Shoreline Ebikes is a new and refreshing store that sells and services high end Ebikes. Isaac and Neve Sierra are the owners and take customer satisfaction very seriously, including making certain that the ebike you purchase is the correct one for you. They do not sell inexpensive poorly constructed ebikes, so if you’re looking for a cheap ebike you should look elsewhere. Their service on their products is beyond comparison. One of their primary ebikes is Riese & Müller and R&M are quite fussy about vendor selection, choosing only the most professional dealers across the USA.

I had a very good experience working with this bike store to select my E-Bike. They allowed me to test drive a couple of models I had selected and once I test drove both I made my selection for the Gazelle. Issac was great at going thru the differences to help in the selection process. Nice husband and wife team and a comfortable experience.

The ONLY place to buy an ebike. Owner run by a wonderful couple and they know their bikes inside and out for maintenance and tune ups. He also only sells the best brands. Not cheap but built to last.

Talk about personalized service! This place is EXACTLY what you want in a bike shop. Neve and Issac are so attentive and listen to exactly what we needed. We already had two s-pedelecs and purchased their Turbo service. Ultimately, we bought another Gazelle from them. If I could give more stars I would. Give Neve a call, you will not be disappointed! I have nothing but good things to say about Shoreline Ebikes and the proprietors Neve and Isaac Sierra. I bought a Riese & Muller Nevo3 from them and it has been a great experience. They ordered the bike that I wanted from the manufacturer in Germany and I had to wait a couple months for it to arrive. During that time, they stayed in communication to give me information prior to the bikes arrival at their shop.I drove to Sarasota to pick my new bike up when it arrived and they worked with me for a couple hours to insure that everything was dialed in properly like the seat height and the handlebars, etc. I was very impressed with the care they took to make certain that my new bike was adjusted properly and customized to my needs.After I left their shop, I received a call from them telling me that they had found the computer control unit for my bike in their parking area. I am not sure how it wound up in the parking area but they packed it up and shipped it to my home in Georgia by UPS.Since I picked up my bike ten days ago, I have called with a few questions about installing and removing the battery and about how to add water bottles. Isaac was incredibly helpful and sent me a video he created with his phone to illustrate how to remove the battery and photos in the case of the water bottles. I have talked with them probably four times since picking up my bike and we have e-mailed back and forth a couple times as well. All of this is just to say the customer service that Isaac and Neve offer at Shoreline Ebikes is first class. I apologized more than once for taking so much of their time and invariably they said they wanted to be completely satisfied.They even opened their shop on a Sunday when they would ordinarily be closed because that was the only day I was available to drive down to test drive the bike I thought I wanted based on my Internet research.I am really enjoying my new bike and I would not hesitate to recommend Shoreline Ebikes to a friend who was in the market for an electric bike.In case you cant tell, I am a raving fan of Shoreline Ebikes, and the owners, Isaac and Neve.

Shoreline Ebikes is a great bike store. We purchased a Riese & Muller ebike and love their bikes. They carry some great European brand ebikes that are exceptionally crafted and not found in most bike shops. Issac does a great job of servicing ebikes.

It took me time to research to buy the right ebike for the long run. And after I decided that the brand would be a Riese & Muller, I drove 3 hours to make the purchase. This is where Shoreline eBikes comes to this review. Isaac and Neve were simply spectacular!. Not only, Isaac has passion for what he does, but he had the patience and willingness to help me with the most genuine desire to serve. Isaac represents how your business should behave as a genuine customer centric experience. They just sell the best brands, thats all. They are expensive, but this is exactly what Shoreline eBikes wants to do, just the best. Neve and Isaac has set a small but cozy family business environment. After visiting almost every other bike shop in the area and online stores, we purchased 2 ebikes from Shoreline Ebikes. They were the clear winners for my business. I always research before I buy and when I visited Shoreline there were two distinct differences from the others: 1. they could answer all my questions about batteries, motors, frame construction and compare and contrast with other models on the market. Their ebike experience and knowledge is amazing. And 2. Shoreline has a test ride model for every ebike they sell. I knew which ebikes I was interested in test riding. The other shops said they would have to order it for me. They had an assortment of ebikes but not the model I wanted. One shop sold ebikes but didnt have any to try. How can you make an expensive purchase without putting the bike through its paces? Shoreline even had higher end ebikes that I hadnt seen in my research. I test rode those too. And they have some nice quiet streets nearby to give the bikes a great test.Once I purchased my bike, they delivered it to my house and set it up specific for me. I love Shoreline Ebikes and we love our bikes! We are newly retired and ride them almost every day and each time I say the same thing, I love my ebike! Thank you Shoreline Ebikes

I live in Naples Fl and drove up to Sarasota Fl to try the Cityzen ebike at Shoreline Ebikes. The couple greeted us and explained in detail about the differences in the bikes. I rode the Gazelle Cityzen ebike and love the ride. We bought the bike and brought it home. My husband had questions and we called the store where Isaac answered all questions. The experience was wonderful and highly recommend anyone looking to buy a bike to come to this store.
