The pharmacists and pharmacy techs here are wonderful. They are short staffed some times which can make for longer wait times, especially in the evenings. But the kindness of the staff makes this my go to pharmacy.

Staff wasn’t kind to me or my husband upon asking where a product is. got inconsistent answers with no help and was rushed away I would ask anything.. also pretty empty yet staff would stand there

Pretty disappointed that this store seems to have such little stock compared to surrounding stores. Back room filled to the brim with merchandise they refuse to put out (?) Late to seasonal displays yearly. Lakeside location youll have better luck at.

The pharmacy has absolutely no customer service skills. Make sure to call the pharmacy right away to check that your prescription is being filled after it has been ordered by the doctor. Don’t rely on the pharmacy contacting you when your prescription is ready, unless, you notify them that you are waiting in the store. Also, be prepared for the pharmacy sounding extremely inconvenienced when you call.

This Walgreens Is Weeks to Months behind other locations. Any product wont be put out for weeks- months later- even after walgreens minutes away have put stuff out. They went to the extent of refusing to grab me bandaids from the back even though I could physically see the box open and set out because the manager, “Doesnt let anyone set stuff out from the back without her approval.” They get angry and lie about items, even band aids. nice Young guy there informed me that management is strict on everything and will punish the workers for helping customers

Best pharmacy ever. They really help their customers find the best pricing on meds and the store employees are very nice and always helpful.

They never put the stock out. Sets are always put out late. Don’t know how the management gets away with being the last store for everything

Obviously very angry staff. Can’t even handle the simplest of questions without the audacity of being angered. Should honestly be extremely embarrassed of themselves. Especially the lady with white hair and a bobcut.

I have been with this pharmacy many years and find Ryan and Helen and the rest of the staff excellent CS.One exception to the staff is Kerri who has been short and rude on more then one occasion. Hopefully this post will allow her manager to speak with her .She stated today she was very busy and could not state a simple sentence of...All prescriptions expire a year from the date written.Instead, she states“We can go over it all day and that will be the same”All I stated was“ the bottle reads 1 plus refill unti 8/28.Too bad she just can’t take the time out of her busy day to act appropriate to others.

Terrible Customer Service!!! Not following rules!!! We were there for a Western Union transaction on 11/07/2020 at 6pm. Whoever was in charge that evening, decided to close their till at least 4 hours early, so our transaction could not be completed. They wasted our time, gas and nerves! They have no respect or consideration for their customers! We are moving our prescriptions and taking our business to Rite Aid in the area (on Wintergardens), who were very knowledgeable, respectful and helpful.

Excellent pharmacy with friendly staff and knowledgeable techs and pharmacists. With the consolidation of Walgreens stores they can sometimes be quite busy, but they are amazingly patient with folks who have various insurance issues and also do refills quite quickly if you drop off and want to wait for it. The in store staff are also all very friendly and its just a great place to pick up quick necessities and I swear their candy selection is so good it will ultimately be responsible for the insulin I will have to get from the pharmacy once I develop diabetes. But all round this is great place.

After being bullied by the pharmacy manager and filing a complaint with corporate. Someone claiming to be the store manager called and wanted details of my complaint. It already went to corporate. Beware Ryan Anderson the pharmacy manager created another walgreens rewards card in my name without permission. Manipulated my account. Corporate IT department is reseaching the paper trail. This man has no respect for women. This whole debacle started over trying to collect 70.00 For 35.00 worth of prescriptions!! I will wait for the call from corporate who is already investigating this matter. Buyer Beware!!

Friendly service

Stores today have cut staff to save money and the market for good associates is very thin. This store is nice in appearance and seems to have a good average selection of items in stock however on several occasions in the pm when I stop in around 630 or 730, the young man working the front check stand puts out the very minimal effort and acts as if its an imposition to be cordial or offer a bag or even smile or hand your items to.you. He acts as though the store should feel grateful to have him stand there. Some lessons or instruction on customer service would be in order.

Terrible customer service and lies about there stock. They refuse to tell you if an item is there, and if they do when you arrive it’ll likely be gone. They don’t work with their customer and instead expect the costumer to bow down to the managements needs. Their stock doesn’t keep up with any other Walgreens

Excellent employees (especially Virginia) .Many empty shelves however - is there a run on nail polish?

Stopped by here to grab some quick traveling size toiletries and found what I need. Asked employee where I can find them and quickly assisted me and pointed me in the right direction. In and out quick and easy.

Usually very pleasant...some people go above and beyond to help me with photos.. I love that! Pharmacy personel are always friendly and remember me. I love that!

Forgot to ask the young guys name but he helped me over the phone searching for a particular set of bobble heads and he went way past my expectations. Ive called so many locations and most people wont even take down my phone number. Thanks dude!!!

Technicians are polite and helpful when they get to you. Thats the problem though, When they get to you. This Pharmacy is to busy since the Walgreens on the other side of Santee was closed. It needs to be reopened. I counted no less than four employees while waiting in line the other day and it still took me around 15 minutes to get to a counter. Not to mention one counter the computer was not working. They need a dedicated 2 person availability at the counters for issuing prescriptions out.

I stood at the check out counter for 5 minutes waiting for someone to how up. No one did. I put the items I was going to buy back on the shelf and left. CVS was much nicer.

I have repeatedly had problems with this Walgreens. Usually I receive a call telling me my prescription is ready to be picked up. When I get there, I am told I am only receiving a portion of the prescribed medicine because they didnt have enough to fill it. I will have to return tomorrow. This has happened approximately 15 times in the last 2 years. Today I called an hour before driving there and was told my medicine was ready. After a 15 minute wait, I was told to drive to the bacvs of the drive thru line because they had misplaced it. Im done with this Walgreens. Two of the pharmaceutical techs have been outstanding with there attempts to help. I will miss them.

Like so many others have said, the employees are great...there just arent enough of them!One of the techs explained that they got all of the patients from the store across town that closed, but they didnt get any more employees to help with the extra work. This is wrong! And its a management problem, not a pharmacist problem.These people work so hard, and we get so angry with them because we have better things to do instead of stand in line for 30 min!Please, someone notice the trend of what people are complaining about and DO something!Because after I pick up my prescription today, Im switching to CVS...and that really sucks, because Ive been a walgreens customer since I can remember!

This store is always very clean and clerks are always helpful and friendly.

My prescription refill pills were filled at half the quantity that my insurance is covering for. When I asked the pharmacist abkut it, she didnt know why my Rx was at half the quantity yet I am.paying the full co-pay. Then, she wouldnt accept the Manufacturer 50% co-pay discount tellibg me that the discount is already expired! Expired? It clearly shows an expiration date nkt until 3 months from today! And wouldnt and didnt even try to apply my discount. I have no choice but to pay my full co-pay.Actually, the first time I had my Rx filled this Walgreens had problems with it too.

This store has the worst customer service Ive ever had! Specifically Ismeal and Vicky, rude people horrible customer service. ISMEAL doesnt belong in management and Vicky doesnt belong in beauty or customer service. She literally stands next to you while you shop and makes people uncomfortable.

This pharmacy charged $128 dollars for a generic antibiotic that was refilled at a different pharmacy for $15. DO NOT get your Rx filled here go to Leos Pharmacy in Lakeside instead. Walgreens should be investigated for price gouging!
