distinction. These employees feel more like sales people at high-end stores like Nordstrom. They feel like they are having in case you have a question.I typically HATE having sales staff hover, but I find I really enjoy the personal attention I receive in Bath & Body works. I love my scented bathing gel, lotions and creams. But Im sure I could find some l love as much elsewhere. But I dont, because I love the experience of shopping in their stores.

I’m so upset about the customer service I received from Traci tonight. She was rude and very unhelpful. Went into buy a birthday gift for a friend . Found a gift set I liked, not priced. So she looks on two shelves and none were priced. She just told me customers took off all the prices????? What!!!! None were price. So I asked her for a price... she went to the back office and hid. Never got a price. When she came out she was rude. Told me she was the manager... she’s not. Lied and rude. She said she had stuff to do in the office. Didn’t matter I was a paying customer in the store. The other gal at the counter was nice and helpful. Wish I had her name. I will not shop here again but will go in to see the manager Tomro so she know Traci is rude
