Second time I delt with an audiologist. Good audiologist Make all the difference.I was very Happy working with Janine.She takes the time to make sure that you understand what your ears are doing to you.Along with what the hearing aids can do for you.Hearing aids are so different today compared to what they were years ago theyre different from what they were a couple of years ago.Once the hearing aid is set up it has been tuned for your level of hearing loss. Not making everything louder just the sounds you need louder.Jeanine was wonderful and so was the receptionist getting us the appointment at a good time for us.

I went to Florida Medical Hearing Center because my hearing aids needed to be repaired. The hearing specialist Joe, and the receptionist Kelly, were extremely helpful and courteous. They sent in my old hearing aids to be repaired and loaned me a pair for the 10 days while I had to wait. If your looking for help, or want to buy a state of the art new set of hearing aids, I highly recommend paying them a visit.

So happy to have found Benton Garcia at the Sarasota Pavilion location. From the very first visit hes taken great care of my 92 year old Dad and has gone above and beyond to make sure hes happy with his new hearing aid. Hes even gone to see my dad at his assisted living to bring him extra batteries and make some adjustments as needed. Making an old guy happy...priceless

A bit disconcerning in that widex hearing aids were paid in full one week in advance of receiving them and contract states that return within one month will obtain full refund, but first they have to be returned to widex for approval and then after that happens, corporate has to approve refund so that refund is in limbo for some time after return.. still waiting....

There is a new audiologist at this location who in my opinion is a novice. He royally screwed up my hearing aide settings .Ryan Munsey, the previous Dr., really knew his stuff. I will not be back to this location!
