I shopped a total of 11 different e-bike dealers from South Venice to Northern Sarasota & decided that the Pedego was the best fit for my needs. I have to give a huge shout out to Garrett as he was very educated on the product & even stayed after closing on a Sunday to ensure a smooth delivery.I would certainly recommend him & Pedego if you are in the market for a quality -bike.

The staff at this store were amazing. They are knowledgeable, friendly and easy to ask questions. I was shown the different models and everything explained to be able to make a decision that day. They also helped me with accessories. Very easy transaction and I love my bike!

We purchased a Pedego in April 2021 after friends bought two of them. The owner of the store was very helpful, allowed us to video him going over the instructions for my husband as a quick reference. The bike is super sturdy and has so many nice creatures, especially the battery timing out in case I forget to turn it off. Very pleased with the customer service and product.

When we walked into Pedago electric bikes, it was like waking into an advertisement. Everything was in its place. And it was spotless. The bicycles were organized and laid out like the Indy 500. Different model bikes were hanging on a wall shiny and new. Accessories were organized across from them. The 2 gentlemen wore company shirts with their names and jeans. They were highly knowledgeable about the different models.I give such a glowing recommendation because the 3 electric bike stored my wife and I visited were a bit disorganized. Different parts were lying around, they sold different models, they did repairs and there was grease and parts all over the floor and although it didn’t bother me as much, the wife wanted no part of it

I am totally in love with my bike! The buying experience was perfect, thanks to Garrett. Ive put over 600 miles on it in two months and have lost over 20 pounds. Dont let anyone tell you that you are not exercising just becasue you get pedal assistance. Well, you can just use the throttle on a Pedego, but I dont. :-) This brand has the best warranty and value in the business. I like to say I get to go farther, faster, funner!

Great shop, clean, cool vibe, knowledgeable. Highly recommend if you are interested in testing out and/or buying e-bikes. We rented them for half a day and rode the legacy trail. Great time!!

We were camping at Myakka river state park and had been having trouble with our 2 year old interceptors. We decided to call this shop and took them in to be serviced. Superb service on our bikes and both running excellent now. Highly recommend this dealer. We love our pedego interceptors. One of our best ever purchases

Took the family out for a ride on the Legacy Trail. Rented 4 electric bikes from Pedego. John was great explaining the bikes and making suggestions for where to stop for a bite to eat on the trail. What a great way to spend an afternoon! Will definitely be back!

I always went here to take my electric bike to get all fixed up and look Fantastic but out of nowhere they say they won’t repair any other different types of electric bike, terrible terrible customer serviceI’m not even sure if I’ll ever buy from them again
