After a thorough examination of about 8 hearing specialists services and trial hearing aids, I selected Audibel hearing aids and, specifically, Randy Sheets as the best option for correcting my hearing problems. Mr. Sheets was very professional, honest, knowledgeable and accommodating for my busy schedule. After about a year with the Audibel hearing aids, Im extremely satisfied and happy that I chose this business at the Clark Rd. office. The equipment and technology Mr. Sheets uses, the cleanliness of the office, and his efficiency with all the great features of Audibel hearing aids has made my experience a pleasant one, hopefully for many years to come.

Randy and Christen are the Dynamic Duo. Two of the most caring, awesome folks. Go to them if you need help hearing. They make it possible for you to hear clearly with your ears because they listen with their hearts.

Boy am I impressed! The nice people listened to me and were very thoughtful and polite. The area was very clean, and they were wearing new, clean masks. As to the service with my inoperable hearing aid, they had it running perfect 10 minutes later. WOW!!If anyone reading this is on the fence of whether to visit these guys or another hearing aid place, the answer is in. Take your hearing aids to this location and prepare for a wonderful experience. This team is great!!!

We asked our friend who just bought hearing aids who he would recommend. He told us Audibel at Clark Road.Our next stop and call was to Audibel at Clark Road with Randy Sheets. Cant say enough about the hearing test, the services and the cleanness of the office. Both the receptionist and Randy went beyond expectations that we had. Since receiving our hearing aids, both my husband and I have been back to see Randy to fine tune our hearing aids. Exceptional and so happy to be hearing again. I was recently blessed to have discovered a gem in Florida. After two appointments with a different Audibel audiologist in central Florida and another independent audiologist, I was thrilled to meet Dr Randy Sheets who went above and beyond with fixing my Audibel A4 Platinum hearing aids. I decided at the last minute to stop in at the Audibel facility on Clark Road and his receptionist spoke highly of her audiologist on site and then Dr Sheets came out and introduced himself.She made an appointment that accomodated me quickly and after a full hearing test, Randy checked my hearing aids and discovered a problem with the features and power amplification settings in the software that was not adjusted or set correctly. He showed me on a large computer display screen the audio software settings and how he adjusted to my specific needs. Because he was skilled and extremely knowledgable he was able to fix and correct both hearing aids and they are now working wonderfully. Since I have moderate to severe hearing loss and we are not sure how long I went with nonfunctioning hearing aids, I am ecstatic and appreciative that they are improving my life now. I was struggling with my hearing aids which I got from an expensive hearing aid/hearing medical service...They just kept doing minor tweaking and my hearing was getting worse with their hearing aids.I saw the ad for Audibel and got right in.Randy Sweet ( appropriate name) was competent, caring and listened to my complaints with caring.I am very happy with both my hearing aids and Randy,My husband cannot believe how well I can hear now. My Starkey hearing aid died on me while vacationing in Sarasota. I contacted my home office in Cincinnati and they recommended the Audible office on Clark Road. Randy Sheets took one look at my device, diagnosed the problem. Fixed my hearing aid and I was a happy camper in about ten minutes. He asked if I came to to Sarasota every year and said to check back in next year to make sure all is well with my Starkey. All this at no charge.

I had a great experience with Kevin. He gave a long and thorough test compared to testing I have had elsewhere. You can tell he is very knowledgeable and has a lot of experience. I love the results I have had with my hearing aids, and feel that I have a lot of support with learning to use them. I would recommend him and the product to my friends.

I was first skeptical about invisible hearing aids. Questioning whether I REALLY needed them and would they show! I guess I am one of those men that thought do I really need them. WELL, after making the appointment (at my wifes urging!) Dr Randy Sheets did his thing I DID need them. Randy was great. He instructed me on properly placing them in (I have to say that the first few times I had trouble inserting them but now they go in easily). If youre one of those men like me and you know you need them but are still deciding.... DONT. Make the appointment! Youll be glad and most of all your wife will be even gladder!

I have been using Starkey for over 25 years and they and perform better than any other make brands out there. When I moved here from up north, I found Audibel (starkey) and this location understood my needs and help me improve with the newest technology to understand the world we live in. Kevin and his staff are very polite and courteous overtime I call or visit them for batteries and tune ups.

My experience at Audible with Kevin Wagner has been incomparable. I purchased my first hearing aid from Kevin in 2004 and learned that my hearing impairment was more than a loss of volume, but a loss of word recognition and understanding. By patiently customizing my new device to my particular longtime hearing loss, my hearing felt fully restored. I had lost more than half my hearing in my left ear years earlier, and the loss had hurt my social activities, my enjoyment of movies, tv, and music. All this was returned to me with my first hearing aid. Over the years, Kevin observed and tested my hearing every quarter, the service included with the cost of my hearing aid A loss of hearing in my other ear led me to another device in recent years, and the advances in technology virtually returned to me full enjoyment of my hearing. Its the service, together with the hearing aids, that makes all the difference.

Re: my husband Freds hearing aid. After three years of constant use, his right aid stopped working so we took it in to our local Audible office. Randy Sheets (the new audiologist) let Fred use a loaner until repairs are made. All for free because the warranty is still in effect! Thanks, Audible!
