Very kind staff and efficient services. Didnt have to wait forever to get an appointment...seen three days after I initially called and expect hearing aids by 7 days later (and that is only because the Christmas holiday is in the middle; otherwise, it would have been sooner).

Janine & her staff are dear people who have bent over backwards to help me as I was presented with some challenges as a result of having wee hobbit ears in a world full of aids designed for bigger folk. Seems most folks ears can support behind the ear aids.For me,they just hurt, as they push my ears forwards.Janine found an in the ear aid that I could wear comfortably, & when THAT mold proved uncomfortable, she painstakingly ground down the casing until it fit!She has the fingers & skill of a true artist.When my aid developed issues & had to be sent back she searched until she found a small loaner that fit her troublesome little patient,& she never once made me or my family feel as if this was a burden -though I know it must have been!My family tends to just drop in on folks.Janine is in high demand because she IS so loved.Still she always had time for my problems.Because my electromagnetic field has a way of doing things to tech, Ive had to send hearing aids back more than once,& every time Ive been treated with incredible kindness though all these sweet souls probably wanted to flee when they saw us coming!I could write an entire book on the ladies in this office,but I will refrain from embarrassing them further with this mash note by just saying this;that if you are looking for someone to help test you & fit you or someone you love with hearing aids,you can find no finer people in the Nation to help restore you to the joy of hearing music & the voices of your family again.
