The person that cut my hair was also responsible for greeting customers and answering the phone. Very annoying! Haircut included way too many interruptions!!

I was unhappy for the job the lady did altho i appreciate she was nice but I asked for my hair to be all one color and it ended uneven also missed some spots to bleach

Every service they have performed on my hair is done to perfection. The owner is very professional, always on time and always makes sure that you are completely satisfied. The facilites are very clean and social distancing is enforced.

First cut by professional hair stylist in almost 30 years. No wait time, mask required, received cut, shampoo for $24. I remember when it was cut, shampoo, conditioner, and blow dry but i guess thise might be add on services.

Very poor customer service, not coming back

Every time I get my haircut there, I always leave there happy and satisfied. Jessica, was the girl that did my hair the last 2 times I went in and my haircut was perfect both times, as well as the hairstyle. Ive now talked my husband into getting his hair and beard cut and trimmed there as well. next week

Ive had my 3rd horrible haircut since new owner. Instead of cutting to just above the ears and collar as I asked, she said ok and then buzzed my head with electric trimmer. My head feels like my face does when I need to shave. I thought explaining what I wanted would help. Im never going back!!!

I was actually pleasantly surprised by my recent visit to Fantastic Sams. I came here to get my daughter a hair cut.Our stylist (I forget her name and Im terrible) was super kid friendly and nice. Kept my daughter smiling and engaged. Fiona loved having her scalp scratched during er shampoo.Im always very wary when I go to get her hair cut. Being of half Black and half white her hair texture is very fine and curlier than Curly Sue!!! Not many people can cut super duper curly hair well.We took off a good three inches and it looks absolutely adorable (I may or may not be biased). The stylist gave me a great idea for a cream like leave in conditioner to help with the brushing of her hair that didnt cost an arm and a leg and also gave Fiona a token for a bouncy ball when it was over! She and I were both happy.

Had a bad experience in this salon. The stylist left a hair with different length, didn’t finish cutting on ears’ area, wash a head just when I point on it... As a resort - not satisfied client, and I’ll never come back and do not recommend use their service.

I really didn’t like the staff and how they cut my hair my hair still had conditioner in it they didn’t even wash my hair that long they just put water put shampoo then washed then put conditioner then washed only for like 45 secs didn’t even took the time to make sure my hair was fully washed I really hated this salon I don’t recommend this place as a good salon they don’t even want to blow dry my hair they are that lazy I mean like it’s only a blow dry and aren’t you guys professional I mean like if I owned a shop like this I would be ashamed of the people who work here.

This place is decent. The girl who cut my hair seemed to be in quite a rush (despite there not being any other customers at the time). I originally was going to get a haircut and shampoo combo, however the girl completely bypassed the shampoo once she finished cutting my hair and took me straight to the register. Also, nothing against anyone that is a smoker. But when the individual that cuts ones hair reeks of cigarette smoke between their nails and breath, that is not very appealing. The original price for a basic haircut was approx. $22. Ive paid the same amount elsewhere for much better service and comfortability. Would I ever return here again? Most likely not.

So happy to see Sonya. She was at another one in El Cajon that closed. She has always done my color right and my trim. Ill be requesting her every time.

Sucks! Breanna cut my hair and chopped the heck out of it. She had no suggestions for a haircut and commented that people should know what they want.

I asked for a simple haircut and the girl who did it didnt even do it the way I asked, a simple haircut short on the sides and back, longer on top and layer it so it doesnt look like I put a bowl on my head but instead thats exactly what I got and its all choppy chunks missing, I will never go back!
